Cheapest out of 10 that I called and the only one that was honest and gave me a 5+ hour wait estimate. Car was in the driveway, so I scheduled first thing next morning instead. John did a great job and explained that its a very small family business. Win-win.

Great, professional service by T.L.C. Towing. I was driving a rental car (Toyota 4 Runner) in Tucson when I got a flat. I normally would have changed the tire myself, but I recently had an accident that left me with broken ribs and various scrapes and bruises, so could not lift anything heavy - such as a tire. The car rental roadside assistance dispatched TLC and told me it would be an hour. Shortly thereafter, I got a phone call from TLC to confirm my location (I gave the rental company the wrong address). Net is, the TLC driver, Greg G., showed up about 35 minutes later. Frankly I was surprised he got there that fast. But even better, this guy busted his butt to get me back on the road. Totally professional guy, just working hard and staying focused on getting me on my way quickly. Much appreciated. So, thanks to TLC, and shout out and thanks to Greg G. Absolutely recommend T.L.C. Towing.

Got out here in LESS than the time they said, so thats good. Was very courteous, kind, and helpful once they got here, no problems. AND even billed my car guy so that I would just have one smooth bill once it got all fixed up. Recommend :)

We were traveling from Phoenix to San Antonio and had a blow out on the 10. Larry, our driver towed us to Wal-Mart, where he knew everyone. He was very courteous and is an Army Veteran. Best experience to an unfortunate situation.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!! They damaged my bumper and tried to blame the dealership. Don the owner was beyond rude, talking over me, yelling at me over the phone. I had to hang up because he would not let me talk. By far the worse experience I’ve had. Not helpful at all.

Would recommend you to go elsewhere. They damage cars during the towing, an refuse to take responsibility.
