After monitoring (stalking) Caressas IG page for several months I was finally able to secure a VIP appointment and it was well worth the wait. My brows were not in the best shape and I was worried about whether a nice shape could be achieved. Carissa is a true eyebrow artist. Without using all of the modern day trickery (lamination, micro blading etc etc) she actually SHAPES the eyebrows with her skill. I got the browzilian, that’s the eyebrow waxing and a brazilian wax. Needless to say my eyebrows look amazing but let me tell you about this brazilian wax!! It was my first time and I was terrified. Caressa was so nice and professional and did not make me feel bad for being afraid. She talked to me the entire time and continuously asked how I was feeling. As painful as I thought it would be (and I have a low tolerance for pain) it actually wasn’t that bad. Caressa was very quick and she would apply gentle pressure to the area after removing the wax strip and this helped to ease the pain A LOT. Within seconds, the pain was gone. I wasn’t even sore afterwards. Caressa is VERY thorough and I left there as smooth as a newborn. I’m sold. I will never use razors or clippers again. As long as she’s in business, Caressa is who I will trust for my waxing needs ❤️

Can you say amazing?! Like most I’ve been thru a lot with my brows from the thin stage where it look like I shaved my brows off. And after that was when I let them grow back as full and thick as possible. I’ve also had my share with different people who shape eyebrows and thought I found someone. But one day Caressa IG page popped up my explorer page and from that moment on I was hooked. Her schedule at the time for new clients was completely booked. But I held out hope and learnt to be patient as well. So I continue to go to my lady who was doing my brows but continually keeping my brows thick so just in case she had an opening I was ready. Well a few months after that she posted on IG stating that if she had any cancellations she’ll allow people who wanted to become new clients to schedule with her. I turned on my post notifications every time there was a cancellation I made sure I jump on it, but she’s really popular so it fill up quickly. I didn’t give up cause I knew my chance was coming. So fast forward I finally got an appointment and baby when I tell you she the Queen, the one and only!!!!!! I’ve always had thick eyebrows so I wasn’t worried about that I was just concerned with getting a good shape overall and I haven’t had a nice shape since I graduated HS, and mind you that was back in ‘06.....lol I’ve finally got my shape and was able to keep the thickness of my brows as well. She took her time, she makes sure you get exactly what you ask for, so don’t be afraid to speak up. This is her craft, she is very patient. I pray that God continues to watch over her and her hands...lol Pricing is reasonable and I’m one of the lucky few that I don’t have to get my brows done biweekly. I can go about 5 weeks before needing a brow wax. So to me the price works out in my favor and I’ll also be adding her into my monthly budget.
