As I live close to Troy, I have contacted Troy Honda a few times to schedule services. Twice, Ive been transferred to the service department and had to leave a voicemail message. I never received a call back. Another time, someone from a different department answered my call, took my information down, and informed me that they will pass my information over to services and have a service rep return my call. Again, I never received a call back. A few weeks later, I scheduled maintenance online and never received a confirmation via email, text, or in person. Today, my call would not go through services. Irritated, I called again and asked the operator to connect me with the manager. I did not speak with a manager but someone (Aaron) from the service department, who told me that it may take a day or two for someone to check my vehicle (issues related to all the warning lights suddenly came on my 2020 vehicle).Ive never had any of this issue with Page Honda in Bloomfield. Calls always get either answered or returned, the system confirms appointments promptly, and a service rep always follows up.

Took in my car today, they immediately knew what was wrong, took a wrench and quickly fixed the issue. No charge. I really appreciate that kind of honesty about the problem and courtesy of a quick fix. Because they show honesty in the small things, Id trust them with the big things. I plan on coming here for my future repairs. I was helped by the tall guy with the long red hair, who deserves recognition.
Took my car in today and I was very impressed with the service department. Craig did a great job of explaining everything and was very patient with my many questions. I stopped in sales and Michael Smith Was a great help there too. Will definitely be back for service and my next car purchase.

Zero star, Stay a way 🏃♂️🏃🏼♂️ from this center, they dont smile they dont accept walk in for any kind of services, they dont help anyone and they dont give any consultation or advice.They should be a police office not service center
Not sure what went wrong, he said he will repair the battery terminal, but did nothing. Battery turning dead due to loose terminal. its left exactly how the other service guy damaged it at another auto repair. Need to look for a good auto repair again.
To slow to expensive not kind service. Smells bad.

Service department has changed tremendously for the better. 2015 when I first purchased my Honda I absolutely despised this place. Did not ever want to go back. Tom Rzeppa has done an amazing job with this dealership. Service Advisors Craig and Randy are great too!
