Great Service! Lena was so sweet, calming, and is so talented. It was my first time getting waxed and I was very scared but Lena is truly a gift from God and made the whole process so smooth. She was comforting and reassuring through the entire process. They have great membership plans and I will definitely be a repeat customer for life.

I have been going here for threading and wax for 3 years and the only person that I work with is shameei she is very professional and nice she takes her time to make sure you get the best results. The place has had an upgrade and looks fantastic. I will not go anywhere else and recommend to anyone ask for shameei she is usually the only one working and handles every customer well.

Called ahead to find out if there were any available openings for an eyebrow wax - with the keyword being wax. Upon arriving, I was once again asked whether I wanted threading or waxing. I responded with wax. Why did the worker proceed to thread my brows? Second, in what may have been an earnest attempt at small-talk, she (the threader) asked me countless questions but often interrupted me before I was even able to respond to them.TLDR; work on your communication skills.

Ask for Shami !— they are open on Sunday’s (clutch)and she’s quick and quite pleasant .10/10 recommend !

Update: Shami threads my eyebrows so diligently. It does not hurt one bit. I literally trust her with my eyebrows. The price is affordable and the service is wonderful.

I’ve been coming here for probably a little over a year now and they have the best prices and service in town! You can also sign up for their reward program to regularly get discounts and offers on various services via text. The space itself is also very clean. They’re right down the street from my work and home so I’m able to pop in whenever I need a quick clean up on my brows, chin and upper lip. Will remain a regular customer!

I wish I could give zero stars but that is not an option. They don’t seem to know how to actually “arch” your brow...they can clean up stray hairs but if you are looking for a sexy, flirty awesome arch you won’t get it here. I wanted to support a new local business so I bought a packing hoping they would get better but they haven’t. Also on my final visit I asked about a brazilian and was given a ton of excuses about why I couldn’t get one. Everything from “your hairs may be too long” to “you don’t have an appointment” but while I’m sitting there a woman who spoke the same language as the tech came in off the street and they agreed to do it for her. Screw this raggedy place! I left and went around the corner to Magical Waxing 4367 Lawrenceville Hwy suite # g, Tucker, GA and had a fantastic experience there!

I just got my very first Brazilian bikini wax less than an hour ago. Parina, the aesthetician, took great care of me and knows what shes doing. The pain was minimal and she was done in 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the service that I purchased a bikini wax package for future visits.

Horrible experience! This was my first Brazilian wax and there is nothing Brazilian about the wax service that I received. The esthetician was extremely impatient and short with me. She did not trim my hair at the beginning although it was very long. This resulted in a lot of broken off hairs remaining in the cuticle. Instead of a smooth finished product, it feels prickly like facial hair stubble. There are also areas that she missed completely that I now have to go back and trim to match the stubble that she left behind. I would NOT recommend this place, especially not for a first timer. I will not be returning.

You close at 7, I call to make an appointment and you say you cant take your last appointment past 6:15. But you close at 7!! And then before the call ends she says DONT BE LATE. Excuse me? I would of been a first time customer, and not everyone is LATE. So people are punctual and show up BEFORE their scheduled apt. How rude! I will take my money else where. Word of advice - you never know who your client will be and what they can spend and afford. Dont assume all clients will be a sh*tty client.

They have excellent customer service, and all the ladies know how to do eyebrows really well. Usually a short wait time since there are multiple stylists.

I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for years and have never gotten one with strips before until I came here. Now I know why all other places use hard wax. I broke out so bad when I got waxed here. When it finally cleared up there were still some dark marks remaining. It’s been 2 months now and they’re finally gone .

Have been going here for at least 2 years and I have been pleased each and every time. I trust Lena, she suggested brow tinting, I had never done that before and she was very patient and took care of all my concerns.

I called and had an appointment and she told me to come at 5 so close to five I call again to confirm she lets me know her dad was sick and she needed to close.and asked if I could come tomorrow I stated no and was about to hang up when she stated well you can come on so made the 20 minute trip through uber and arrived and sat down when about 5 mins pass she walks up to me and states she has to close early and wont be doing my WAX today what i dont appreciate is wasting my time and non communication!!! It was my first and last time going
