Nice driver but way too expensive $90.00 extra charges only Towed car 4 miles . I paid it to get my car, but I need a partial refund I had no choice I had to get me car I was at AGARVE RYE . PS . The driver told me it would be $ 50.00 - $ 75.00 to TOW It only that far . Thanks .

Dont use this towing service even if AAA calls them. They called after my sister was in an accident. He insisted he was taking the car to my lot even though State Farm wanted it towed to a certain body shop. After much arguing along the side of the road he headed that way. He then lied & said they were closed. My sister got there & they were open.

When usaa and triple a let me down, Jims towing came to tow my jeep 2 blocks to my house after my front wheel came off. Outstanding company

I cant even find out what I owe to get my car! The first time I called, he told me to call back about my car in 15 minutes. I called back 25 minutes later, and he told me he didnt even have a Pacifica on his lot. I told him he picked it up two days ago and he said Id have to call him back in an hour he was leaving. I said you just told me to call back in 15 minutes and I need my car. Hes so well Im not there. So apparently this is the only guy in this business. And how they make their money is by not being available for you to pick up your car. Dont ever ever call him!!!! Hes very rude in addition to offering poor service.

Fast response, but very rude. Told me my truck was a piece of [explicit language] because it was a Chevy. He told me he wasn’t going to put too much work into changing my tire. Next time, I’ll change it myself. The only reason I didn’t was because I was in nice clothes to go out to dinner. That won’t happen again... I’ll buy new clothes before I call Jim’s.
