We found some mold in our attic. Jeff came out the day I called to review the issue and come up with a plan. He then handled the issue quickly and kept me in the loop the whole time. During a family emergency, a container of particularly smelly deer repellent leaked in my garage. The entire garage smelled like a dead animal and the odor was beginning to creep into the house. The owner himself came out and throughly cleaned the spots in the garage and deodorized. He was very pleasant to deal with and very thorough. We are very appreciative for his professionalism.

Restoration 1 did a fantastic job for us on 2 occasions as we were in the process of selling our home. We dealt directly with Jeff (owner) and he was very responsive to all of our calls and requests. Jeff visited our home on several occasions and did a great job a remediating one of the potential mold problems noted by the home inspector. The fees charged by Restoration 1 were extremely reasonable, especially when compared to some of the larger companies that tend to take advantage of homeowners in desperate situations. On the second occasion, no remediation was actually required based on Jeffs investigation and test results. Jeff could have used the opportunity to sell us some services that we did not need, but he was very honest and said it would be a waste of money to pay for something that we did not need. Additionally, Jeff was obviously very knowledgeable in the field of mold/milder/water damage.In short, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Restoration 1 to any of my family or friends based on their responsiveness, integrity, knowledge and very reasonable fees.
