I liked that I could call a couple days ahead and move our appointment from am to pm. The office called me the day of service and told me what time to expect them. Then the young man called me when he was 20 minutes away to make sure that was OK. I really liked the service and our carpet looks beautiful! Very good value! Highly recommend!

I am in a wheelchair. Clean and Deodorize service was mostly good. They couldnt help it but wear patterns in a high traffic area couldnt be cleaned completely, but they did a wonderful job. My desks appear to not be moved, but I contribute that to having a lot of wires.They were polite, informative, patient, explained what they were doing, made sure I received my receipt in my email before they left

Brendan and Chris did a great job. House was sparkling clean when they left. They worked quickly and professionally. I was impressed with the new tile/grout cleaning service as well.

Staff was very accommodating when I scheduled myself on line but for the wrong day. I called to see when they would arrive and was told next week. Thats when I realized my error. They made room to clean this day anyway . We were so grateful as we had cleared the room in preperation for the cleaning. Staff was wonderful and totally adjusted their day to fit me in! 5 stars!

Had the HVAC and dryer ducts cleaned. The guys were right on time and did a great job. We have animals in the house including a cat that likes to try and get out and they were very careful about that. Definitely will use them again.

We bought a cottage from a heavy smoker. Nicotine on the walls, carpets, and heat ducts. We hired Stanley Steemer to clean the wood walls, carpet and heat ducts. This was my first use of Stanley Steemer. I called for a sofa and stairweld only. Once Adam and Spencer were here, I learned of all the other options I had for cleaning. I began to add to the list of things to clean. The more you have done on a visit, a discount kicks in. Adam and Spencer were most accommodating and went to work!! It was a painless process (for me). The guys moved the furniture and resettled it. Gave me instructions on drying times. They were polite, pleasant, and professional. I am most pleased with this experience. Came out to do a duct cleaning however, our ductwork is flex ducting and the techs could not do the cleaning with this type of duct work. Techs were very professional, explained the concerns, and I would not hesitate to have them do the work if they could have.. Would have been good to understand this before wasting their time and ours. Might suggest this be asked when scheduling an appointment or atleast have someone check before sending a crew.

These guys were able to remove stains that no one else could for the last several years. (Actually, melted fibers in the carpeting caused by electricians setting hot power tools on the floor) This team out of Traverse City was phenomenal.

I contacted SS for duct cleaning in my newly remodeled house. I was quoted $499 for a whole house cleaning. Upon arrival I was told it’s an Adirondack $20/cent after 10 vents. The new total is $719, pay it or we can leave. Make sure you count your vents.

We just moved in to a new house and the carpets were really filthy and in fire need of cleaning. I called Stanley Steamer and they were able to fit me in the next day. The crew were very courteous and polite. They did an excellent job and the carpets look like new again. I will hire them again for all my carpet needs. I plan to have them come in at Springtime and do their five step process for wood floors . Thanks for a job very well done.

They cleaned our duct system. No mess, very, very helpful. Would highly recommend them to do it again.

The service men were professional and polite and went through the house but I have no idea if the process of cleaning the ductwork was effective. They said the crawl space wasn’t large enough for them to access so they did a reverse method from the registers in the house. The large suction tubes obviously could not fit into the small opening and they said it was strong and would pull everything out from the floor surface. This may have been true but I have no way of knowing that it did. I asked if it was possible to see what was pulled out of the ductwork but they said no. Maybe a camera view? Something to prove the Effectiveness of the job would have been nice. I’m still not totally convinced.

Actually, 2 crews came for carpet cleaning and a 3rd one for ducts cleaning on my old they all have been very professional and did an outstanding job. Customer Service reps were awesome too!!

I had them come to my house to spray their antibacterial material after a COVID exposure. It was because of them I felt safe enough to return after quarantining.

Technician arrive on time and did a great job. Was very professional.

I had a “carpet cleaning emergency” and they were able to come right out and take care of it. They were pricier than the others but no one else was available. They did a very nice job. I would recommend them.

The two guys that came out were great. On time, did a great job, very nice guys. The only complaint is that they did not arrive with masks on. I didnt ask them to but I should have. I would hope you would use contact tracing if and illness were to come up and I would be informed. Professional, yes but CDC guide lines should have been enforced.

They first cleaned the room I could be in while they were working.My carpets and wood flooring look wonderful.
