It had been 8 years since the purchase of my last new vehicle. I recently leased a 2021 Chevy Blazer RS and I couldnt be more pleased with the amazing service from my Sales Associate Karen Meyerhoff and the Mike Savoie Team! Kind, Courteous, and Professional are a few key words that come to mind. But what really stands out was that Karen made me feel comfortable and worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. In a cut-throat sales world, I never felt pressured or that my needs and budget were being pushed aside in the name of a sale. Not having had a new car sales experience in a while was intimidating, but Karen and crew changed all of that from the friendly hello I received entering the showroom. I would definitely recommend you stop by the dealership and speak with Karen if you are entertaining the idea of a new vehicle.
It took longer than usual time to get an appointment to have my sunroof shade repaired because of the high demand for service and the lack of employees, but once I got in the repair was completed quickly. Because of the virus I had to sit in a temporary area instead of the lounge and no cookies were offered. Those changes are understandable.
Easy to make appointment. Ready when I got there. Quick tire repair (I ran over a nail), and excellent work. Great price. Saved big $ compared to what a new tire would have cost. Would definitely recommend. A+

Great experience. I needed a part done on my 2021 chevy trailblazer and was expecting to be dropping off my car for full day. As I did not have anyone to livk me up Michael had offered one of the employees to drive me back home. Before that happened, he checked with the mechanic how long will the repair take. Nice surprise, yhe mechanic said it will take 20 minutes or so. I was in and out the door within 28 minutes.

Have not bought a new car in 13 years. I dreaded having to go to a dealer. Turned out to be a great experience, Philip Huyghe was truly interested in me as a person. He provided answers to all of my questions, was completely focused on providing a relaxed customer based experience. No high pressure. I felt like I was a valued family member during the whole purchase and delivery process. No side trip to the financial person. Philip took care of everything from start to delivery. I will be going back to Mike Savoie Chevrolet for my wifes car next.

Michael Johnson was my service person. All I needed was my battery checked out. One thing led to another and he told me he wasn’t going to deal with me. That was fine because there were other service people that could help. But did they no. All of these service people just stood there. That Micheal did come back to write up the order but was not to friendly. I called the service manager Chris Lawson but no response. I did not buy my vehicle from Mike Savoie but I will never get my car serviced again. Mike Sovoie customer service is awful. I don’t know if because I was a women or a woman of color. By the way Michael Johnson was black not sure if he new he was.
Worked with Karen M. Great to work with. Got numbers when first looking....no surprises at closing.....Final numbers even better. In and out at final signing.....all papers explained so we knew what we were signing.Karen took extra time to explain features and technology.....she did her part but for me at 82.....bring back the 1957 Chevrolet! Michael in the service department was considerate and helpful when we came in today. We were very nervous about the situation with the car and had a lot of concerns and questions. The car got water damage from the last big rain storm and like many people, our car is in rough shape. Weve never been through a claim like this before and its difficult how so many things get triggered when the car stopped working- fears and a sense of lost autonomy and so forth. Still he stayed with us until our questions got answered and assured us that it would all get handled. I truly appreciate him for the time he took as it made a huge difference for us. Thanks again!

Price for a diagnosis was ridiculous., at $260. Because a engine light was on. Some bolts were loose and they did it for so call free tightening them up. I call around to other Chevy dealers and they diagnosis would have run me $140.00. Well I can say this I absolutely will not be coming back to your establishment or recommend anyone else to come. I might have to post on Facebook how outraged your prices are. Very unsatisfied customer👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I called the dealership to price I a set tires for my car and was told that they would match a local competitor. They said the tires would be available on Friday, August 13. I scheduled an appointment and took the car in on the 13th. When I signed the car in I mentioned that I had a price match, and A printed copy of a competitive quote, and they confirmed they would match the price. I was quite surprised when I went to pay and they wouldn’t match the price. Not the kind of company I would recommend or deal with in the future. I was overcharged $140. I do expect a check refunding the $140 overcharge.Please publish my response!Mike Huffer
Excellent experience. First of all Im thankful that I was able to schedule an oil change on short notice. When there, my first impression was that at least among the service people everyone was wearing a mask. I have seen other dealers where that was not the case. Also the fact that incoming vehicles are disinfected and that the customer has an option to wait outside shows that at this dealership the pandemic is taken seriously. Finally, my oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and car wash were done in half the time I was told (and half of what Im used to from other dealers). After a negative experience when shopping for an Equinox 10 years ago, I had avoided Mike Savioe, but this experience definitely put it back on the map for me.
My appointment time was honored, the history of my vehicle was reviewed with recommendation for timely service, the maintenance was performed while I waited and the Service Consultant, Paul Verduci, was professional, kind and helpful
Hadeel was not pushy, was working FOR me and honestly made me feel like he was looking out for me. Usually people take advantage of a girl who comes in by herself but not once did I feel like that. Very pleased and recommended him to people already!

Went in for an oil change was in and out of there in about an hour. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I made an appointment and, it wasn’t in the system. I called on the phone to make it so something slipped through the cracks. Other than that the experience was great!!

Dropped off car night before for 8am oil change. Was told two max. Called at 10am... had not been started. That person said two hour max is only if you are waiting not for drop offs. Mentioned car would not be ready until 5pm. Major problem for us...as son had to have car for work. Car was then finished in an hour. Exhausting process for an oil change.
I needed new shocks on my Tahoe and Paul Verducci was fabulous about making sure they came in and letting me know as soon as they did. The car was ready before we expected it. As always outstanding professional service.!!

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. Everything was fast and I appreciated the loaner vehicle. The only downside was not having the car washed. The servicemen left grease stains on my doors. They also took my rearview mirror down which was quite confusing since my car repairs only dealt around tires. Otherwise my experience here was really great.

Was told catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Its a rarely replaced part. Wasnt told why it needed to be replaced, or shown to me and explained why it needed to be replaced. My best mechanics always showed me the parts and offered an adequate explanation. I feel uncertain about Savoies service department.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were ready for me as soon as I approached the service center and eager to help me. They were also very quick in servicing me and educating me on the things completed and what to look forward to in future.

I came to The dealership because my lease was ending on my GMC Sierra. I came to the dealership and my sales rep Eric Murphy got a Silverado, A blazer and a Colorado for me to test drive. All the vehicles are really nice. We ran numbers and what I can afford in my price range was the Colorado. When I came to pick up my vehicle on Monday Eric took care of me and made me feel safe with us going to a different area to do the deal. The people were great. The service was good also. The product that I received was not so much. The service dept reprogrammed my computer in my truck. it now shifts worse than before and there is a large hesitation in the response when I step on the accelerator. The truck seems like it doesnt know what to do when I step on the gas most of the time. I am greatly disappointed in the product that was installed into my truck. I hate the truck even more now than before. It is a nice truck, I wish the driving of it was just as nice. It is far from that.
