I’ve been using this Taxi Company for over a year now. My pick is at 5:20 AM, 5 days a week. The driver is never late. He’s always outside waiting for me. This taxi company is the best in town. The drivers are great guys, very friendly! I recommend anyone to use this company. You won’t regret doing business with them. Again, the best in town!!!

Tareq is a friendly and professional driver. He and I have great conversations and share our interests with each other. He is safe on the road, has a welcoming presence, and treats me like a friend. Very punctual and accommodating. I am a repeat customer and intend on remaining as such! would recommend his services to anybody!

On time and fast

I requested a cab to Hightstown, NJ. The driver came with minimum wait, dropped me off at my destination without a problem. The driver made small talk. The cab was clean. I would use their service again.

I called the Van company after my car wouldnt start. They arrived at my door in less than 15 minutes. The driver was polite and graceous. We had to to the hospital. When the procedure was finished it took the cab 5 minutes to pick us up to take us home. Exceptional service.

So i was coming from the train station the guy takes 26 mins to pick me up then tells me they are charging 12$ . Definitely not worth it this is terrible company

We been using this cab service for one year. And we found their service to be very good always on time and the drivers are very friendly. We recommend that you use this service all the time.

The guy had me late for work twice and for the third he did not show. The call was made to him well in advance and he promised to have me there on time. Then he complained about me paying with credit even though I paid over the price, his excuse was credit was bad for them. I will never use them again and if you do, you need to call them a hour in advance. I almost forgot to mention I found drugs in the back of the car the first day I used his services.

We are using Trenton star cab almost years, never had a problem. On time pick up, reasonable price, polite and promote drivers . I do highly recommend to Trenton star cab if anyone need a taxi service in Mercer country area !

My driver Rocky was great. He kept me entertained and made me laugh the whole time. He helps me out whenever I call him. He is the perfect example of a cab driver. I had made a reservation with this company from the Trenton transit center to downtown Phila. As soon as I walked out the transit center, the mini van cab was waiting there for me. The driver was very courteous, he got me there on time, and gave me a great price for the fair too. The drive was very comfortable and overall I was very happy with their service. Highly recommended!!

Trenton star cab is very reliable and always on time. It is the only company I use. The service is super friendly and very professional. The driver who picked me up in a silver SUV was so polite and had a wonderful conversation with me on my long trip back from Philly airport. I 100% recommend trenton star cab!

I paid $28.00 for the same trip another company charges about $12.50 for. Driver didnt even use the meter. They were quick getting to me tho. I originally had a longer review with more valid complaints but after the company read my review the driver called to apologize, which was nice so I decided to take some of the complaints down. Still they charge way too much, more than companies that have come from further away so I will not be using them again.

Took me to Penn Station NY from Central NJ with tons of bags. Honored price despite tolls, traffic, incoming train delays of 2+ hours, delays due to lost bags, and more. Thanks for putting the customer first!

The folks at Trenton Star meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and show concern about their customers from scheduling to drop off. Ive used them several times a week for four months, and I consider them a vital part of my team.

BAD SERVICE! Called to set up taxi service. Was told to text address and call back 15 minutes prior to pick up. Did both, and confirmed with operator, taxi never showed up. Called two more times, and got no answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I scheduled a ride to the train station a day in advance, and the taxi NEVER showed up at the apartment!! I called and left two messages, but no one answered. I ended up driving myself, but it was a very close call. WATCH OUT!! This is not a reliable company. Definitely not professional.

Tried to make a reservation to be piked up from the airport and then to my destination ...OMG. The operator is asking ME how far is it from the Airport to Newark...(which is only 10 mins)..would not use and dont use.

I call 12 hour before i need taxi to make plans, despacher said yes cab be there 5:45am,, second call before around 5:25 am despacher said yes 5:45,,at 6:00 i did a call and no body send a cab, cab pick up me at 6:25,,, i lost the train to the air port,, do not trust this company if u have a plans. ...they are lier,, despacher is inrresponsable.
