EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! We had a after hours septic backup and Flood Fighters were there ASAP to get to work on cleaning up the “mess”. The professionalism shown was amazing! Mason and Brandon went above and beyond. They communicated clearly every step of the way!! To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never needed this type of service before ... and now all I can say is WOW!! Definitely call them! The peace of mind is truly priceless!!

Flood Fighters was at our house within one-two hours of our call. Jacob and team helped us sort out what was needed and got right to work. Jacob went above and beyond with keeping us informed, meeting on a Saturday when the insurance adjuster arrived, going to bat for us with the insurance company and checking in frequently. I really cant say enough. We had no idea how to handle the damage caused to our home by a bad roofing company. Annette stepped us through every step of the clean up, and pointed us in the direction of some great contractors. flood Fighters showed up and did an amazing and quick job of drying out our house and removing damaged materials. Due to a terrible flood in our brand new house, we had to call upon Flood Fighters. We arrived at our cottage this winter to find that our septic tank had backed up and flooded our crawlspace with raw sewage. Flood Fighters arrived quickly and in full COVID compliance. They listened to our specific concerns, examined the damage themselves, and clearly explained what they would be doing to remedy our problem, discussing the (very reasonable) price with us before they began. They finished within a couple of hours and did a thorough job, leaving our crawlspace and all our home appliances down there cleaner than ever. They also couldnt have been nicer folks, which was especially impressive considering the nature of the task.

We had renters who didn’t tell us our crawl space had been flooded badly. Because it had been sitting down there for months, the water was literally black.We didn’t think they would be able to accomplish much because only one guy came out. However, he managed to pump out all of the water. It ended up being 1,000 gallons. 1,000 GALLONS. He wasn’t just able to pump out the water, but he was also very kind, and was able to answer all of our questions.Thank you, Mason!

Flood Fighters cleaned up and restored our basement bedroom after a water pipe leak. All the workers were terrific. Suzie did some of the painting, and she was fabulous. A pipe under our sink started randomly spraying water at 9:00 PM last night. I panicked! It took a few minutes to stop the water and only that long for the water to spread all over the kitchen . When we had a burst pipe in our basement, Floodfighters responded immediately with water abatement and repair. Walter was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions about the restoration that my wife and I decided to hire Flood Fighters to convert the two downstairs storerooms into a bathroom and a bedroom! I called them late at night after the house I just bought had a water heater issue that flooded our entire basement. They were there quick and had great communication over the week it took to dry up the basement. I highly recommend!

We had extensive work done because of faulty installation on windows by another company. Black mold and rot was the result. Dry wall and flooring and paneling had to be replaced. The Flood Fighter workers came in and were very efficient and thorough - cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. Previously, I had a new microwave installed and it hung too low over the stove. Floodfighter Ron Francisco came, raised the cupboard above the stove, raised the microwave, and re-tiled the wall. 8/14/2017 - On Sunday evening I got back from a 14 day vacation to a wet lower basement. The sewage pump float switch failed and the water softener flooded our lower level with about 70 gallons of salty sewage water.Flood fighters came highly recommended from several of my friends and I can see why. They showed up the same day that I called and they are actively drying out my home as I type this review. The two technicians they sent, Vern and Stacy are great and hard working. All the wet carpet was removed and dyers have been working all night long. Good people, local and hard working.I will post back later as the project progresses.

In short, Adrian, Jeremy and Vern were a pleasure to do work for me. They turned a bad experience of flooding in between my walls and mess into a successful and pleasurable working relationship that I will highly recommend to all! :)
