Left my child and I on the stranded on the side of the freeway. Called them for a tow, dispatch said driver would call back in 5 mins, hours later still never received a call. Called back to see what the issue was NEVER picked back up or called back. If you need help with a tow DO NOT CALL THEM !!!
DO NOT CALL THEM FOR HELP they are very ghetto, rude, and they have you waiting for hours. If you got car trouble and need a tow, they are NOT the ones to contact AT ALL‼️if I could give them no stars I would. PERIOD
These crooks tried to tow my car at my apartment complex!! No warning, or nothing all due to complaints! The guy was rude, and un-professional! They won’t even pick up the phone!!
I witnessed a guy that was with this trash company harass a woman outside in an apartment complex tonight. He threatened her and before I could call the police, he jumped in his truck and drove away. I will never recommend a company that has low grade employees like this. The company doesnt even take the time to correctly spell their name on google. What an absolute piece of trash you guys are.
THE WORST !!!!CROOKS, THIEVES AND LIARS..HEARTLESS !! first my stupid apartment complex got my car towed because it was in the way of them paving 4 parking spots... That was just the start.. Once I finally got in touch with the Tucker Towing I had to pat $150 to get it back. Ok so I pay that, we go to my vehicle which was at a different location. The car didnt start, so we drive around looking for his battery charger, finally we retrieve it and go back to my vehicle. Once he opened the hood the battery was missing, he tried to convince me that it was missing before they picked it up. I said no way ! so someone from Tucker towing stole my battery, then made me pay $40 for a new used one.AND They tried to sell me other parts for my car, that they probably stole of another car... REALLY !!once I finally got my car back, I also notice that my 8yr old daughter bike was missing also stolen by Tucker towing reps.Also missing was my rain guards on my truck... TUCKER TOWING SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!!! My Stupid apartment complex along with their choice of crooks Tucker Towing cost me: $150 towing, $40 battery, $70 my little Daughter bike.

If youre car is ever towed by Tucker Towing, call Dekalb County Police non-emergency before dealing with them. They are rude, aggressive and will raise the prices every time you talk to them. My sons car was towed from his apartment complex by Tucker Towing. They will instruct to come to 3815 Lawrenceville Hwy. No one will be this address. A white man with gray hair (the owner) will pull up in a burgundy truck and white young lady will get out of the truck demanding money (cash only). If you refuse they will become very rude and use profanity and will abruptly drive off. Call the police immediately for assistance to get your car.
