There was some miscommunication with time and delivery . When I called the owner they took care of everything immediately, and the problem was fixed. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. This company truly cares. They also were great with planning the size, and how much I would need to rent.We will be using them again for future events, and I will highly recommend to friends and family. They truly were wonderful.

I Have NEVER in my life had better customer service. Coworker was in a bind for her wedding and within an hour of calling my truck was stacked with needed chairs and tables. Most friendliest and caring people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Where do I even start???? We planned our daughters wedding during COVID and we lost four separate venues due to insurance and restrictions. We finally made the decision to have a back yard wedding and of course immediately thought of Whalen Tent. Thank God we did!!!! We called and worked with the owners to make arrangements for a tent, tables, chairs and a Bouncey House. The process could not have been easier! They completely supported everything we wanted and needed to host this once in a life time event. Being new at planning such an intricate event, we made many changes to the tent, the tables, the date of arrival etc..... Through the whole process, Whalen Tent was so very kind, supportive, pleasant and amazingly professional.The day the tent arrived, it was pristine, the gentlemen setting up the tent were so very helpful and to be truthful, the whole experience made us feel as though they were planning a party for our family, but they did it as if it was for their family, with all the courtesy and care that someone would do for someone they love! A few days before the wedding, the owners contacted me and said they were watching the weather for our event and wanted us to have a heater for the tent in case it got cold. In a world where corporate business sometimes makes us feel like a number, we were made to feel as though our event was just as dear to the owners of Whalen Tent, as it would be if they were planning for their own family. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else. Every part of the experience with them was wonderful!! Thank you!!!!!!

We rented a large 20x30 tent for a surprise party. The tent was absolutely lovely, I was surprised that it was the fancy pole tent type often used for weddings. I was expecting something much more casual for the price we were paying! Since it was a surprise party, they made sure not to deliver it before the appointed time, and they men who set it up helped us find the perfect place for it. I couldnt recommend Whalen more!

Excellent customer service. Everything arrived as promised. The guys who set up the tent were efficient and professional. I’ve used them twice and would not hesitate to rent from them again.

I dropped the ball when it came to getting chairs for a party I was hosting this past weekend and had a very unhappy fiancé on my hands. When all other rental places told me no, Whalens said yes! I was able to pick up the chairs I needed and the price was far better than all of the other places around the Albany/Troy area. Tracy was super helpful and understanding of my dilemma. Party went off without a hitch and my fiancé was no longer upset. Double win! Thank you Tracy!!! I will recommend you to everyone I know!
