Third year but service started to be very unprofessional and disappointing.- customers are treated with no respect, appointments changed without notification, agent throw the blame on us for things like carpenter bees and would not address the issue.- we have big cockroaches issue now and they are everywhere in the house but still calling for over a week. They cancel the appointment without note even after I called the office to complain. I take the day of waiting for them to do the cockroaches treatment but they changed the appointment without letting me know!- spider webs are everywhere around the house.- we start to see bugs, flays and mosquitoes for first time in years coming into the house.- I now doubt that they do the termite treatment right as I never note (like before) the containers are serviced.- Service is getting bad in last year even tough they are not cheap comparing to other Atlanta providers.very disappointing service.

Customer service is average. Results of actual pest control are mixed. We’ve had an ant problem and have called and had them treat between normal quarterly visits 3-4 times to see a difference. Prices seem fairly high.

Northwest is wonderful and offer terrific spot-on service. Weve had a contract with them for over a decade and they are consistent and persistent when any pest continues. We have the same service man for years. Northwest is a wonderful company to have on your side and it seems like a wonderful place to work based on my experience over the phone scheduling and in person when they service my home. Thank you

Unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful! Booked ahead for my appointment. No one called nor showed up. 3 hrs past appointment time I kept calling my landlord. He kept calling and finally gave me their number and I called shocked that they really wasnt going to send another exterminator due to the original guy not showing up due to the rain. Others were working tho so, that should not have been a problem. Their back up person came and only treated a few points downstairs, didnt come upstairs at all.Company said they usually dont treat the entire home! 🤔 They treat entry points and plumbing. Well. Theres 2 bathrooms upstairs so why NOT treat that?? They rescheduled. My business errands 90 minutes away from the home wasnt going to allow my to make that schedule that day and I rescheduled. The guy called 4 minutes away from the house asking me what problems I were experiencing. 🤔🤔🤔😑 Sir, I cancelled that appointment and rescheduled for Monday morning due to an emergency and Im 90 minutes away and not done. They didnt call you? The company didnt even tell him that I rescheduled 5 hrs ahead of time.The first initial scheduling appointment, the guy nor the company called to say they wasnt coming.The second scheduling the guy came four hours later but didnt properly treat the home.Third scheduling they didnt tell the guy I I cancelled.These people are so unprofessional and their guys get to cancel due to light rain. If the rain was an issue, none of the guys wouldve been working. Oh and by the way my landlord set this up not me cus aint no way Ill make all these appointments lol.Call and ask to speak to a particular person because the landlord told you to speak with them and the lady dont transfer the call, she calls landlord and the lady and get back on the call trying to help and keep saying she apologize. After telling them how unprofessional they are, they send someone out. So you couldnt do that BEFORE I got rude??? Uugh so weird! Theyre horrible and my landlord is HORRIBLE. They actually told him they was going to reschedule the FIRST APPOINTMENT. THATS WHY THE GUY NEVER CAME INITIALLY. THEY ALL SUCK!

I have been using Northwest for several years now. I know it sounds crazy to really like your pest control rep but Leon is the reason I am still with the company. He is amazing. Not only does he do a great job but he also takes the time to educate me on what not to do to avoid these pesky insects. I have had offers to leave over the years but he is the reason I am still a happy customer.

Northwest Exterminating has been providing services to us for over 15 years now! They had a contract with our landlords when we were renters, and when we bought our own house, they were one of the first providers that we called to set up a working relationship. They are always prompt, friendly, and professional. They run a very tight ship, always make sure to reach out before its time for the next service, and then show up when they say they are going to. My current technician for regular services is Logan, and hes excellent! What I really appreciate (in this time of the pandemic) is that its never a question as to whether the provider is going to be wearing a mask...they have it on before they even get out of the truck. Its so nice not to have to worry about asking people to mask up.If youre looking for an exterminator, look no further!

I bought a property in DeKalb county that wound up having a severe infestation in the kitchen. When I say severe, Im not exaggerating. I had to buy new kitchen appliances because they were actually IN the appliances. Who knew that was a thing? Not I.My sister recommended Northwest to me. By the time Mr Leon finished my initial assessment, hed put my mind at ease. He was a well of knowledge and very friendly. He also found that I had an active wasp nest AND carpenter bees. When he left, I was confident that this property would be pest free. And it is.I really appreciate the services provided. And I like that there is only one technician that we deal with. Ive been using Northwest Exterminating for over 20 years. If I have any pest or wildlife related issue, all I have to do is call and Leon is out within the week. It is great and comforting to know that the same person is out every time to service our home. He gives advice to help us keep our home pest and wildlife free.

He explained the complexities of the situation in a manner that was simple to understand and he personally came out to the house, met with the buyers, and fully resolved the situation in person. He went so far above and beyond anything I expected, and I am grateful for people like Tyrel and his team.
