We used Luxe Event Linen for our wedding on June 19th, 2021. Oh. My. Gosh. Talk about show stopping! The table numbers, chargers, linens, chairs, and farmhouse tables made our wedding aesthetic dreams come true! The quality of all of their items was amazing. Everything was delivered on time and quickly set up by their staff. Colleen was absolutely amazing to work with and helped to make sure everything looked PERFECT! Highly recommend!

Linens were decent but made my wife load the very heavy linens into her car

Did not respond to email inquiry and they will not answer the phone (email only). I assume my request may have been too small for them, but not responding within 4 business days is very disappointing.Finally got in touch with 2nd email and they are responding. Yea!

Crystal and her team made my wedding! I had to change wedding plans multiple times due to Covid and every step of the way Crystal was there and ready to help! We called Crystal the day before our wedding and told her a completely different location and that it was outside instead of inside! She said “don’t worry I have the perfect thing for you.” She made it beautiful, she is professional, and she is the best. I recommend this amazing company 11/10. They go above and beyond.

My review is long. In summary, Crystal and Colleen said they are not legally obligated to move our $850 deposit to a new date just because of the pandemic. Ultimately, we want to have the reception we dreamed of, safely.When I first booked with Luxe, I was really excited and thought their product was beautiful. It was exactly what I pictured for my reception. However, due to the pandemic, continuing with our original date would put our family, friends, and vendors at risk. We made the decision to push our date back to 2022. My venue, DJ, photographer, and florist moved our date without any issues or fees. Luxe informed us that they were not legally obligated to move our $850 deposit if we moved it another year, so we would be losing our deposit if we went through with moving it. We heavily considered not changing our date because of this, but ultimately, we want to safely have the reception we dreamed about. When I emailed Crystal and Colleen to let them know our date had officially changed to 2022, they never even bothered responding to me. I would rather give my money to a company that runs on high ethical and moral standards instead of a company worried about the bare minimum theyre legally allowed to do.

Luxe did an awesome job with my wedding! The girls helped me pick out a beautiful overlay for the tables and a simple napkin design to complement. I was uncertain about the chiavari chairs but was glad I decided to get them- it was perfect. Was very grateful for their help and expertise. Very easy to work with and in hindsight was glad that I didnt cut corners on my choices- the girls advice was spot on and the room was magical when I walked in. Thank you Luxe!

Great showroom, the people were very nice and knowledgeable, with little sales pressure. They worked with us to stay close to budget. Highly recommend.

This was a very smooth process - so smooth that i didnt have to worry about ANYTHING :) What a dream come true for a bride-to-be on her wedding day. I had a WONDERFUL experience at Luxe from start to finish! They were actually the only vendor from my wedding that I was 110% happy with! Everyone in the office was so friendly and sincere in helping me design my wedding and with any questions I had during my planning. The linen selection is stunning and there is so much to chose from. They were wonderful to work with and I would (and have!) suggest them to anyone else I know getting married! Thank you Luxe for truly caring and for bringing my dream wedding to life!!

We had a wonderful experience with Luxe. Shelby helped me with getting everything picked out and for a great, reasonable price. The pickup and drop off was easy and everything came so nice that we didnt have to re-steam anything! Would definitely use them again :)

These crooks took over $1000 from my fiancé and I. We had to cancel due to Covid and they refused to give us any money back. The staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t even consider some sort of compromise. Just warning any future customers. DO NOT work with these disgusting people.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Christine for our wedding linens, chair covers and candles. Luxe had a great selection, let us borrow items to test as needed, and delivered and picked up items like magic with no effort from us. Would definitely recommend working with them on an event.

We cant say enough about Luxe! They provided the linens and chairs for our recent wedding. Shelby (our stylist) was incredibly helpful in choosing the linens that would work well for our aesthetic, and she was respectful of the fact that we had a specific budget in mind, making great suggestions within that range. The delivery team was prompt, efficient, and courteous onsite at our venue as well. Thank you to Luxe for all you did for us!

My wife used them for our decor for our wedding. As a guy I dont typically notice the details. We received so many compliments from our family and friends. The room looked amazing and was worth every penny.

Hard Working Team. Used for my daughters wedding, best vendor that we worked with. Went out of their way to make everything perfect for my daughter. Chiavari chairs were very comfortable and sturdy-perfect for a big guy like me.

We used AECC for our wedding last Saturday, and we were thrilled with them. The owners were professional, prompt, and very responsive, even when we needed to reach them after business hours at the last minute. The linens were absolutely beautiful, and the prices were very reasonable.I highly recommend AECC!

Terrible customer service They gave us a wrong color linen and were no help when called even though it was there mistake. They knew it was the day of the wedding only hours from starting and did absolutely nothing to remedy the problem. Colleen is one of the owners and she offered no apologies or compensation of any kind. Incompetent and cant be trusted to give you what you ordered. If you do business with them make sure you look at every piece of linen rented. Very dissatisfied and we will never do business with them again

LUXE provided the chair covers and linens for my wedding. The outcome, as well as the experience, was extraordinary. So much so, that I have worked at LUXE Event Linen for more than 4 years. LUXE has become my second home and my second family.
