This taxi are very dependable and they do have nice clean taxis/and are on time when they say they are coming...if they tell you they are coming to y u they Will Be There

Since Uber and Lyft drivers dont want to drive..keep Primos taxi phone number handy because I took lyft to a bar and on the way back there was no drivers at 2 am in the Trenton area so I was outside waiting for 2 hours until another stranger told me to call primo

Good if you speak Spanish and dont go to certain neighborhoods at night cause no drivers available but my spanish friend called and they came just a different drop off. People really need rides if there paying but latina are to royal to care. Thanks primo

Every time I call for a taxi theres a lady that answers the phone and claim to not have drivers available but then once I call in late to work I see a million drivers on the road. After a driver came out and told me that this place only wanted to service Hispanics I feel this is completely unacceptable and is an outrage. I work like any other honestly person and feel this should be addressed!!!!! Smh this is sad!!!!

It is 4:47 am i am sitting a DDs on chambers and Liberty in trenton i have seen 2 taxis pull up here empty and 2 taxis ride by empty... 1 taxi that pulled up here was before i called the others after my first call... I called for a taxi from 1072 chambers to Camden st. ...She says no cabs availble but they are circling around this area empty ... I cannot make since of this !!💯💯

If you going to say 10 minutes, at least be honest that we’re are going to wait 20-25 mins, at that point, you just make people upset. On top of that, the reckless driving and texting on phone and the fact that y’all left me in the dust after I waited 20-25 mins to realize it’s gone!?? I had to walk from home cause y’all apparently couldn’t wait for me to find the taxi. This business is prejudice. They charged me (hispanic) 20$ to go from trenton train station to white horse but charged my boyfriend who is black 25 dollars to go up the block (literally 3 blocks)

You should start having your taxi drivers stop texting and driving and pay attention to the road !!!!! How many car accidents does it have to take before you have your employees actually follow the law?? Ive been out since 8 this morning and every Primo taxi car Ive drove past was either talking on their phone or texting and driving which is kind of funny because Im sure once they get the job and they start driving their told not to be on their phone while driving !!!

They don’t know how to drive ! They drive reckless! They eat the red lights don’t respect people walking or follow basic driving rules ! They ate a red light while speeding and almost hit a car ! Efficient fast and cheap I liked the only thing I did not like is that you cannot ask for the same driver because of your own choice! But the drivers are very friendly, the cars smell a lot of cigarettes, a little air freshener with a good smell would do it.
