Our project manager, Daniel, was a great communicator and collaborator, keeping us informed and getting our input every step of the way. Did a great job helping us recover from a basement flood. Paul Davis was on site fairly quickly with a water mitigation team to help clean up flood and water damage, and they also sanitized everything after getting the space dry. I also used their rebuilding services for the replacement of our basement flooring, drywalling, carpentry, etc. While I can say that the process took quite a long time, they did a good job managing to project and coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors to get the work done. I would recommend them for any kind of disaster recovery and rebuild projects.

We recently had an incident with a sewage backup in our crawl space, happening of course after business hours. I got a hold of Paul Davis Restoration and they sent someone over the same night. They took care of hauling all of our belongings out, disinfected and dried the space. I was so pleased to have their help as I just didnt have time to deal with this terrible mess. They were excellent the whole way, from work quality to communication and coordination. I highly recommend this company.

Our house was almost totally destroyed by severe water damage last winter. We winter in Florida and were 1400 miles away. Our summer home is in the Baldwin area and finding contractors locally is very difficult. We were recommended to Paul Davis Restoration by a friend who knew the owner. The guys from PDR were quick to get to our home and start the long process of getting estimates and agreement with our insurance company. Once we returned in May the rebuilding process began. It seemed like a long slow restoration as we stayed locally and were at the project daily.All said and done our house is completely redone and the nightmare is over.

We called due to a water leak that took place in the kitchen, right away Randy and the guys stepped in and got the issue under control in a timely matter. The also walked us through the process step by step to get kitchen back up and running. Great Company

We had water damage from a leaking refrigerator that ruined the laminate flooring. We called Paul Davis Restoration and they very promptly came out and started the drying process. As soon as the drying is done the reconstruction manager arrived to estimate the cost of the repairs. They are currently working with my insurance company to arrive at a solution to our problem. Excellent service, friendly people, we will see how the insurance company responds.

Burst pipe in late January. Mitigation team led by Randy Weaver had the flood damage stopped and dried in short time. The reconstruction process took a little longer than expected but the difficulty and coordination of the contractors were handled by Jon Randels and the entire team at PaulDavis got the job done. Finished product is great and with my recommendation.

This company from the top (Scott) owner to the mitigation manager Randy Weaver have no customer service. I needed mold remediation in my home it took a week for a call from Randy. He then sent me to have it tested by 3rd party before he could quote. Did that to only have him take 3 emails from me for his reply for quote that he declined to do. Wasted 3 weeks of my time on them. When your insurance company has PD Traverse City come to your house tell them you need another company don’t waste your time like I did on this company.

Great company for when your in a bad situation. Will get you home or cottage back to New. Highly recommended.

Floor transitions were not even screwed down completely, did not caulk tile around bathtub, caulked bathroom fixtures to wall before walls painted so no paint will stick to walls, left inch wide caulking strip on kitchen counter, put holes in newly erected walls and sloppily patched them, damaged freshly painted walls in EVERY room and did not fix, left carpet tacks exposed that pierced the bottom of my feet in doorway, grout is falling out of the back splash, materials do not match, no hardware put back on the doors in bedrooms, subfloor in is two different levels in the same rooms, and I could add about 12 more lines to this full of terrible work that has left my home in a different state of disaster than it was on this company arrived. I also had to debate and argue throughout the entire project with this company and order to get the shoddy work that I did get! DO NOT USE PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION!!!!!!!

Never finished the job!! Very incompetent unprofessional business. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever!! If you are thinking about using them, its been a 3 month battle to try and have our house put back together and now weve had to find someone else, dont waste your time and money. Go somewhere else!!!
