I would like to give very negative feedback about Suburban Volvo, Troy, MI. The word customer delight is not there in their dictionary, leave aside their service protocol. For anything and everything they would like to charge and mint money and for that they even disregard Volvos positive propaganda. My very recent experience goes like this:-I visited them for a product recall. Volvo sticker on the front grill of my car has peeled off and looks ugly. I expected they themselves would be conscious of the logo and would restore the look. They didnt and when I asked for the same they mentioned that it would cost me $85. Seriously ?? The original Volvo sticker can be procured through Amazon for $8. Are they so nonchalant about Volvo brand value? Just for your information, Im a part of the Volvo fans group on Facebook and people share that the dealers/service centers take care of this logo issues free of cost and out of their own interest and these Suburban guys want to mint money even out of this! I will share this feedback everywhere possible.

These people are crooks !!! Period !
