Super clean place to live. Great location, close to many many things. It has a shuttle for UA students so it’s super convenient. Facilities include gym, theater, pool/jacuzzi, tennis court, sand volleyball area, tanning bed, basketball court and tons of grass (which is uncommon for AZ). I recommend it!

Conclusion first: dont clean your property when you move out. Do anything you can to avoid the deposit. If you want mutual respect with your apartment manager, dont live here. Staff nice to you cannot make any final decision. People in power treat you as a thief.I lived here for the last year and I rally want to give them a five star to balance those fake reviews (such as rude management, all staff I met is friendly) until I eventually had the same situation. I believe that respect should be mutual, so my roommate and I clean our room thoroughly to thank their service. However, a large area of stain on the ceiling cost us 76 dollars. It is not a big bill but we feel betrayed. Maybe we should not clean the room at all, so our money still worth something. Since the ventilator exhaust smoke directly to that ceiling, anyone cooking in the apartment will leave that stain. Maybe the apartment should have a chimney flue towards the outside instead of the inside. Plus, when I move in, the ventilator didnt even have a filter and I realized that after one month. The stain might reach there during that period of time or maybe before I moved in. Sorry to be short so I didnt realize that could be an issue when I moved in.I wait for 14 days to get the reply. I dont want spend endless time to argue with them. Anyway, $78 is not a lot. But a positive impression from their tenant is cheaper than that.

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you are considering this area I recommend Seasons instead. I lived at Northpointe first for one year. THERE IS BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. The maintenance people will come spray the area and nothing will be done. Mold was all in our cabinets and laundry room, mold that size need to be treated by a professional but when we lived there they never did. My roommate was hospitalized and the doctors found a nodule in her lung which can happen when breathing in mold for a long period of time. Do not live here please find another apartment near by.

I had a question about some safety concerns for work. The agents were super nice and super helpful!

They show you a very nice apartment on the tours and when you move in it is not what they show you, at the tour the leasing agent tells you that you will get a renovated apartment automatically by signing the lease for the price thats on the website. When we went to the office to complain about that they told us we had to pay 40 bucks more monthly in order to renovate the apartment. The day of the move there was a big mess, with a hole in the ceiling, the a/c does not work it leaks all the time, a dresser was broken and nobody has come to fix anything even though we call several times to the office for days, also one of the desk chairs is missing

Someone needs to sue these scammers. Don’t just ignore this place sue them to the ground!!!

Recently leased a one bedroom apartment from the NorthPointe Student Apartments. My first contact was with Kelly and I couldnt have asked for a more helpful and professional manager to take me through the leasing and moving in process. She was very friendly and helpful in choosing the right apartment for my needs and making this process relatively enjoyable. I feel she is more a friend than the office staff member hired to interface with the residents and prospective residents. I am very happy with my choice of moving in NorthPointe Student Apartments ☺ 😊 🤗 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

This apartment seems like it is in such a cool location for a college student, but it is actually scary. Aside from that, their policies are harmful and draconian. Lets say they pick roomates for you that are psycho-you have to pay this fee to transfer apartments!? It is just another way to bleed money out of you. They set me up with some real horrible girls and then didnt care when I I felt unsafe when one them had a boyfriend that lashed out at me. They made me pay a fee to transfer? It was their fault! And then they hired this girl in their office! Great judge of character!

My experience at NorthPointe Apartments in Tucson, Arizona was a very pleasant one. Estefanía helped my family and I and she was very knowledgeable, courteous and so professional. The apartment complex is very nice, we loved the pool area! Estefanía made us feel very welcome there. We loved that she speaks Spanish so well! This made it a better experience for the whole family. You use magnets for doors and most of the time the magnets don’t work so you’re locked outside of your apartment and when you call the front office to have maintanence come they don’t take it seriously just brush it aside you wait 2 hours and when you call the office again they never sent maintenance out to help assist with your door. So you have to go to the office and complain to the manager and he personally comes and helps with the door.

This is a amazing place to live. I love living here this is my second year here and I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. The management and staff are very friendly and professional and always go out of their way to help . I highly recommend living here.

You should know that if you ever need to speak with someone in the office, it is nearly impossible. If youre trying to make payment online, that is also problematic which makes your payment late and then they want to add a late charge to your statement. I have not found an effective way in over 2 years to make contact with the office staff. We live in MD our son attends UofA and this is very frustrating. My advice, find another location for your student to live.

My first two years of college, I was in a dorm on campus and I didnt like it. I moved to Northpointe as a junior with my roommate and it has been a great experience. Obviously COVID-19 has affected some things, but there a tons of amenities here that are great: a gym, great pool, basketball court, theater room, WiFi. And all of my experiences with the staff have been great, everyone is very nice and have solved any problems Ive had within the day. The only thing thats difficult would be trying to solve any problems while their office hours are closed.

I just got here and am renting a room with a friend, Kelly has been so helpful with getting everything sorted out and dialed in with all the paperwork and getting me into a room quickly

Best apartment complex in Tucson. Clean apartments, amazing amenities, and has very friendly staff. Estefania (front desk staff) has helped me many many times every time I go to the front office, and I know that just like her, everyone is always willing to help with anything the residents might need. It is also close to Tucson Mall and many good restaurants.

Great place to live! The staff is so helpful. I had a problem with a charge to my account and Estefania not only helped me resolve my problem, but she went above and beyond and even reminded me that I had a package.

Bedroom and bathroom is well cleaned when you move in, probably everyone have different experience, but mine is fine, but the last move out person spill some liquid in the public area, and made it very smelly, they probably charged his deposit fee but they did not clean it simply because there are still have another one living there, and the cabinet under the sink is full of mildew, change a new one may cost a lot but they did not change it, if you want to move in, make sure everything necessary is working and looking good! (like some importand hardware). renew lease or bring a new friend in may get some promotion gift, thats good.

[The issues with my door has been fixed and all is going well now. Despite my understandable complaints from before I admit to Kelly being very nice and helpful. Some of the managers could learn from her about being attentive to a tennants needs.]Welp, at first it seems like a nice place with the tour and all of the outside attractions (i.e. pool, basketball court, etc.). But, the room was not dusted, vacuumed, or cleaned at all really. Then the toilet is loose on the floor and I got a pretty yellow gross mattress.My key fob key isnt working after the third day in a row of them trying to program it. So, i literally have to crawl into my room everyday through the window. In yet i need to wait until tomorrow for them to program the door. I guess its fortunate I have a window then..Also, i requested to be moved to another apartment in the beginning because one of my roommates had covid. I didnt get a response for that, and I just settled into the one I got. Its all fine now because she no longer has it and im not close to anyone who has a compromised immune system. But, just the lack of addressing these issues has been quite annoying. I know its student style apartments but i think one should expect a little more. I mean crawling through my window? Really?

Amazing pool with a jacuzzi, really nice people that work here. There’s so much to do and everything is really clean. The gym has many things you can use, there’s also a basketball court, volleyball court (sand), and a really nice tennis court. It’s really nice here with beautiful apartments!

I lived in NorthPointe apartments I can say that overall my experience has been positive. The apartment itself is well designed and in good condition. As with any other student housing, there is a bit of cleaning to do upon move-in, but nothing out of the ordinary. The times that I have interacted with the front office staff they have always been very friendly and attentive. The amenities are very convenient and well kept; I personally really enjoy the pool and being around the green areas. Finally, the pricing is super accesible for a fully furnished apartment that includes a washer and dryer within the unit and for an complex with such an incredible location. I would recommend NorthPointe Apartments to any who is interested in student housing.

The apartment is decent and the staff is nice. I revised my rating since they fixed their internet for the most part. It still randomly cuts out occasionally which has been an issue for playing games / being in zoom classes.

Having lived at Gateway student apartments last year, I have been impressed with NorthPointes administration and amenities. I have enjoyed using the basketball court, tennis court, gym and pool. I enjoy the free coffee in the front office as well as random free food they occasionally offer to tenants! I have had issues with the bath tub drain, garbage disposal, microwave and dryer, and maintenance has fixed all the problems. Love how each room has their own bathroom.

My roommate has two unauthorized pets in our living room, and I told the leasing office, but the staff in the leasing office told me that it is not my business to ask if my roommate has signed the pet addendum with them. I feel frightening that living with two unauthorized pets because I do not know if they are suitable to be raised with other residents and if they had gotten necessary vaccines.

This was one of my top apartment choices when I looked into moving to Northpoint. When I called, I spoke to a young woman named Estefania Villaseñor who was very kind and helpful to me. She answered all my questions promptly and when I met with her to get a tour of the property I was very pleased with the experience. The apartments are well equipped for students and I love the fact that they include a shuttle service to the UA. Overall this seems like a good place to live and I will be considering it for next semester thanks to Estefania.

The management is not that great and maintenance is even worse. They renovated the apartment next to us and caused the pipe to burst, flooding our apartment. Insurance took forever to come back to us and the price of the apartments could have been $50 lower for the amount of space I got for a 3x3.The only thing impressive about this location is the fact that youre near 3 grocery stores and the mall.

Would not recommend living here. They will send you multiple request to sign a lease with a higher price for rent then originally agreed upon. They will offer a “renovated” apartment with used appliances and furniture. Very unprofessional moved out and never looked back

I lived here for the past year and it was fine, and cost of the apartment really shows. The biggest thing was rude management. As a college student I didn’t think I would care, but nothing ever got done and they were always rude and confused. Work orders took a while to fulfill, which is understandable with the times, but they would not wear masks when they came in and wouldn’t always have the right room so they walked in on me working a couple times without telling me. That was another thing, they come in often without telling you and will add a roommate without checking any sort of background. Like we had a cat and it took a lot to get them to not put a random roommate with a dog. They put a rotting piece of furniture in our living room that really shocked me too, I couldn’t believe it.On the whole it wasn’t too bad, there aren’t a lot of bugs at least. But the quality of the apartment was poor and the management was poor so i’m very happy to be gone.

To all parents BEWARE of co-signing a lease with this company. The leasing manager there Jose Lopez has lied to me, and mis-lead me for months regarding my daughters lease. I was told that when she turned 18, she could sign a lease on her own behalf and I would be automatically taken off her lease. She turned 18 in September, signed her own lease, and I even spoke to Jose and he insured me that my name was off the lease.Fast forward 4 months later I get a bill emailed to me for 2400.00 for unpaid rent and a early move out. This leasing company added my name, my social security number and jeopardized my credit by mistakenly marking me as a co-signer to one of my daughters old roommates who had not paid their bills! After this debacle and calling and emailing for 3 days to get this straight, I spoke to staff who insured me that the managers should call me back and they would not, I had to keep calling and emailing to finally get this straight, and get a confirmation that this problem was corrected. After this problem was finally solved and I was sent a letter stating their mistake, I’m told by email from Jose that I am in fact not off my daughters original lease and that I won’t be taking off until she shows proof of employment.This is not what was told by him or any of the managers there, and for months I was thinking I was not liable for my daughters lease. Parents beware of signing your name to anything! This company is completely inadequate and careless with your personal information! Luckily I got that email for the bill that they attached my name too, or I’m sure I would have been seeing an eviction on my record!

I lived at NorthPointe last year and from the start I was disappointed. When I arrived my bathroom sink and tub both did not drain properly which resulted having to work on them myself. In addition, the carpets were extremely dirty from the previous tenant. Around the middle of the year the keys had an update which would have been no problem except management argued that I just needed to make sure the key was right for the lock. I had to rely on roommates to let me back in the apartment for three days before the issue was resolved. Finally, the moving out fees. They will stick you with enormous fees and disregard your initially security deposit. They said to email management if you wanted to dispute charges, but management never got back to me and ignored all my attempts. I recommend finding another student apartment as this isnt it chief.

The place is inexpensive and actually gives a lot for what you pay, facilities are always clean and mostly working (looking at you hot tub) but the student staff is genuinely nice and cares. Management can be really hard to get a hold of, especially in the beginning, but overall I’ve enjoyed it here. Don’t expect luxury but it’s a decent place to live.
