Says the store closes at 6 temporary store hours. But the store was closed before 6. Whats the point of the sign if you are going to close when ever you want.

This place closes much earlier than it says on weekends, would avoid. Go to the nearby Walmart if needed

They didnt have a lot of what I was looking for, but the store was pretty clean and the cashier was nice.

Non Service Animals are not allowed in stores, please keep them out and ENFORCE your policies. Some individuals...my kids included are allergic to dogs of all kinds no matter the hair length and/or breed. I understand that Mr. Wilson wanted his fancy petite dog with him but a rule is a rule...follow them people. Everyone doesnt like nor can tolerate animals.

Everythings $1.00 or less. Lots of decent quality items...too numerous to mention. Picked up 3 extra spare reading glasses for, you guessed it, $3.00. Excellent money savings opportunities!!

Today I went in a little after 8:20pm I collected my items and got in line just proceeding to do my normal thing so finally I am being assisted by a cashier she scans all of my items my total comes up to $3.10 I only brought the amount of cash that I thought needed I had the amount I just didn’t have the change on me which was fine because I had it in car didn’t think I would need it but ok so I tell her i don’t have the change I have to go to the car so I leave to go to the car get the change I come back and give her the change she asked “what’s this” I said the “the 10 cent” she said “such an inconvenience” I told her she didn’t have to be rude about it then she gestured her hands to the line of people like I was interrupting her from assisting them but mind you I told her I was about to go get the change she had the choice to say it’s fine you’re good or to let me proceed to the car she chose to let me proceed. She was an older lady she has short shoulder length hair and wears glasses she was very rude to me for no reason at all. Unacceptable at your place of employment... I am so disgusted with the way I was treated especially in front of all of the people who were in the line in back of me. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to in order to write this review

I visited this store this evening 12/22/19 while in the store I heard a woman yelling at a cashier that a good cashier wouldnt run out of change I looked over and asked an employee who that was and was told it was the MANAGER WHOSE name is BERITA customers dont want to go into a store and hear a manager scolding employees in front of customers seems like maybe some retraining is needed

Shelves are soo bare. You would think if would be a better store considering the neighborhood.

Some very solid deals throughout the store and Ive only encountered friendly, helpful employees.

I just want to share my experience in this store. It was 2 minutes after store closing time and doors were still not locked and we entered into store thinking that store was still open and a staff member (lady, I am assuming manager as she is commanding) rushed close to us and said we are closed please go out. I can say she was rude. She can say the same thing in a good manner though. First mistake by them was they did not lock the doors. Second thing is rude behavior and no customer care sense. I want to rate 0 but least is 1 star. One thing I can say is because of one staff member, blame will be going to the organization or the company which is bad. Particularly managers, behave ! You dont own or feed us. You need to learn from your mistakes or else go find a different job.

Shame on the store! I rarely ever do reviews but from the beginning before you walk in you see that its filthy. From the windows on the doors that you open to walk in to the bad Aroma when you open the door. The floors are filthy I cannot believe theyre presenting the store in Troy Michigan. There is stuff all over the floors like nobodys there to pick up anything. You can clearly see they do not clean that place at all! clerk didnt say a word to me until I initiated the hello with a smile. I will never go back there its an insult to the city that I live in.

Good place for casual party shopping

I come to this location because i work nearby, however it is not a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone works as if they hate life, they never greet you, just start ringing up items and give you the amount. This is a job ppl, a place of employment, every customer should be greeted with customer service. It never fells when i walk into this location, may need to shop elsewhere.

This is the worst Dollar Tree, place is a strewn mess, items on the floor, and unorganized like a hoarders den. Replace the staff with people who care.

This establishment is absolutely disgusting. They have to be in violation of a multitude of health codes and/or business codes in general. I cannot believe the city of Troy allows this. Avoid the restroom at all costs because it is dangerously unsanitary.
