The tent was very nice and the guys who set up did a nice job and were very friendly. My only issue is an additional fee for renting the week of the event. This would make me choose another company next time.

I called around to several places for rentals and True Value had the best pricing and availability. The people I spoke with were extremely friendly and helpful in helping me to decide what would work best in the space I was allotting. They were quick and thorough in their set up and take down. I would definitely use them again for future events!

Anthony and upstate tents did a great job setting up and supplying tables/chairs for our graduation party. We booked with only a few weeks notice and Anthony was able to accommodate our tight schedule. His staff was timely and professional! Highly recommend!

We rented a 20x30 tent for a graduation party along with tables and chairs. The delivery team called when they were 20 minutes away. They were very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again, should we need to rent in the future.

This is the second time we have used this place for a tent rental for a party. Their quality and service are top notch. Crew that came to erect the tent were prompt and professional. And the tent was a GODSEND for our party as it rained most of the day! No leaks and the ground underneath was not wet at all. The tables and chairs are good quality and present well. I would highly recommend using this company. We had a 30X 30 tent. It nicely fit 50 fairly distanced people.

Upstate Tent Rentals was very quick in responding via email to all my questions. It was easy to secure the booking virtually. The delivery was within the window. Everything came in good condition. It was great to have the tent to ward off a few early rain drops and to shield guests from the sun that came out later in the day. A seamless experience.

The Tent Team arrived right on schedule. Every member of the team was polite and knowledgeable. When they finished setting up they reminded me of pickup instructions. When the return team came, I barely knew they were there! They arrived and broke it down quickly and quietly. Both set up and return were on some of the hottest days of the year so far ( both over 90!!!) Not one complaint heard or seen! I will definitely rent from them again!
