Sams club is always a nice visit. The pharmacy staff is so helpful and professional. Not to mention they are so kind. The store is always clean. They keep everything stocked. All the employees are helpful and professional and meet all of your needs. plus Sams explores other types of food and that is exciting and its delicious. They make Sams club so enjoyable by their kindness. Look forward to my next trip💜💜💜🎶🎶🎶

I love our Sam’s Club in Traverse City, Mi. They are hard working, nice people in the entire place. I do have to name a few employees specifically. Recently I have had several interactions with the optical department. They are always very busy during the summer, yet happy. Hemelinda, Deanna (I might have her name wrong) and Jon are amazing! They work well together and always go above and beyond. Earl in the hearing department is always very sweet and kind to my mom every time she has any problems with her hearing aides. We are very lucky especially during these difficult times of finding good employees that care! Hopefully, everyone at our Sam’s is truly appreciated!!! Personally, I thank you all for doing such a great job!

Whats to say? Great prices and quick check-out. Only gripe is employees under a business membership can not use business hours which sort of defeats the purpose of paying for employee memberships when they cant shop early for the business.

Pretty good Sams. Good pharmacy if you live in the area. Friendly staff, clean environment. A little tricky turning north on M-37, but theres a side entrance that takes you to the light where you can get back on easily.

It serves the public in larger options and considerable savings forthe home and small business shopper. Costco is first, sams second. But still a good second choice

I love sams, however I am disappointed that the last 2 times I have been there they were out of diet pepsi. That was my main reason to go there both times.

Had appointment to get tires rotated 9AM.When I arrived on time I was told the computer did not have my appointment.Had to reschedule 20+ mile trip for nothing. Another 20+ miles for the reschedule. Loss of time & money.Much better service at Costco.

The Sams Club of Traverse City, Michigan. A very huge store to put it lightly. Has a bit of everything, from basic stuff to the more important things to the fun stuff. From food to non-food items. Tires, cleaning products, heck even mopeds lol. Baby stuff, adult stuff, liquor, drinks, literally a bit of everything haha. Always an enjoyable experience and not a bad thing to say about it.Would recommend that you get a Sams Club Membership though to make things better and with some price reduction and for their own personal Sams Club gas station that is in the back area of the parking lot. Exclusive ONLY to Sams Club Members. So its not clogged up like so many of the gas stations around here, and on top of that its not dangerous to be around as it is in a Parking Lot instead of by the crazy bustling street. Very nice touch to say the least.

Since the change of layout is s way difficult, in a good way, browsed 85% of the whole store and maybe why spent so much 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️store was very clean and organized. Workers were friendly too.

As always there are great finds here. Got a sun shirt and shorts for about 30 bucks. They have all their summer stuff in so if you need floaties, bbqs, swimsuits, towels, patio furniture etc check this place out. If you have a big family its worth the cost of the membership.

The old guy working the gas station is very rude and tells you a rule that is false and that to read the signs or he will throw you right out on your butt, and the sign says something totally different then he is trying to say is a law (I personally know it is not a law). Someone like that should not be an attendant and to say something like that to a customer, how wrong is that...

I dont get the chance to shop at Sams Club very often but when I can, I love it. The meats are fresh and usually a great selection. I can buy in bulk to help save money and time by not having to purchase as often.

I swear this has to be the smallest Sams club I have shopped.Everything is pretty regular here.Does Sams not carry Scott toilet paper anymore or just some locations?

I love the self checkout option that Sams club has perfected. Its very easy as a business operator to zip in and zip out. I have found it faster than doing the option where they pull your products for you and better than the mobile app as well.

Bucky at the tire center was so rude to my father who is an elderly man. I called and spoke with him which in return was also rude to me. I have never before had an issue with anyone at Sams.

The service at the pickup was awesome. There was a couple of things that didnt get on pickup and the gentleman went to find them and we did a scan and go.

Took advantage of your hours for seniors yesterday. First off, thank you and all staff for their pleasant, helpful demeanor while I shopped. They were all appropriately attired with gloves and mask. I was surprised to see many shoppers with no gloves or mask putting us all at greater risk. I would like to suggest that you make gloves and masks mandatory to shop at your store. I believe all essential businesses should be doing this. I know none of us want to experience this awful disease. Thank you for listening. I am still a faithful Sam’s shopper.

Neat and tidy. Everyone was mask compliant. Store was oddly configured compared to others Ive been to but a nice store overalll.

Have been a member here for several years. Shelves are well stocked. There is wide ilses and ilses have signs to let you know what items are in them. Workers there are friendly and very helpful.

We didn’t know the exact open time and got to the store 15 minutes early got treated very rudely by the guy collecting carts in the parking at the TRAVERSE CITY location. On 5/23

There is always a great selection of food here at the Traverse City Sams club. What is nice is that they do carry a lot of the local winery wines! Sometimes it is hard to find help but if you go to the front they are nice about calling an employee to help with a big item.

Love being able to get bigger sizes of the stuff I like. The prices are good too. Theres always something new on the Shelf. I always have to plan extra time for browsing.

Clean as always. A great selection with great prices. Even in the pandemic they are doing there best to keep the store clean and orderly, and keep the registers clean, without causing to much of a back up. They did great.

I LOVE SAMS BUT WAS CONCERN ON THE 9th OF NOV. IN THE AFTERNOON TWO LADYS I THINK THEY WERE MOTHER AND DAUTHER WERE WITHOUT MASK ON SHOPPING RAN INTO THEM AT THE DAIRY SECTION I HAD TO GET TUB OF BUTTER

I purchased gas for my car today when the lines at the pumps were long. There was a gas pump open on the opposite side of my car. In the past a Sams employee instructed me to use either side of the pump for gas because I have a sm vehicle. Today I was reprimanded by a sams employee for doing just that. However, the Sams employee DIDNT SAY A WORD to the man in a full size pickup truck right in front of me pumping his gas the same way. Do the rules only apply to women?

I ordered the 15 piece Viking cutlery set with the Acacia wood block included. What I received was a very dark Cherry wood block. Not even close to what was pictured on the box. It is online only so I probably wouldnt take a chance again.

They rearranged... Cant find anything,. I dont like it. Makes it hard to pop in and out and avoid being in a crowd... Kind of goes against the whole social distance, keeping trips in public short idea. But then all Walmart ever did care about was money. People and employees are a distant second or maybe third...

I was having trouble with air pressure in my tires (visiting here from Arizona) and stopped at the Sams in Traverse City, Michigan. I had the pleasure of meeting a nice man in the service department. Bucky quickly told me they did not have any appointments for a couple of days, but told me to pull my car around anyway. He checked all the pressures and even got me a cap after he added some air to a couple. Super guy, super service. Use this Sams service department....you wont be sorry.

I bought tires here on 10/29 and the first appointment to get them put on is 12/24. TWO MONTHS. Totally unacceptable. I am good with a week or even two weeks this time of year. But not two months. Just unacceptable.

It was disappointing, that there were so many empty shelves. It would be nice and helpful, if the carts were cleaned. The Walmart in cheboygan offers a spray bottle of cleaner and paper towels to spray the cart down and wipe them. I tried to wipe the Sams cart down and it was so filthy and the little tiny wipes didnt faze the physical dirt, that layered the seat.

Its a great place to buy in bulk! They have a pharmacy, hearing center (with a free hearing test), cafe, bakery, meat department, photo department, tire and battery center (free tire pressure check), and a gas station (its mostly less expensive). They have a lot of great merchandise and are selling more gluten free and organic food.

Great supermarket. My go-to place for shopping in bulk. Great deals on items and the layout is great. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. If your hungry, the food bakery is a great place to have a quick bite.

Great location right next to our hotel. Selection was excellent and well stocked. Easy access from the road in a centrally located area.

I was trying to download the new scan and go app and the first girl I worked with needs get some coaching on what good customer service is. Her personal skills need attention. The second girl did a little better, but when we couldnt get all of the features of the scan and go to work correctly she gave me the oh well response. If Sams doesnt want to lose customers to the new Costco coming to town in a week they better train there customer service staff better.
