I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews and canceled early. No point in hiring someone to do a job if they dont show up.B&C was selected by my insurance company for roadside assistance. They estimated a 2 hour ETA. 2 hours passed and I called with no response. 3 hours and still nothing, even with help from my insurance company. Well 4 hours later I canceled because there was no response and no show. Why take the bid if you are not going to show up and then ghost a customers calls? Im amazed you have a business with this type of customer treatment.

Had a vehicle that was out for repossession towed by B&C towing. After our lender called and said it was there I called and the owner Jason was working. He was very nice and professional explained everything I was going to need to get the vehicle picked up from his impound yard. Although my appointment was at the hottest part of the day Jason and his staff helped me load the vehicle and even showed extreme professionalism by offering me water and a cool office to sit In and cool off seeing how it was ROASTING hot. The office manager Stephanie was a complete doll and I travel all over Arizona and New Mexico and by far a 10+ review of how they handle business and extend courtesy to people. For the ones complaining about parking and towing quit breaking the laws of your place of residence and you wouldn’t be mad. Thanks again B&C towing for being a true professional organization. Wish more people could see the bar you set and even come remotely close to it. God bless

In 30+ years of driving, I have never, until now, encountered a towing service that simply DID NOT SHOW UP. After they missed their initial ETA window, I called them for an update, and was told it would be another hour. That hour went by, so I called again, and was told that somebody had cancelled the request in the interim without informing dispatch, or me, because apparently they didnt have a flatbed available. Oh. Well, thanks to this snafu, I had to cancel my appointment at the repair shop, and will have to wait 9 days to get another appointment.

If a 0 star review could be given, that would be too generous. A customer of ours had his truck towed to our shop and the driver of 20 years dropped the vehicle directly in front of the service gate outside the yard and left the keys in the vehicle. The driver was advised to drop the vehicle in the parking area and bring the keys up to us. The actions were captured on CCV recording and confirmed.. After contacting B&C about the incorrect drop and lack of understanding, the dispatcher immediately jumps on the defensive and aggressive. As a B2B interaction, I would hate to see what these guys do to retail customers if they have an issue that needs to be addressed. Save yourself the hassle and NEVER use these guys. Heaven forbid something happens with a customer vehicle.

Very rude and unprofessional.... we had a buddies towed and when picking it up they had busted the windows out to tie the doors to the bumper instead of timing them down in the bed of the buggie and threatened to make us leave for noticing the the damage they caused...

They were great! The lady at the desk was super nice and they were very understanding in a bad situation. I didnt encounter 1 employee that had an attitude each of them even the owner was so nice to me and trusted me with respect. If anyone had to tow my car Im so glad It was them.

Forgot putting my parking ticket on the dashboard, so car got towed. I was worried that the car might get damaged or might get scratches, but it was alright. They got me the apointment quickly, they are following Covid safety protocols and were quick with the paperwork of returning the car. Obviously they have negative reviews because they are a towing company, nobody likes to be towed but they were very professional to me.

DO NOT PAY! If your vehicle was towed from private property and the police had nothing to do with the tow: go to the tow company, demand your car back, and tell them they can take you to small claims court and/or collections to retrieve their money. Ive known several people to do this, including myself, and all of them have gotten their car back for FREE. None of them have never been taken to small claims court because itll cost the tow company more money and time to do it, so they dont go through with it. If they refuse to give you your vehicle, call the police, tell them the situation and they will meet you there for Civil Oversight. Not returning your vehicle is GRAND THEFT AUTO, and the tow company is required by Arizona law to comply by handing over your car when you ask for it.

Our vehicle was towed where we live, we were told we had multiple violations on our vehicle, we feel violated and i absolutely believe they are involved in predatory towing practices with spotters getting kickbacks, we have multi owners here to vouch for us..knowing all our vehicles and our parking behaviour...as the evidence presented for this supposed multi violations was a completely different truck, stating it as the vehicle..not even close as we bought our truck 30 days ago..not in 3 years have we seen anyone here violating rules its sad they making serious money off this scam and its been admitted by property management they, the property manager, made a mistake and only after i proved with actual evidence they lied and have no signage in place by law in all parking areas not just a 12x8 sign at entrance..1 sign doesnt cut it by law..yes we got video pics and witnesses and towed wrong vehicle, even have their spotters pic which i will take to police as i feel duty bound after reading all these reviews and seeing the tow companies standard rude response..it is like theft..life savings just put into that truck..and how they towed it..everyone refusing to give evidence they supposedly have just repeating they have it ..no they do..back n forth..someone adjusted our seats left a bolt inside.now we have to spend a small fortune changing all keys and new alarm system as we feel targeted now.parked by pool for an hour with new truck it could have been a visitor and that would have been horrific to have my guests vehicle towed.. there are signs ..1 at entrace to private property..1 lollol i got the evidence and codes to prove there was not ANY signage by law at location of tow, this is a total scam as employee of towing company said they tow 3-4 a week here..with 74 owners only? Lol something must b3 done legislatively to stop these practices but a class c misdemeanor if they paying spotters!! I definitely feel local and national chamber of commerce must be notified, attorney general and police, if you feel as i do please contact your state representatives and MAYOR, with this many victims something is up!, i read one review that shocked me to my core!

Woke up this morning to my car not wanting to start. After I made the decision to take it to a mechanic I called this company to tow it there. Everyone at B&C was nice and helpful. Made me feel better that they were genuinely there to help me and to get my car where I wanted it to be taken. 5/5 highly recommend!

Vehicle was illegally towed from autoshop without owners consent and then was reported abandoned without notifying vehicle owner. Towing place now attempting to keep vehicle and sell with an abandoned vehicle title despite being notified that the vehicle has not been abandoned. Fraudulent and shady business. DO NOT USE!

Instead of cancelling so I could get another company I waited 4 and 1/2 hours and called my insurance 3 times for a tow, just to be told they dont have a vehicle to tow my truck.

One of the drivers is very reckless and unconcerned for the people around him. i was coming to a red when he jumped in causing me to almost hit him, swerve and almost get hit by the car behind me. i the told him he almost hit me and he proceeds to shrug and flip me off as seen below. he then started rushing down the road as i tried to get his plate number which i only got a partial CH 36*** do not know the rest. i called the company and felt they could care less.

COVID-19 WARNING! The employees at B&C Towing DO NOT wear face masks and refuse to put them on when asked. Total disregard for public health and safety. Office manager, Stephanie, was rude and belligerent, and told me to leave if I didnt like her not wearing a mask.

I can understand how working in the impound and towing business is a difficult job. Someone is never going to be happy once they have realized thier car was impounded. With that being said, there are responses which could further irate an alresdy upset person. If you read through the other negative reviews, you can see a history of B & Cs decision to respond with sarcasm and negativity. This is only a sample of our phone calls and in person interactions with B & C. They are dismissive, inconsiderate and degrading. Judging by the negative responses to customers who requested towing service, I would never willingly engage with B & C towing again. After a simple search online, there are plenty of other local tow companies, who also provide impound services, and manage to have a better reputation and do not engage in online battles with thier upset customers.

I manage a complex near the U of A we have a lot of parking issues.The company I had before was A&B I always had issues with them not coming out and removing cars that were not supposed to be there.I now have switched to B&C and it has been wonderful I now dont have any issues and can be assured that no one will be violating my property.Thank You B&C for doing such a great job!

What can I say about this business, horrible customer service. The worst. Careless people. They threaten to keep your car if you are struggling financially and ask for time to pay. Guys in there act extremely tough and try to intimidate you especially the bald head guy who is very creepy looking as well. Anyway I wouldn’t recommend B & C Towing at all!

I wish I could give this dog and pony act they call a “business” negative stars. They told us it would be an hour wait. It ended up being 4 hours, AND THE TOW TRUCK DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP! The receptionist gladly, and rudely, told us to use a different company, which we did. That’s what you get with B&C towing: told to use a better company. Don’t waste your time with these people. They get pleasure from making old ladies wait in the hot sun.

AJ was a pleasure to deal with on the phone even with all my questions and concerns about getting my lowered car towed safely. Charles arrived promptly, a few minutes before the quoted ETA and took great care to make sure my car made it to its destination safely. Well equipped and very professional. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting! Left us to wait for almost 4 hours. The RECEPTIONIST was doing her job WRONG and confused me with another person and I was told I had to continue to wait. When I asked if we have to wait another hour for the hour we just waited, she said, “ You can find another towing company.” No apologies or anything for her mistake just sass and unprofessionalism . NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! A great company is Catalina towing they were there within 15 minutes of calling and sweetest people ever and willing to help.

I’ll never use this towing company again. I waited an hour and a half waiting for them come tow my car. They moved the estimated arrival time twice. The dispatcher basically lied to me on the location (I was tracking the tow truck through the insurance company website) of the tow truck when I called. If you’re looking for a trustworthy on time tow company then don’t use this company.

I wish I could give them a negative star. The worst towing company in the world! Open 24h is such a bullshit. I was waiting at their locked entrance gate at 8:50am and called them to open the gate for me. They told me they would not open it until 9:00am. I told them it was too hot outside and begged them to open it a little bit early for me, and then the guy hung up the phone. I was so pissed off. Maybe you guys could show some mercy or humanity to your customers. You all know people whose cars were towed barely have good mood, but I am sure I talked to the guy politely and never said any bad word. Everyone may get into some tough situations some time, so do you. Please think about if you were the customers what you would say about this. I wish you guys could learn to be nice or at lease be polite to your customers. Otherwise, I wish this company would go bankruptcy tomorrow, so that less people would get insulted by them.

My POS broke down and they did have a little extended time for pickup but due to being on a Sunday and living out in picture rocks they got to it in a timely manner!!! Thanks so much for the great service and bringing my beast home!!! Definitely would recommend using this company!!!!

Company is great,driver warren was fast and efficient on getting me off the side of the road and back to my house. The office staff was very nice and friendly and were able to give me a great price for the tow.

I contacted my insurance roadside assistance at 8:11am and was given a 1hr ETA. When there was no tow truck after an hour I called dispatch and was given an additional 30 minute ETA. They hadnt shown up 2 hours later. I ultimately cancelled. Theyre the worst dont use them.

If you get towed by these guys theyll claim that some new statue requires payment for a towed car and prohibits invoices and they only take cash... FALSE. If you were towed for some kind of parking violation and you were on private property, without authorization for law enforcement or the property owner they CAN NOT keep your car. Even if you dont pay on the spot. Your best bet is to have the actual law on your side. Pima county sheriff deputy have dealt with these guys before. call and set up a keep the peace that way when you when to get your car back and they try to extort money out of you There will be a deputy right there to help you out.

I just had this company come out and save me and my family from this heat. We were stuck on the side of the freeway and couldnt even get off our car. Their driver Charles showed up fast and even gave us cold water.Ive gotta say they really care! Thank You A&B Towing !!!

I had my car towed before by A and B towing and my experience picking it up was horrible and took forever! When I saw that my brother got my car towed by A and B towing I thought here we go again. When I called I was very surprised at how different and simple it was to pick up my car. I thought the person who answered that answered didnt know what they were talking about. I got there and everyone was super nice and it was easy only took like 10 mins to get my car. I guess its new owners they said or something. Idk but whatever has changed it worked.

I parked my vehicle in an area not being utilized during business hours to hike Tumamoc Hill and was towed this Saturday morning. They don’t have a means to let you get your vehicle or your belongings until they open at 0900hrs on Monday and tell you that you must bring $220 to the office to get your vehicle back. The “customer service” woman was extremely rude to me on the phone even though I was calm and polite to her while asking for clarity on the process as this has never happened before. Unacceptable for an impound lot to tow and accept vehicles during times when reacquisition isn’t possible in an effort to gain more money. This is a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend using them for any service whatsoever. Customer service was horrible, operating hours are inconvenient and the cost of utilizing this company is simply outrageous. This isn’t an acceptable way to treat people or their assets.

B and C towing was quick to respond. Russell was enthusiastic and very helpful. Im grateful to no longer be stranded on the side of the road.

The guy that came out was lazy and a complete utter waste. After waiting 3 hours for a tow truck, this guy said he couldnt tow a car in a parking garage. I told him fine lets push it out. He didnt even get out of the tow truck. My wife and I, who are in our 50s pushed the car a block and a half out of the structure into the middle of the street only to have this guy say I cant tow it and he abandoned us. Dont use this company. You will regret it.Next tow truck company came with the same style tow vehicle and lifted the vehicle in 5 minutes. No problems.

I called for roadside assistance. It Took the driver only a few seconds to damage my motorcycle . He dropped it on its side and also damaged the fender with the wench cable. when I called the office about the damage they at first didn’t have time to talk to me. Then I called again and the rude man in the office called me a spaZ. Keep rating them to get them off our roadside assistance contact!! If you read the reviews and responses the owner has no customer service skills and he apologizes for nothing. It’s like he gets happy to make things worse.

Worst towing place ever. They towed my car away from a Dollar General, they opened my car and left it unlocked, someone broke in to my car they locked the wheel they towed it Saturday night went to go pick it up Monday morning and everything in my car was gone, they are doing nothing about it, and they supposedly said they have double security. Just a heads up for anyone who gets there car towed away call the sheriffs to come out there with you and don’t pay them anything, and demand your car back. They can’t keep it there. I’ve been nothing but nice to them and I get hit with all of this.

LIARS, this company lied to me twice. My car was totalled after an accident, original time given was 90 minutes and it took over 4 hours for a tow. At one point I called they said 20-30 minutes this was after waiting 2 hours. At 3 hours I called again, they said GPS put the tow truck at I-10 and Kolb which was 15 minutes away. I waited over an hour after that call and when I called in the dispatcher continually put me on hold without explanation then when I hung up and called back trying to get an answer because of the extended hold time he threatened me saying that I was the one that needed the tow. Never been treated so horribly. Yes after he threatened me I became irate, I see the owner reads these and is delusional about the state of his business. It should be noted I recorded my phone conversation also after the first lie, so if he posts something contrary Ill gladly post it on YouTube and update this review with a link.

AZ State Law states that no company can put an artificial lien on your car. If youre parked on private property and these guys take your vehicle, simply show up during their posted business hours 9AM - 5AM and ask for your vehicle back. Dont pay them a dime. If they refuse to give you your car back, its a criminal matter and you can call the police to get your car for you. In order to get your money theyll have to take you to small claims court which, in my experience, they havent. If they do, youll have a chance to plead your case that signage was inappropriate, etc. etc.

I called them 5th because of the low rating, but when all the others were busy or did not return my call, I went ahead and used B&C, despite a low rating.But they were great, on time, James was professional called 15mins prior to arrival. I read the reviews and decided to give the other side of the story, if you read the reviews you will see the reason behind the negative reviewing is not the performance. I had a positive experience beside the ruined tire.

Its a bullshit. Towed one of our family member car overnight, leave no freaking noticed. Is it consider of freaking stealing??. These guys towed my vehicle at the request of Chrysler for a recall . I wasnt present with vehicle my aunt was only one home . Anyways they never provided a pre inspection form to her . Therefore she was under aware of them tearing my vehicle apart . They two guys jumped the fence and proceeded to do theyre job and they broke my drivers door window prying on it to gain access to vehicle also broke all plastic rain covers above each window . Not only that but list goes on . Broke my driver door key lock completely useless now . Stole my tow hitch and ball. Also cracked my front bumper scratches through vehicles paint and dents as well on one of the doors tires were flat from sitting with slow leaks it had been sitting for about a week and half . I did inform them they would need to put air in tires front end . Employee understood n said to me not to worry they had air compressor. They never put air in em and dragged my vehicle off they jackstands and ruined them as well . Damage to bottom of cars under carriage scratched up leather totally ruined alot things . They were informed by me and Chrysler to take vehicle to Larry H Miller Dodge . They were done there after an Hour and half n had almost 4 hours to get it to dodge . For some reason the kept my vehicle for over 24 hours probably to see what else they could come up with a plan to cover theyre damages . My fuses were all mixed up . Now starter is fd up and I believe they switched em out for another vehicle also parking assist need service when all that was wrong was alternator recall . Im still waiting to hear back from B.C Towing I did talk to someone theyre I believe it was owner n he had worst attitude ever. Totally disagreed very rude said they had pics of damage prior to theyre work and I know thats a lie bcus my vehicle was in mint condition . They didnt provide any kind of paper work to sign until they were leaving my aunt signed paperwork and they left . Dropping it off next day at dealership they dumped it in the back of dodges parking lot on flats and locked it up so I had to get locksmith to get entry also dealership thought tires were slashed come to find out they jus never took time to air them up my vehicle is still using same tires and air has been in them for 3 days now and barely ahve list approximately 3 pounds of air pressure. I will not be treated this way Im calling my lawyer and fo at them with all I got . Very expensive repairs and I believe they owe me a new vehicle . If you have the chance cancel ur tow and pick a honest company because these guys are CROOKS OF ALL CROOKS . NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEYRE SERVICES I ADVISE U TO DO THE SAME !!!!!!!

My insurance sent me these guys when I needed roadside assistance on the freeway. I had gotten into a small fender bender a few days earlier, which made it so the hood of the car was poorly latched (which I didnt know), and as I was heading down I-10, the hood flipped up and smashed my windshield! I hung up with my insurance just before 7:30 pm, and the driver arrived at my car at 7:50 pm, which was even 10 minutes sooner than the ETA I was given. My wife was about to come pick me up, but the driver said he could give me a ride and dropped me and the car off at home right around 8:15. The drivers name was Warren, he was extremely efficient and helpful. I couldnt have been more happy with the service! I would definitely use B&C again.

HORRIBLE!!! Left my son stranded in 106 degree heat in town for 3 hours waiting for a tow. When he finally contacted them again asking where the tow was he was told that they hadn’t scheduled correctly and it would be another 20 minutes. When he started to complain the “head” woman as she described herself stated “if you’re going to complain maybe you should go somewhere else.” Needless to say he did. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

How is this company still in business??? After being unjustly towed (thats another story), we contacted tow company at midnight and we were given a 1:10am appointment to pick up our car. Upon arriving at tow company business location we found 3 Tucson police troopers already on site along with about 10 other people waiting for their cars to be released. One of the police officers informed up that this was literally a nightly stop for them. We also found out the majority of our cars were not even on site, they were just dropped (stashed) at a public lot. I am no attorney but I am pretty sure this is illegal! After being treated extremely rudely our car was finally released to us at 3am (we had to wait for our car to arrive because it wasnt even there!) and we were charged $240 to be towed 1.9 miles. Total rip off and rude people, spread the word and business owners please please drop these folks as your towing company as I am willing to bet you also share some liability when they take possession of a vehicle and then drop it in a public lot just to stash it

Im in a house, that i pay alot of money for. And these jerks tow my truck when its only 10 feet from my front door! Not in anyones way or any fire hazard bs. Ive been working my ass off at work, got off early, got home and passed out.(about 3pm) Didnt have a chance to put it in my driveway. Which i do every night. So the one time I accidentally leave it in front of my house, these jerks steal it! Is it really that hard to walk 10 feet and ring the door bell or knock? No obviously. You guys have too good of a scam going on. Like to completely screw people over!. Not to mention the complete lack of professionalism. Maybe someone should come to your house and steal your car from right infront of your house. ..how would you feel about that? I understand that sometimes towing a vehicle is necessary, but there is no good reason to do this, in this situation. UNLESS, its a scam!

These guys are beyond amazing with the biggest hearts on earth! I called in a real jam. I had just had a Below Knee Amputaion a week and a half ago and I needed to get a non-working car moved ASAP. Jason answered the phone. He was so awesome and compassionate to my situation. Within a few mins of taking my information, Matt called me (the tow truck driver) to let me know that he was ten mins away and asked about my situation. I explained things to him and he was super kind and right on it! He arrived exactly ten mins later and was awesome. He was patient, compassionate and helpful. Both Jason and Matt were timely, professional, great people to talk to and they worked so hard to reslove my issue. I would HIGHLY recommend working with these guys to anyone that needs towing services. I was very impressed with their service, with their company and with them as people. Simply amazing!

This is an awful company, avoid them at all costs. I had to go to and finally won a judgement against them in Pima County Consolidate Court because they illegally towed and subsequently damaged my car.

The worst company in the US. Were from out of town and went to eat at Taco Bell and soon went over to verizon and just walked across the street. Right after we came out of verizon we noticed our car was gone after we got back. Soon we found out they were closed, and since we were college students from out of town we had no money and were stranded in Tucson all because of this stupid company after them taking our car with all our clothes and medicine. Terrible company, terrible people, close this awful company already. They suck!!!!!!!!!

This company has been towing cars illegally from my apartment complex. They are charging way over priced and splitting the money with the apartment complex

Called at 9am in the morning to set up a tow. My truck AC compressor clutch seized and threw a belt. The truck was at my house. I called 8 hours in advance to verify it would be possiable. I was told we will be there a 530 pm. At 6pm, still no tow truck. I called again to find why? I was told he forgot and could send a driver in an hour. I told him to forget it, I had a meeting in 45 minutes. He says good luck and that was the end of the conversation. How to you screw up a tow set 8 hours in advance? The only reason I was sent to them is from my insurance company. By the reviews, I see why this happend. Terriable

Excellent customer service

Been waiting 3 hours and all Ive received are excuses. What a useless service with unacceotably poor customer service. If you see them as your tow company....abort!

These people have no idea what they’re talking about they told me I can come pick up my car today I drove all the way from green Valley just to find out they are closed today and when I called them back to ask why I was lied to they hung up on me three times you’re holding my car hostage and I’m bringing law enforcement with me tomorrow morning enjoy

Assigned to me by my insurance company, not only were they an hour late, but they also came equipped with the wrong truck; even though the insurance company sent in the info. Now a two hour delay has turned into 4+

They towed my vehicle with no probable cause. Will not answer phone calls and police are doing nothing to help. They are stealing from people through a loop hole in the system. They are crooks.

A company living on others people misery! Parked my vehicle on a shade area around 10 pm because I had some heavy staff to take out, in 2 hours my car was towed!

Said theyd be there in 2 hours. When I called after 2 hours they told me they were canceling the service because of my attitude.

I never even used the company. The guy that answered the phone was rude. He spoke as if he was unsure of there abilities. I will not call them again.

They towed my car and they had a drunk employee pick up my car and he dropped it face first in the rocks then drove over the polls at the bank then broke my steering wheel and my break lines from driving over a median and the polls and tried to cover it all up like it never happened and still have not made it right and my three Kids wonder why they did this to us ?????🤕
