While I am sorry for the poor experiences of my fellow passengers, I have to say that Ive never had an issue with DC. Theyre ALWAYS on time, if not early, polite and their drivers usually give me their business cards, so that I may request them, personally, for my return trip. Of course, theyre always busy in another part of town when I call, but, its a nice gesture, nonetheless.

STAY AWAY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF RIDERS. I went exactly 4.5 miles from Trenton to Pennington. The driver talked on her cell the entire 10 min. ride. She also never turned on the meter & then charged me $25. I told her that was an overcharge, no meter running and inaccurate. She said thats how it is when you go into another city. I didnt even have all the money. I desperately looked for spare change. I took Lyft back to Trenton which was $8.15 so I gave that driver a $2.00 tip. This company will be investigated. I wish I could zero stars. STAY AWAY!

Cab 55 tried charging an extra $5 because he said he had to leave one spot and come to another when I already knew the price as I have used them before from the same spot to the same destination. I called the dispatcher and he goes no you pay your normal price he dont get the extra $5.

They are very unprofessional they dont call upon arrival were trying to go to a certain area they lie and say that they dont have cabs available and I feel like when you are a continuous customer they dont show any recognition or consideration and most of the time when these guys pull up they have other people in the cab like it is a Uber pool

Guy that picks up the phone is great to call if you want to get yelled at. Not to mention that the cab driver claimed the meter doesnt work and then charged over $30 for a mile ride

The worst company ever. The dispatcher was extremely rude, arguing with me on the phone. Its January and cold. I was waiting inside thinking the cab would call me when they arrived. Never called. So I call the dispatcher back and he has a very bad attitude and tells me hes not going to service me. Never will I ever call them again!

Sorry excuse for a cab company. Not only does it take 15+ rings for a dispatcher to even answer the phone, he is even rude doing it. The cab that is supposed to arrive in 10min or less takes 30min and there is already a customer inside. The icing on the cake.....the bastard overcharges me. Thank You Diamond!

Thier drivers NEVER turn o n the meter. Driver Varfee Kamneh (2018) said that the company does not use meters for their fare. I had to insist he provide me with a receipt that I am SURE his dispatcher will have no record of but if they want I can provide them with a copy. This ass was rude and a crook. He told me next time to take Uber or Lfyt.......GUESS WHAT I WILL. Called the company at 1:30pm and told no one was there to take my complaint. To the taxi commission i go.

Cab showed up refused to run a meter and tried to charge me $120 to get across the bridge. Called the owner asked for another cab to pick me up he told me to call city hall and complain and hung up. Take septa or another means of transportation if you can DO NOT take this cab company!!! I hope all of these racist drivers and dispatchers have their citizenship revoked or have someone in this country take advantage of them and their families when the opportunities present itself so that they understand how horrible it is to do that to people.

Cabs be Crowded

Horrible... all though they came on time the first time it was about 430 am to get home from work they Driver picked me up in South trenton with someone else in the car drove them to a gas station and then all the way out to west trenton then tried to charge me extra about 30$ instead of the normal 15$ bc he took me all the way out of the way to get to hamilton smh then the next time the driver again on time took me again out of the way and fell asleep at 3 red lights and at 2 stop signs. he was swerving and falling asleep driving. I tried to get out to call a different cab but he kept driving and said he wasnt sleeping... he was snoring... then he hops on the phone and is talking and cursing and using A LOT of profanity. and then he started texting. worst experiences ever. will be finding a better cab company for my late nights at my job. very disappointed

They never pick up when you call, sometimes you be on the line for 3-5 mins before someone answer, then their prices are never the same even though I call them from the same place to get to the same place everyday.

Call the cab at 7:22 pm didnt come until 817 pm and already had people in the cab and it was a clear day with no bad weather will never use again
