Rod and his team are the best! I loved the professionalism and that they were friendly and fast! I cannot recall the other persons name, my apologies but he was nice and honest about the explanation of the service charges. I had to pay more than expected but I still chose to continue with the services because he was so nice about everything, so why not? Thank you guys! I will certainly be back!

This was my 2nd trip to this Take 5 location. Great service from Shaun (Sean*), he was polite, professional and was able to get me in and out very quickly. All the guys there worked great together and took pride in their work. Check them out on your next oil change.

I’ve tried to stray away but I always end up back at Take 5 centers. I love the convenience of a quick turnaround time and they frequently send out coupons! The associates are always very professional and communicate every step of the process. At the end they show you your clean oil at the fill line and encourage you take advantage of the free top offs before your next change. You do pay more for the convenience because you stay in your car as they complete the service quickly versus traditionally waiting in a lobby or dropping off your car, but if it’s worth it for you definitely give them a try!

The staff here are very nice and efficient. I am never here more than ten minutes. They have such an organized system. The prices are excellent. They even do ride share discounts.

Huge shout out to: Greg and Rodwell for the service.I usually go to Finish Line Car Wash and Lube for my oil changes, but I decided to try Take 5 for the first time in order to see why this place has such great reviews. I have to say, this place went above and beyond. Wait time was not long and the staff were friendly and professional. Best part is that you can stay in your car and on your phone while they work. They show you your current oil level and any other problems that they recommend fixing or replacing for your vehicle, making sure to ask you first. It literally takes only 10 minutes for them to finish with your car. At Finish Line, its not as friendly and the staff can be a bit grouchy, but here at Take 5, its a nice pleasant switch.The prices here are a bit on the higher end for a oil change but not a whole lot. You do pay a bit extra for the oil change, but it also includes the friendly hospitality and professionalism, which I do not mind paying for.

The best service I’ve received when dealing with oil changes! So many times I have had other places try to upsell and sometimes not even change out the oil filter. I was greeted by Matthew, who was polite and courteous. He explained everything and was able to answer any questions I had. Greg was doing the oil change. He worked efficiently and showed me the dipstick when he was finished. Matthew even used a coupon for me to bring down the cost. You are in good hands with Matthew and Greg! I really appreciate Jourdan & Greg for changing my oil right before they closed with no rush.Background story: I was a bit panic when I left work at 6:30 and something didn’t sound right when I cranked my car (I live 40miles away from work). Come to find out my oil was very low and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to drive my car to work the next day (which scared me more since I just started this job). I’m not too familiar with the area & was hesitant going somewhere I didn’t know given my poor knowledge of car maintenance (well..cars in general), and even more so a place I’d never heard of (again, I’m oblivious when it comes to cars), but I’m glad I went. It feels good to know that there’s a place by work that I can trust to take care of my car (without judgment).

The technician broke my dip stick which is okay, mistakes happen. The issue is they assured me they would replace it and the manager would call me later that day to get my details and have a new one sent to me.He never called. I have called a few times and been brushed off so I drove back and was told once again they would have one sent to me as soon as possible. That was two months ago. I have been to other Take 5s with no issues at all but this was my first time trying this one because it is closer to my new apartment. I am less than impressed with the level of service especially because I never received a replacement for their error and I never heard back from the manager.

Brooke and Matthew are so very professional and thorough! Matthew quickly checked my windshield wiper blades when I had a concern about streaking and he also made sure I understood the difference between the types of oil and what was best for my vehicle. Brooke greeted me politely with a bottle of water and guided me into the bay carefully. The service was very quick and efficient!

Good service and very polite young men. They lost a star because they were out of the high mileage oil my car required and I had sat in line for 15+ minutes before type of oil was addressed. The offer of a cold water was a bonus, but maybe someone should address why I am there when you offer the water.

Went there for the first time yesterday. The crew was very nice and they had great customer service. Offered a bottle of cold water while I was waiting, checked tire air pressure, and washed my windshield! They are pretty thorough with what they do and the sticker they put on my windshield was for a free between oil change top off. Great experience.

I was up early to get my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube off of Satellite Blvd because I usually get good service there. I waited an hour just for a mechanic to arrive and no one ever showed up so I finally left, disgusted, frustrated and hangry. My girlfriend suggested that I go to this place and I had a much better experience. I was offered a bottled water off top, they were very informative and they showed me things like my air filter and how clean my new oil looked. Even though I know very little about cars, I really appreciated that extra effort. And I didn’t even have to get out the car! The boys were on it. I will definitely be returning here for quick oil changes in the future.

Great work from all the guys, as well as friendly faces. Good team work and answered all my questions as I had a good amount lol! Fast service while I stayed in my car as advertised! They Also let me know and see what else I may need to get checked but did not push me disrespectfully to do it right then and there but highly suggested it which I am thankful for, seeing as it happens alot being a young woman who does not know much of anything about cars. Husband has taken our vehicles several times to this location. He used to be a mechanic and is a bit picky about where is good. He really likes this place. Theyre quick, professional, and really nice. Hes brought the kids with him and the staff give them snacks and water. Overall great experiences.

Very cordial and I love the fact I don’t have to get out of my car. They were indeed super fast and it seems like that should be worth 5 stars, right?Welp. I had to deduct a star because the price just makes my liver quiver a lil bit. I don’t know how to feel about paying the upper half of a c-note for oil changes. Let me ponder and do more research before I release the 5th star from lunch detention.

Got in quick. Staff were training and working at the same time. My car was checked by the tech, manager, and then shown to me. Plus they discussed different coupons available. I felt so comfortable I will go back just for the positive energy exchange.

The intent of my visit was to have my fluids topped off, which is a courtesy after an oil change with Take 5. I do appreciate that. The technician initial action, is that he offered bottled water. 😁He was professional. He did explain to me that my oil level was slightly low, and that I was not due for a complete oil change yet. I took my ancient Subaru to Take 5 in Tucker and was treated to one of the most pleasant vehicle maintenance experiences of my lifetime. Rodney and Brooke were professional, the building and interior was ridiculously clean, they offered me water... There was no upsell pressure (I even asked Rodney if I needed a new air filter and he said I was good until the next time around). Definitely will take the time to head up here next time I need basic service.

Brooke went above and beyond to help me diagnose my check engine light. She checked my oil and spent several minutes talking to me about why my truck might be stalling out. She was so helpful, professional and kind!! Thank you Brooke for excellent customer service!!

I came in for an oi change and the service was fantastic! I was able to stay in the car while the oil change was being done; they checked my fluid levels, checked my tire pressure (just as I was thinking about asking, it was already being done; showed me the color and level of my oil after completion of my oil change and checked my air filter, showed the condition and gave me a new one at a discounted price. I will be going back and referring friends. I give them a 5 stars out of 5!

Everyone was extremely friendly, I have never had a faster or better experience getting my oil changed. I will be bringing my car here from now on.

Let me preface this by saying the location in Snellville, GA I would normally give 5 stars to. This location I can not do that. I stopped by the location in Tucker, GA and had a less than stellar visit. I pulled up and nobody was there to greet me. After about a minute finally two guys walked out and one of them was cursing profusely at the other. I finally am greeted and I let them know I’d like an oil change. No confirmation they just started walking back towards the bay. So I assumed I needed to drive in. They did what they were supposed to as far as the oil change, just a severe lack of customer service. I will not be going back to that location.

Was disappointed that I pulled in, expecting to get an oil change for around $40/$50, but once I pulled in and they started in on my car, I was then approached and told that they were out of the standard oil and only had available the synthetic blends, which was a lot more expensive. There should have been signs posted outside somewhere or I should have been told prior to having me pull inside. Not wait until they were opening my hood, checking tire, etc to then tell me I would be paying more. Felt obligated once they had started.

They were fast and efficient and friendly. I thought the service was way overpriced. Finally my truck takes 7.4 quarts. I know they as they said it. They charged me for 8. Seeing as they arent using actual quarts they should have charged me for 2.5 over their allowed 5. But $82 is waaaaaay to much for an oil change.

Not having to leave your car is a gamechanger. Being treated so well, by people with a feel for it, changes the game even further. Add to this that I was explained things without great upsell pressure, and that I can go back, they said, for top-offs to oil, wins me way away from Jiffy Lube, whom Id been looking to replace for some time. (I was even overdriving the oil change due dates up to a thousand miles in my reluctance to return. Thats when I knew that something needed to be done.) At my unit, Matt, very young and very gifted to anchor the oil change greeter position, shepherded the whole process. HE is the face of Take 5 for me now, and is the reason I will return. Take 5 would be wise to keep him, at any cost, and let others see that my experience is not unique, nor the company a fluke in the improvement-needy field of Fast Oil Change. Thanks, guys. Ill be back.

Went in to get an oil change. They had 2 women there who told me FB ppi didn’t know how to check the oil on my car! One of them said she was the manager. They told me that since they couldn’t check the oil, they would not change the oil due to liability. B Very concerning when you have people working on cars who don’t even know how to check the oil.
