Dealt with Jeff for the first time because I had my tire burst on my Q60S. I got it towed to the dealership and left specific instructions since it was already closed and I was in a hurry to get home the next day. Jeff called me first thing in the morning when they opened and he was very straight forward about everything I needed for him to fix my tire. I picked up the car within 2 hours of having the phone call with him and he explained everything that was done and was very professional and courteous.
