Awesome front office staff and technicians! They finished my car a day early and were very professional. They cleaned my car nicely which I didn’t even realize was part of the service! Highly recommend for all body work.

Bit of a story here. So, this entire journey began after I made an appointment for my vehicle to get paint corrected and ceramic nano coated. I realized, Carolyne, you should really fix some of these paint chips *before you coat it*! So, I called Coles. I brought my vehicle in one morning before I had to go to work and Matt met with me and took some photos of my car to prepare an estimate. He got back to me the same day and I sat on it. Finally I decided to go ahead with getting my door fixed. He was able to set up an appointment quickly and the turnaround time was also very quick! I was happy to be kept in the loop throughout the entire process, too. I received texts updates and Matt emailed me everyday to touch base and send me photos of the process. I am very satisfied with the service they provided and the result was quite amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Ive used Coles for body repairs after deer collisions with 2 different vehicles. Both times, they did a great job. I hope not to need a collision shop in the future. But if I do, Im going to Coles.

I went to Cole’s to repair my car after it was rear ended. They made the process so easy for me. They even coordinated my rental car (which was especially welcomed when the rental my insurance company set up bailed at the last second). Pretty much everything was handled via text, as I preferred, and when my car came back it was vacuumed and cleaned, which was a nice surprise.

Coles did an amazing job and kept me informed every step of the way. They managed to complete the repairs much earlier than I expected and thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of the car before I picked it up. They also worked directly with my auto insurance company, which was helpful. I highly recommend Coles!

I meant to write this review as soon as I picked up my car, but pandemic brain got the best of me. My car needed some body work and parts replacement in March after what initially looked like a ‘minor’ parking lot mishap. I checked the reviews and decided that this Cole’s was my best bet, and I was correct. They were courteous, responsive, and kept both me and my insurance company informed about the progress of the assessment and repairs. The estimator actually showed me a couple of possible issues in spots that weren’t immediately apparent, and explained how he’d check to see if additional, internal repairs were needed. They really seem to care about ensuring that the car is thoroughly checked and restored. They also coordinated with my rental car company — you really couldn’t ask for more in terms of service. Each person that I dealt with was respectful and willing to answer any questions I had about the car & the repair process. They finished the repairs as scheduled, and the car was perfectly clean — and had been sanitized — when I picked it up. I strongly recommend them.

The staff as the North Greenbush Coles Collision Center were the most professional and respectful people working at a business that i have encountered in a long time. I was skeptical of bringing my CTS-V to anyone as it is/was (and is again) pristine until I managed to dent the fender backing out of our garage (Barn). When Matt gave me an estimate he knew I was paying out of pocket and not going through insurance. He kept cost reasonable and the quality of work was more than I expected as there are always horror stories of some body shops.... NOT these guys!! I hope to never see another collision center but if I do it will be Coles all the way!!

We have had the occasion to have cars repaired at Cole’s Collision Center, in North Greenbush, twice now over the past few years (unfortunately!). We find the staff to be very professional, yet personable, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful! The repairs made to our cars, both times, were flawless...you could not tell that the cars had been damaged! We were kept up to date on the repairs made, as they progressed, in text messages and telephone calls. The cars were repaired within the projected time period, and a day early this last occasion. Matt and Amanda were great, clean place. They did work on my 2018 CRV, I had to get the back fixed, scratches from a garage door hitting it. They told me might take five days got back to me in three days and looks perfect. The price was what I expected, all along the way I received text messages was also a plus, highly recommend them!!

The guys here are very professional! I showed up with a stick wedged in the undercarriage of my car after a drive through the Adirondacks. One of the undercarriage panels was also unpinned. As soon as I brought it in the guys got it up on a lift, removed the stick, and re-pinned the panel. They didnt even bill me for the time, I left within 20 minutes! So quick! It was my first time using Coles Collision & my experience was fantastic the staff was friendly, professional and completely transparent with communication. They worked at lightning speed but at the same time slow so they didnt miss a thing. I recieved step by step update along the way & I couldnt be happier with the end result. Did a great job on replacing the passenger door on our Scion XB. Looks like new. Detailed the interior too. Kept us apprised about the progress of the repair and coordinated the arrangement for a rental car and communicated well with the insurance company.

Shopped around a little bit after a little accident and found the reviews on Coles collision were very positive. I chose them based on those reviews and Im happy to report that they were true!! They answered all my questions, contacted me frequently with updates, which was great since I did not have a rental. They were actually a day early on completion. They dealt with the insurance company which was another blessing if you have collision. I cant say anything on pricing as it was 100% covered. i cant imagine that my insurance company was giving money away so they must have been reasonable.

There were no disappointments throughout the entire repair process, including access to the loaner-rental car on the premises. My car was repaired by Coles highly skilled body and paint repair experts in a timely manner. The quality of the repair was very good. Plus they stepped up and took care of all those burdensome insurance entanglements (UGH!!!). I would give them my business again.

When you have to visit a collision center or body shop, its usually from a horrible experience. I lost my car for over a month while my insurance company decided what to do with my car, finally deciding it was a total loss. The one thing that helped was the way Coles collision handled my claim. They were in constant contact with me throughout my claim process. In the end I wasnt charged for work that was done becase of the length of time without things being resolved and a financial cap from my insurance company. Hopefully I dont ever have to go back, but if I do need a body shop in the future, I know where Ill go. Also, dont take this the wrong way because Im a married man, but the girl that handled my claim is very pretty and extremely professional. Thank you so much for your time.

A few days later, Mike took the time to pull the crumpled fender away from the tire. All that without knowing whether or not I would be using their service, as I was waiting on the insurance company. So, full marks to these guys. They run a neat and clean shop. They are friendly and helpful. I would totally trust my car to Coles.

The work on My 2019 Honda hrv was good but it was late on being complete took 45 day when it should have been done by 21 Dec 2019 didnt get complete until 3 Jan 2020 and when I went to pickup my car I was treated like I was stupid and with total disrespect

After one visit I found the employees very helpful,place was very clean and I’m looking forward to using them to repair my car,They did not put the hood light back on the hood One of the employees told me that I had to put four or five stars up

I had assistance transferring items from one vehicle to another, Mike reassurred me everything would be take care of and they did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They are the worst going. If you are a female and know nothing about repairs to your vehicle you will think they are doing a great job. They are not. Do you check your mileage when you drop and pick it back up. Cause they drive your vehicles around. They also charge for parts they dont replace. They do however take your good parts and replace them with old damaged ones. Like took my year and a half battery out and replaced it with a old one that wouldnt hold a charge. So my 2 year old truck needed a new battery no dont think so.Said they had to replace my seat no did not just the cover of it and broke the seat adjuster. They said they had to replace my hood( charged my insurance company) but never replaced it. Said they had to replace my door. Again no did not happen. Said all this other stuff had to be replaced and never was. They dont let an insurance adjuster come and look at your vehicle they do it by pictures so how do you know it is really yours they are talking about. You dont. My estimate came to 20,000 for damage myself and 2 cops had go search for. So no I would never ever send my worst enemy to them. But when you drive someones vehicle off the lot without their permission and put over 200 miles on it. There is a problem. So think what happens if they get into a accident. Who pays for it???Think twice before going tbere.Most dishonest people

I just have to say that Coles Collision was there for me when my insurance company wasnt. My insurance company was not willing to work with me for towing and storage fees, but Coles was. In the end I ended up with a great experience thanks to Josh and his team at Coles North Greenbush. I would Definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for anything in the future.

Someone hit my Escalade and kept going 😔 USAA recommended Coles and I am so thankful they did!!! My whole bumper had to be replaced. I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon with 2 littles in tow and it was raining. Coles arranged for Enterprise to have a car there for me aaaand the staff installed the car seats in the rental for me!!! I picked my Escalade up Wednesday afternoon. Coles had detailed and cleaned my dirty vehicle inside and out (THANK YOU!!!) The work was beautifully done, no signs of an accident! Also, as I was transferring my belongings from the rental to my car, I noticed a huge (maybe a little exaggeration) spider on the roof of the rental. I am petrified of spiders! The nice young man, Mike I believe, came out to the car, destroyed the spawn of sat... spider then moved the car away from the carcass for me. Everybody knows that once a spider occupies a certain space, the air in said space is no longer viable. All this to say, THANK YOU COLES, for making this experience less horrible 😁😁😁
