Easy process. In and out, staff was friendly, first time visiting, had what I needed. No complaints....

This place is great; really friendly and helpful staff, and an extraordinary amount of vehicles on their lot to look for parts from. Make sure to bring your own adequate amount of tools, have $2 to pay for access (though I ended up signing for the VIP access where I can pay $1 per future visits), and be aware that instead of cash/money refunds, they have a trade credit policy for returns for purchases. After my first couple of visits, I already have saved hundreds of dollars by finding a door latch assembly part, and then an airflow servomotor (that I just installed) for my 1999 Toyota Camry LE. I definitely plan on coming back, for sure.

First time here. Door was way cheaper than a new one and a decent selection of vehicles to choose from. Plan to go back for other things as need them. Would be nice to be able to go to parking lot to load from dodge/Chrysler side of load instead of all the way around though.

Ok place for cheap sometimes good parts gotta watch the over charging with some employees there ...they like to sneak in extra charges if your not paying close attention and if they do its tough luck for you your out the cash as they deny it and only offer store credit if you return a part that didnt work out.

You may or may not find the part youre looking for depending on if someone gets there first.The vehicles I was trying to find were already stripped down bare bones and had no mechanical parts at all.

Low priced autoparts, friendly staff, they will help you remove parts if you are not able or dont have tools.

I like going to this place. In general it is very good and most prices are good as well.Ive gone@5, when theyre supposed to be open till 6, and they say they are already closed. I went at 8, when the website says they open, and the door is locked because they dont open till 9!Otherwise, a decent junkyard

That you can pull your own parts and see what is in the yard and that tell you when the vehicle got to the yard on there web site and also self help on site. On the computer. They do have golf carts you can use for $5 dollars an hour if you dont want to walk. Plus tell what row the vehicle is in and have stickers on side of them to tell what year it is and make. Really helps alot . Only a dollar to get in if your a VIP or $2 dollars if your not a VIP member.

Ruben was so helpful and friendly! This was my first time ever visiting a junkyard and I had no idea where to begin. Ruben was the first to greet me and directed me through the process on how to retrieve a part and automatically knew if what I was looking for was still on the car in question. Dont want to spend money in New part or parts for your car, you know how expensive it can get well this is the place to get your part or parts, thats if they have it.My part would have been 200.00 for new but I got that part here for 14.00. Used but it works fine. Going there again if I need more parts hopefully no one gets the part that I need.

Pull-A-Part was a great experience I needed a few parts for my vehicle, found them and Im glad to state I saved a lot money by pulling my own parts. The young ladies were very curtious and professional checking in and cashing out and very knowledgeable of what type of vehicle and location, saved me a lot time. Thankyou Pull-A-Part! Great staff and prices

I had a deal with Pull-A-Part buy my junk car for $190. This deal was originated on the Internet and finalized on the phone. On the phone I was ensured that the buyer information would be filled out before I released the title or car. This would not be an open title sale.The deal fell to pieces when the tow truck showed up to take my car. They wouldn’t take the car without and open title. One of the men said he could get in trouble if the buyer information was filled in. I don’t know about that but this is called titled jumped and is dangerous liability wise for the seller and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for Pull-A-Part. If I can confirm that I will be informing the appropriate authorities of this activity.

I have never been to a place like this before. Marco was super helpful and walked me through the entire process. The yard is very well organized and you cant beat the prices. Needed an Idle air control valve for my car, the cheapest on eBay was $75 for a used one and $275 new. I was able to pick up the part I needed and a few extras for less than $30.

Customer service wise, worst place ever. We showed up and they wouldnt allow us in the yard with our infant who is in a car seat (which attaches to the stroller) okay understandable, but then they told me I couldnt wait inside either. They said I needed to wait outside in the heat with my 7 month old. Oh and its 100 degrees outside by the way.

I had a very good experience the whole staff was very nice definitely going back. Their customer service is great everyone is so helpful and always make my visits so much easier. The only down side is pricing some parts can be a little expensive but some parts are totally worth it compared to the price of brand new parts.

The selection is nice but they close early. Corporate says they close at 6pm. Locally they say 5:30. But they really close at 5. Thats when they ask everyone to leave. Also, no one ever answers the phone. Its like one of those places that says leave a message and no one ever calls back. They may respond here but a text response isnt a very satisfying way to customer satisfaction. I guess its a big business and you are just one customer. Its good to be King.

Theyve always been good to me. Ive even returned stuff and gotten credit. Someone always answers the phone too. Just last week i canceled an order over the phone and they never charged my card. Very honest people. Highly recommend.

These dudes are awesome. They waited over 90 min for us to arrive. They even had to deal with some un-planned drama with getting my car, They were the most patient people ever!! Plus they gave me a fair price for my broken down car that was missing a rim and tire.

Pull a part has great inventory, but they nickel and dime for everything and the prices are high for used, unproven parts. All n all. I give pull apart 2.5 stars.

Worst phone call I ever made the automated service just continues over and over again I finally gave up after twenty minutes and called back and selected selling a car, Big surprise they answered on the first ring finally explained what I was actually calling for and was redirected for another five minutes just to find out the guy won’t even look to see if the part is out there before I drove an hour customer service is seriously lacking I’d recommend anywhere but here I wish I could give a less than one star review

Always good 9 out of ten visits they have what I need reasonably priced very well and inventory is rotated on a regular !! I drive 150 mile to the yard in Tucson and it always worth it !! And calls always delt with in a timely matter

The staff is always friendly and the parts are always a fair price. I always check here first before buy my parts online. The lot is huge and theres only a little bit of organization to it so plan a bit of time to search if youre looking for a common part on a common car. And bring your own tools. You gotta find and pull the part on your own. Make sure to wear good shoes, preferably steel toed. I have literally seen engine blocks and other really heavy parts balanced precariously on top of other parts next to and inside of cars. Thats obviously not the lots fault but its a thing. Watch your step. An engine block rolling onto your toe would be a bad day. Besides that, happy picking.

Good place for car parts

Gave a $30 part for free to someone for writing a review and told them what to put in the review but they charge a $14 core fee for rims on top of $40 for 1 rim when they sell full sets for $140 with the tire. The complete set is $120 at walmart brand new and my current rim is a 17 worth over $50, just needed something smaller. They refused to wave core, go to ABC they wont over charge you.

I sold my car to these guys today in Tucson, AZ and it was a WEIRD experience. First off, they wont even give you a timeframe for the pickup, they only give you 30min notice. So hopefully you dont have a job and your schedule is pretty flexible. Then, once the tow truck driver came, he started taking pictures of my drivers license. No one had told me this would be happening (it was not in the expectations that their operator gave), and as someone who is cautious about digital security and privacy, this was concerning. From my perspective, it was just some random tow truck driver taking photos of my drivers license on his phone. The tow truck driver the proceeded to ask me if I wanted to cancel the sale to Pull-A-Part and sell the car directly to HIM for $80 more. I declined, because it just seemed suspicious. Finally, I called Pull-A-Part directly, and got the owner on the phone. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, combative, and would not hear me out. I simply wanted to let him know that if they had done the bare minimum of informing me that the tow truck driver was using a work phone and not his personal phone, I would not have been concerned. They could easily add this to the list of expectations that their operator reads to you when you agree to the sale. But the owner I spoke with actually mocked me, would not let me speak, and implied that this was completely irrational. He seemed angry that I had even called. Ill be contacting the corporate office in Atlanta to let them know about my experience.

Their customer service inside is half way decent 4/10. Good luck trying to speak with a HUMAN BEING over the phone their automated system is absolutely garbage and can never get through to them absolutely garbage and disappointing. I used to spend a few thousand dollars here a year repairing friends cars buying parts, but since I can no longer have a quick question for a HUMAN BEING they’ve lost my loyalty absolutely horrible.

This yard has changed ownership and management a few times over the years. It used to be a really great place, but that has changed drastically in the past 7 years or so. There have been some positive changes, for sure. There are wheelbarrows to use and golf carts to rent, as well as a Port-a-Potty and water stations in the yard. A sometimes-working computerized database makes finding your target car easier.However, the management and sales staff are rude and ignorant. The prices are outrageous; often higher than buying brand new. Women are preyed upon and charged ludicrously high prices, similar to what they might face at a shady repair shop. Prices offered for cars are very low, sometimes less than $100, and you must pay to have it towed there!! Insane.You might find what you need, and you might get a fair price, but I wouldnt count on it.With so many junkyards in the area, choose a better one, and avoid these shysters!!

Yes Im just leaving here now. last week I was in here and bought complete rear leather seating for my car,paid $33 I come in one week later to get the rear deck and two side plastic pieces they want $32 whats up with that? those three back pieces that I was going to buy today should have been no more than fifteen bucks even if that.

They dont close at 5:30 they close at 5 pm. They wont let anyone even near the vehicles if its even close to 5pm and getting them on the phone is close to impossible. All it is is recording after recording. I cant even review their lot because I couldnt get in even though it says closes at 5:30. Im sure there are alot of good qualities about this junk yard but I am very irritated about what time they say they close and the time they actually do close.
