We have used Arrow (Tucker, GA) for many years - never once have they let us down. In addition to regular insect prevention they have dealt with yellow jackets in the yard and squirrels in the attic.Arrows in-the-field and office staff are friendly, polite, and professional - great customer service and follow through. And, they are patient with this grumpy old lady.Our Arrow service tech has been extremely diligent about Covid-19 precautions, above and beyond the normal take care of your home protocol which is exemplary.

I highly recommend the Arrow location in Tucker. Ive used them for several years and always have exceptional quarterly servicing by Viral. Hes professional, accommodating and always answers my questions. I can call him about my concerns and he doesnt even laugh when I am being irrational - lol! He treats my home like he would treat his own. I am very thankful to have him assigned to our area.For the termite inspections, they always arrive on time and respect the property. Having to deal with pest control is something we were not looking forward to, but the folks at Arrow Exterminators were very helpful. Katura, Kevin and Randy have been professional, thorough and great to help us with some issues we were dealing with. Average company beware of the new motivated service agents trying to get more business

For years, Arrow has been very professional in everyway possible. From arrival times, to care of personal property and most of all to the thoroughness of the correct treatments needed keeping in mind the safety of the chemicals used.

We contracted several services with Arrow and comments on each as follows: Mosquito service: Special commendation to Daniel Davis, our service technician. Hes respectful, professional, and thorough in his work. We are very happy with his level of service and responsiveness. He deserves a bonus! Pest control: Weve had two different technicians treat our property and they were both respectful and professional. We had a specific ant problem, and after targeted treatment, they were gone! Very pleased. Termite: We had new termite traps installed this year and he did a good job covering the whole house. Now we hope Arrow comes as promised and check on them. We are very satisfied with the services so far, and the prices are competitive. Please keep your service levels to a high standard and your prices competitive!

Ive had a contract with this company for 17 years. Each year, they increase the amount for our annual service contract. I believe we started at around $125 and now we are up to $400. I called to see if they would lower this amount and their best response was that they could get us back to our 2016 rate of $369. This doesnt make me feel like a valued customer. They used to send someone out to inspect monthly. In recent years, I dont think they even come quarterly (maybe twice per year).

Emailed to see when my termite bait stations needed to be checked since I thought it was in June. I was told they came on may 31st. I asked for documentation because nothing was left saying they were here and Im a stay at home mom so it would be unusual that I did not see them. I never received anything after sending several emails so when I called I was informed they havent been checked since June 2018!

I like that Arrow feels like a small-town, local company that knows me. I dont feel like an account number. Ive always felt like my business was important. The technicians that have come to our property have always been very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know someone in the area. That is a nice feeling. We will never leave Arrow for another service; no one else could care for us this well.

Mr. Kevin is our Arrow technician. We love Mr. Kevin! My son is 5 and he answers all of my son’s questions (and it’s a lot of questions!). He gave my son a bug chart to keep track of what bugs we see in our house - thankfully we didn’t see any! We are in a semi-wooded area, so you would expect to see a lot of bugs in our house, however we don’t get many thanks to Arrow Exterminators. We get a text message each time our inspection is due which makes it so much easier to set it up directly with our tech. Also, Mr. Kevin is always on time. Once the inspection is complete, we get a detailed report. Any time I’ve had ants between inspections, Mr. Kevin comes out and takes care of them in a timely manner. I am so thrilled with the service we receive!

The service is timely and the agents shoe up as scheduled. I dont see live bugs and have not had termite issues in many years. When I did, the problem was fixed quickly. They are probably not the cheapest but they are reputable.

We haven’t seen pests of any kind since we started using Arrow Pest Control 11 years ago! John, our service tech, always texts me to set up my quarterly service. He is always on time and so considerate.

The entire experience was unusual for these days and times, especially since most companies lack great customer service. With Arrow it was different. Starting with the Administrators in the office to my charming exterminator, Mr. Mike Kenny, all the folks I dealt with were very professional, and they treated me as if I was their one and only customer. On the initial house visit, Randy explained in detail the problems I faced, but assured me they could help. It didn’t feel like a sales call. It was as if I were talking to a friend, so I trusted what he told me was the truth. The exterminator, Mr. Kenny is the absolute best. He did exactly what he told me he would do, “treat this like this is my house.” I highly recommend you contact the Tucker office if you need their type of service, which by the way, includes more than getting rid of pest. They offer services like gutter replacement, crawl space ventilation, etc. Oh yeah, the cost is reasonable.

Pest treatment was sub-par and customer service was unhelpful.I paid almost $1000 to have German roaches treated on a rental property and after 4 months the problem hasnt been solved. The service technician just blames the tenant for not cleaning enough and takes zero extra steps to solve the problem. If I knew they were just going to set some traps and use some bait and then give up, I couldve easily done that myself for a fraction of the cost.When you hire a professional company like this, youre not just paying for labor and materials. Youre also paying for customer service and accountability to get results. Unfortunately Arrow disagrees. After bringing my dissatisfaction to their attention, they repeated the same line about how its 100% the tenants fault and offered zero solutions to fix the problem. To my surprise, Arrow even agreed that I have no reason to hire them for additional service because they arent helping.The only logical conclusion is that Arrow doesnt provide customer service or accountability. Youre paying them for over-priced materials you can find on Amazon and use yourself. Youre not hiring professionals that have standards for accountability. If you have a small problem to fix, Arrow can do it for a big price. But if you need actual professionals for a difficult problem, dont expect them to help. In either situation, its not worth the cost.

Recently I had a bad experience with Arrow. I had a clients home listed for sale and finally procured a buyer contract. During the buyers inspection, Pete with Arrow Exterminators was out and provided a false report. He reported to our buyer there was an active termite infestation so I called Breda, which has an active bond in place with my seller, who sent Lee out quickly. After a more thorough inspection, Lee located the area of concern and uncovered there was NO evidence of termites.I called Arrow and spoke with Pete who told me, he wrote it up because of DIRT on a small area of trim inside of the garage, because there was no evidence of past treatment in that exact area and because ARROW had no records of treating the home themselves in their system but confirmed he HAD NOT SEEN ANY TERMITES.Question.. How can you provide a report siting active termites if you didnt see any?! In my opinion, Arrow was working this inspection to gain a new UNWARRANTED contract/treatment. How often is this happening around #Atlanta?Had I not investigated using Breda, this could have resulted in my seller paying an extra $500+ to Arrow for something that wasnt necessary or at worst could have terrified our seller ending in a termination of our sales contract.As one of Atlantas Top Producing Realtors, Ill do anything to protect my client and save them money. First, and foremost, is the absolutely professionalism of our technician, Barrington Brooks. We had a wonderful young man before Barrington, so I was a little worried when we had to change. Mr. Brooks is someone I trust implicitly to be in my home. He explains anything I need to know carefully. He is just an amazing gentleman. Secondly, we (I) have had many pest control services throughout the years. Many large companies (Orkin, etc.), and a few smaller, locally owned services. NEVER have I had a company that so thoroughly treats my home that I forget about pests as if they dont exist. And last, the termite treatment and maintenance is superior. Again, we have used other companies. Their treatments sometimes dont work, or they dont maintain the contract. A gentleman was just here last week to check the termite stations in our yard. All is well. I would recommend Arrow Exterminators to anyone and everyone. Well done, Arrow! ns are thorough. Side note... the office staff is super friendly and helpful!

The word here is Consistency -- the same person services my house and I know that I can trust him. He will talk to me about treatments and the impact on my animals as well as possible treatments for a surfacing problem.

I used Arrow for many years and was happy with their service. However, over the last 2 or 3 years they ratcheted up their price and I realized I could get the work done significantly more cheaply elsewhere. I called Arrow to cancel and was told that I had to pay for another service call as I had to give 30 days notice, but they would not charge the latest price increase on this call. So I paid for another visit, and paid the previous amount. Lo and behold, I got an invoice for the difference.I canceled my service, in writing. While we were out of the country because of a family emergency, a service technician tried to contact us, but could not. So he went ahead and visited out home anyway, treated just the outside, and we were charged a full amount for this partial, unauthorized work. I have repeatedly spoken to Arrow to explain why I am not paying for work that I did not authorize that was under a service agreement that I had canceled. They are repeatedly hounding me for payment, so I am letting as many potential customers know what they could be letting themselves in for if they ever sign up with Arrow.

Against the advisement of fleabusters and my better judgement I hired Arrow Terminators to treat my home and yard for fleas. They were so confident that after 40 or 50 years in the business theyve only had about three cases where they had to continuously come back and retreat the home But of course Im one of those rare cases right because they came back three times and never fix the problem my yard is still heavily infested with fleas and Im a prisoner in my own home. The third time that they came out to the house they brought a manager and I guess because we stood in the yard for several minutes and no fleas jump on our legs they considered their treatment a success. Well later that day fleas were back out up until this day a month later after my third treatment we still have fleas. The only reason I dont give this company 1 star is because they did come out three times and they were incredibly nice but nice gets me nowhere and money is lost on treatments that dont work. Beware if you hire this company for fleas they do not get rid of them!!!! I have 2 babies and we have not been able to go outside and play in the yard all summer and now I have to wait until the temperature drops below 30 something degrees so that these fleas can go away for the winter before I have to deal with the same problem again next spring. Thank you so much for all of your help and i say that with the most sarcasm 😒😑
