Completely unreasonable. had to spend two hours on the phone with Travelocity because the THREE different proofs of my drivers license not expiring on my birthday (Michigan signed into law an extension until 9/30/2021) weren’t good enough. Even renewed my license and STILL had to change the rental to my son’s name. Manager was nice, but this was RIDICULOUS and almost ruined my vacation. The car was not nice and I will never rent from them again

Customer service was horrible! My spouse and I are looking to rent a car for a week to travel locally. Her truck is in need for repair, and needs to be in the shop for a week. We both live and work locally in the area. When the agent quoted the price of 52.00 a day, I stated That is awfully high for just locally?, he then said thank you and hung up on me. NOT good business practice!! Being a local resident and working in the medical field atmosphere and who continuously works with the public...I would be embarrassed if one of my company agents hung up like that, when a potential good customer was trying to gather information on renting a vehicle from your company! Traverse City, Garfield Road Location.
