The absolute worst apartments in towson. you’ll get towed from a guest spot when you live there, your apartment ceiling will burst open because pipes will burst, there is mold everywhere in my apartment & will not help you out in any circumstance. rent is high as hell, don’t live here!!!!!

Terribly run complex. They will screw you over at the end of your lease. My sons apartment which he moved into a year ago hadnt been inspected for 8 years, and then they chose to inspect it before him moving out and charged us for $2,000 worth of damages that were there prior to him moving in. Wouldnt let us off the lease until the damages were paid for. Kelly pretends to be nice and helpful but she is absolutely no help at all and will not work with you. Avoid.

Awesome place to live for Towson students. Staff is friendly and prompt. Maintanence was always friendly and quick. No BS with security deposit
