Jake did an excellent job for us. He was clear with laying out and describing the work, why it was needed, and setting clear expectations, which he met. Jake was timely, arriving as planned and wrapping up the work in a timely manner. The quality of his work was excellent. We really appreciated Jakes attention to detail when it came to prepping for the work, carefully sealing off the work zone and protecting the rest of the house. We also appreciated his attention to detail when cleaning up after wards. Jake always left the completed work area very tidy. Jake also made the overall experience a lot easier for us because of his knowledge, willingness to take time to answer all of our questions and ability to communicate in a positive manner. Jake is an easy guy to talk to and work with. We highly recommend him to anyone experiencing mold remediation and/or water damage. We would use his services again if needed.

Jake was the first to respond after the water damage in our basement and was punctual and persistent in keep us up to date each day with what he was doing. He tackled our sons room even with his bed and dresser in the way and removed everything very clean and professionally. Would highly recommend him!
