I used elegant events for an event and they were great! The chairs were really nice and comfortable. The delivery and pick up was on time. Everyone involved in the process had such great customer service! Even the banquet hall commented on how courteous and great they were! Will definitely be using them for my future events!

Elegant Events was very professional and efficient to work with. Tehe phone was always answered, and I immediately received a quote and invoice. More importantly, the chairs were in perfect condition and the seat cushions were clean (my cushions were a light color, so any stains would have been noticeable). Also, I happened to still be at my venue when the chairs were being loaded up and taken away, and the workers were friendly and diligent.

Elegant Events provided chivari chairs for my August 3rd wedding. The chivari chairs really changed the look of the whole room. I had a hard time convincing myself to pay for chairs when the hall already provided boring banquet hall chairs but after seeing these I don’t regret it at all! The room looked amazing and the prices were very reasonable, especially for setup and delivery! The service was great. Their staff was professional on site and worked directly with the banquet hall so I didn’t have to lift a finger! Everything was in great shape and the room looked AMAZING! Was looking to rent chiavari chairs for my baby shower. I found some sites, including Elegant Events, and submitted quote requests.I am so glad I went with Elegant Events. They got back to me within a day or so of receiving my quote request. They had a great price and throughout the process they were great with communication.They also made it easy to pay the deposit and the balance by emailing me invoices, which I paid online.They handled all the communiation with my venue. I was happy with the quality of the chairs. Of course a few chairs had a knick/scratch in them, but these are rental chairs...you have to expect that.
