Hey guys,I have purchased lawn products from Solutions Pest & Lawn for over two years now, and I had to give the company five stars. They stand by the products, and will refund your money if you are totally dissatisfied with them. I have purchased Patch Pro and Reclaim I/T from the company to get rid of fungi and sod web worms, and they work. Example: My husband and I had to wait until late evening on 8-13-2021, after the temperature dropped below 90, to put Patch Pro down for dollar spots, and the next morning I saw fewer spots. Patch Pro had already begun to work in 10 hours. Its good stuff, and so is Reclaim I/T. I havent had problems with sod web worms, but that product works too. Ill continue to support this small business, because they care about the customers and they know how valuable customers are; I appreciate it. Whether man or woman, if you like a healthy lawn and enjoy getting outside to show it some love and need reasonably priced products, try buying from Solutions Pest & Lawn. Have gone here many times and have always been satisfied. However, I went there yesterday and none of the employees were wearing masks. I asked the person checking me out why he wasnt. I was genuinely curious. I got a deer in the headlights look and the response was Id have to talk to the manager. I didnt have the ambition to pursue it any farther so I left. Just posting this for those that think masks are important to them.The ant bait I purchased works like a champ. The employees were also helpful as usual.

What was advised to eliminate the pests in my home starting working as I started that day. Took less than 2 days and see no more pests. Gentleman at solutions is very knowledgeable about what pesticides eliminate what pests. I know where to go for pest problems again. I give solutions 5 stars.

Let me preface this with the assertion that I DONT write Google reviews. Thats never been my style. HOWEVER... these guys earned the heck out of this. I would feel guilty about not telling the world how awesome they are. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted (basically just trying to save on Amazon shipping because they were here in the neighborhood). However, I was greeted by a personable sales associate who heard me out, but then cordially suggested something he thought might serve my purposes even better. He took lots of time to discuss my individual issue and made me feel comfortable and heard. No pushy sales tactics, just genuine concern and expertise. My husband and I are very pleased with the prompt service we received with ordering online. I mistakenly pressed twice and ordered 2 gallon imidacloprid. when I received my email invoice I noticed the mistake and ask if I could change the order to one gallon. The next morning Christian Suza responded that she could not change the quantity on an order. I would have to cancel the order. I responded asking if she had canceled the order. Inthe mean time a received notice of shipment of 2 gallons. The next day she sent me notice that the order had not been canceled. I finally received the order 2 days later than indicated in the shipping locator. This from a company that claims to be small and family owned, but can’t change the quantity on an order even with a verifying e-mailI have dealt with this company before but it won’t happen again

Its been 9 days since I ordered a product and it hasnt even shipped. I have sent to emails to ask about the status of my shipment and no one has bothered to respond. Very awful service for a company that claims to be small.

I ordered Bifen on the 5th of this month from the company. Today is the 13th and Ive not received the product. If I had known they were local I would have driven to pick it up. I received one response from them with a diagram of the tracking, which i already knew. I wont order from this company again.

Ordered Strychnine for the multiple Gophers that are attacking my property. If there was a next day option, I would have opted for it but none was available. I was looking to get this ASAP since every day they do more damage to my property. They have destroyed a Pool Pump Line, undermined a central A/C Unit and the damage continues every single day. So the order was placed back on June 9th. Incredibly, I still dont have the poison 18 Days later! So much damage could have been prevented if I could just get what I ordered. They said they were going to refund my money, then they said they were sending it out again,tracking said it should have arrived already. Still nothing. To add insult to injury, my credit card bill came today and sure enough, they charged me and did not credit anything back. So I have a bill, hundreds of dollars in damage from the Gophers, but still no poison. I would NEVER, repeat, NEVER order anything from them again. I suggest you stay far away from this business. The worst customer service I have ever seen. No one checked to make sure the order went out or got to its destination and the credit that was promised never happened. Incredibly bad. Now I will have to call the credit card company to dispute the bill. Stay away from this place. Incredibly bad management.

Solutions had the best price (by a lot) and included free shipping. Payment was via Amazon Payment, another no hassle plus. Their follow-up emails were timely and courteous. Delivery took about 2 weeks for my order of Generation Mini Blocks, but that was fine with me. I will use Solutions/Innova again.

Cykick is the only insecticide that works on scorpions. Here in AZ they are very active this time of year. We have had three stings and have finally found something that works. I placed an order on 6/11 and when I did not receive it in expected time frame I contacted the company. I was told that a lot of there orders were lost or misplaced And I was told I could wait longer or be issued a refund. I told them I wanted the product but should not be told to WAIT. Good customer service would dictate you resend ASAP. This was 6/24. On 6/28 I was told it has landed at your post office. you should have it today Well today is 7/3 and I still do not have what I paid for!!!

This is the second time I ordered merchandise from you guys, and both times the delivery was not on time. The first time my order had to be resent because it either got lost in the mail or It wasnt mailed. The second time, Im not sure what happen. But the fact is I dont have the item I ordered... Great except for shipping time. Product came from Houston, Tx. I live in San Marcos, Tx 2 days? Sure Well not exactly. Left there Mon pm got here Fri sometime 4 days from Houston to San Marcos. Prob problem with post office, but was not a great experience since fleas almost carried house off meanwhile. However, product seems to work great, and for that we give them 5 stars.
