Best Autobody shop in Towson!I cannot speak more highly of the people at Leos. The service is excellent, prices are reasonable, and everything done is explained in a manner where you arent feeling talked down to. I am not the most intelligent with cars or car repair, but I never felt stupid when asking questions. The environment is very friendly, too:) Ive been here a handful of times in my many years as a college student and cannot thank the crew for how helpful they have been for me (especially in times where I definitely put them in a pinch and everyone was still more than understanding and accommodating to the best of their ability). Everything that was ever done for me was done in a reasonable time with the amount of traffic they get in that shop. Leos is an incredibly trustworthy group with loyal customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very reasonable pricing for brake repairs and an oil change. Finished the job in a day and texted to make sure everything was running well a couple days later. I made an appointment and was able to drop off early before work and pick up at the end of the day. Super convenient and I was happy to support a family owned business. I’ll be a returning customer!

My husband was having issues with his car driving to work and had to pull off 695 and didn’t know where to stop. He was able to safely get to Leo’s and they took such great care of him. He was able to have his car worked on the same day and they updated him throughout the entire process. The pricing was reasonable and they even checked on him a few days later to see how his car was running. You can tell that they care about their customers here and truly want to help people. We will recommend them to anyone and will go here anytime we have an issue with our car in the future.

This has been my fathers shop for over 40 years. He started out in a little one car garage and has worked his way to owning his own little business, a business that supported his family of a wife and 5 daughters plus Mark who came to be our brother over the years. Leo is the most honest man I’ve ever known and has the biggest heart you can ever imagine. It’s a family run shop and all the customers become family as well. Highly recommend. I walked in to ask for help 30 mins before their closing time because I accidently ran over the parking block and damaged the bottom part of my car. They were super friendly and helpful and fixed my car right away with a reasonable price. Very impressive!

They were great for a while until they took my interlock out and managed to break my radio antenna claiming it was old and rusted, my car isn’t even 10 years old.Told me they’d order me a new one and put it in, I called a week later after not hearing anything and there was no progress except Saying it’s coming from California and the mail being slow, also never called me back literally ever again about it, even though I paid $160 to have my stuff taken out that day after everything had happened.Now I still don’t have radio working in my car about 7 months later.Basically broke my radio, took my money, and never called me to fix what they broke.Don’t go here 👍🏼

My car broke down just down the street from Leo’s and I was in a panic to get it fixed as soon as possible. When I called Leo’s, the manager Mark was very kind and informed me on what to do to get my car there safely. He knew that I had no other option than to either get it fixed there or pay a high towing fee, but instead of gouging me with a ridiculous price, they took care of me. I had taken my car to another shop, out of convenience, they kept my car for a full day, never looked at it and never called to tell me they didnt have time. It was the Monday before Thanksgiving, so I was nervous I wouldnt be able to get my car fixed before I headed out of town for Thansgiving day. I called Leos Monday night, and they had me bring my car in first thing the next morning. Mark had a quote to me within 10 minutes of having my car, made repairs, and had me back on the road that same morning. My car is running great and I was able to keep my Thanksgiving plans without having to worry about my car. Mark also looked at some of my previous repair tickets from the other shop and told me I could have saved time and money by having those same repairs done at Leos. Ill be taking my car to Leos from now on.

Very good place to take your vehicle. They evaluate your problem accurately and their prices are good. The job gets done within a reasonably time frame and it gets done correctly. These guys work hard to get your vehicle repaired within the same day depending on the problem of course. I have seen them work later to get your vehicle back to you the same day. I’m so impressed for a detailed explanation on why my engine yellow light was on. My Kia Soul received a quality care on a very worth timely manner. I was referred to Leo’s by a family member. Mark was great and my car was fixed quickly. I put in a request and was called maybe 2 days later to say my parts were in and to schedule an appointment. I waited all of 45min in the waiting room. Mark was very accommodating and understanding of my needs. I have a newer model car and hit a pit hole and every other place was quoting me $400-600 just for the rim didn’t even ask about coat plus labor after that. Mark was able to find a rim and did the labor for less than half of what NTB and another business quoted me. Will be coming back.

Mark and Leo are great and can be trusted. Fast, friendly, honest, and reasonable. We were referred by a neighbor who loved them as well. We had a 2010 VW Jetta with a big transmission issue which they handled very quickly.

Mark over at Leos took great care of me. I drive a Audi which I usually take to the Audi dealership, however I have been very disappointed with the level of vehicle service as well as the level of customer service. The advertising pressure that Audi placed on me to purchase a new vehicle showed in the lack of care that they gave my Audi. I will not purchase a new Audi, nor will I return for service repair. Leos will be my new home for all of my automotive needs.

I used Leos after our car was damaged in a car accident, amazing service and great work. I really appreciated their level of detail, assuring the Jeep looked and drove the same way prior to the accident. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing repair work.

I have used Lees about 3 times over the last year for issues and every time they have been great. For a small shop they have great staff and they will always try to work with you to fit in with their scheduled appointments. Even if I have to leave my car, I dont mind because I know they are going to do good work. Now that I am out of my dealer warranty, they are starting to be my goto spot for car service.

I found this auto repair shop through a yelp review. My daughter goes to Towson university and needs her car for her internship. We have had two good experiences with Leo’s auto. I have found them to be reasonably priced, honest, courteous and quick.

We were referred by a friend and neighbor because we were having some transmission issues with our son’s 2010 VW Jetta. We contact Mark and he got the car in right away and got right to work. Turns out it was just a fluid and.filter issue. They were very responsive and even gave us a 10% local neighbor discount. They were truly, fast, friendly, a great value, and someone you can trust. Last time we went to Jiffy Lube for fluid changes and they never even offered to check the transmission. We won’t go back. We highly recommend Leo’s.

The Price They told Me in The Beginning was The same Price at The End of Service. I also had a minor issue with My Blinker Light that I never told them and They Fixed It With No Charge. Finally I found a Car Care Company with Integrity!

This place is terrible. I had a check engine light (misfire) on on my volvo s40 but the mechanic purposely told me its a quick engine cleaning it needed. And after I paid over $100 for a job im not even sure he did, my car became even worse. So I went back for another check up and he told me my car was fine...They smile while screwing you over. I dont recommend this place at all

While visiting my daughter in Towson I had a problem with my car that I needed to get fixed before driving home to NJ. I just happened to drive by Leos Auto. They looked at my car right away, got the part needed and fixed it within a couple of hours, at a reasonable price! Great service.

Then he says: OK Charles, the total cost of the visit today will be $42.07— BUT if you come back within a week for the second diagnosis, I will deduct your payment of $42.07 from the price of the second diagnosis of $95. Which means I will only pay $52.93 I said, OK that sounds reasonable, and We Shook Hands On It. I paid, then I left.Then I called him yesterday to confirm that I was coming in today, and I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM if our agreement was still in place and he said: YESSo, I came back today for the second diagnosis, and it turned out the agreement we was no longer on the table. He said: your new total $104.20. I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED!I said: But what about the agreement that we had ON THE PHONE, AND IN-PERSON when I came here last time?...And this Creepy Guy looked me directly in the eye and said: No, I never said that. I only said I would apply the last payment ONLY if you decided to let us do the repair... WHAT? Are you kidding me?As you can imagine, I was upset, and felt completely disrespected. So I told him to be a man and keep his word so I can be on my way out... I found this shop through my insurance company (which later I found actually wasnt even an approved shop, but that is unrelated) and had it taken there after a nasty 3 car rear end collision with mine being the middle car. The first thing that seemed red flag-ish was they spam called me one morning (which I had previously said I would not be available on) to try to pick my car up that day. I called them back when I could and reminded them I was unavailable so they resigned to picking it up on the previously agreed upon day. The next day, I hear that 2 sets of people came to get my car and key from my buildings front desk. The desk told me the tow company came to them to retrieve the key about an hour after the initial set of people and they were met with no key and could not find my car to tow it. I am not 100% sure but after all that has happened, I believe this company went and got my car on their own (and drove it away instead of towing it), even though a tow truck had been called by my insurance company. Initially they called (the caller was Mark) in timely manners for updates but when they called to tell me it was ready to be picked up and I said I couldnt until a certain date, they began telling me I needed to pick it up the next day or else I would start being charged storage fees that would not be covered by my insurance. They also threatened that since my car was ready I couldnt keep the rental I had under the insurance claim, pressurizing me more. I had to scramble to find a ride and take a half day off work to get it in the time frame they were asking and when I arrived, it was like they literally threw the bumpers back on without a care in the world. You could see HUGE gaps between the bumpers and the body of the car and there were HUGE separations between the hood bonnet and the sides of the hood. The back bumper was really sagging and upon further observing we found that some bolts hadnt been put back on so it was missing parts!!!! Can you imagine if that had gone unnoticed and it randomly fell off and caused another accident?! In addition to all these problems, the color wasnt even matching the rest of the car. The manager mechanic on duty (Ashley) said she personally picked the car up from the other shop (apparently they dont even do body work and paint at their shop, which wasnt disclosed to me initially; some random MAACO and they wouldnt tell me where) and saw nothing wrong with it but as she looked at it with us she started to notice and got upset at the poor workmanship. To me that is unbelievable and unacceptable that a mechanic, let alone a manager, would not have noticed such obvious problems and was trying to pass it off as fixed. She said they would send it back immediately and call me later that same day with updates. I never received a call that day and when I took the initiative and called them next day, they said they could maybe have it back that following monday but they werent sure. Monday afternoon rolled along and no call so I called them again to hear it wasnt back from the shop yet. When it came back the sagging seemed to be fixed but the lights were protruding out. They repeatedly assured me it was fine and said that my adjuster probably wouldt cover to have the aftermarket light replaced with the brand name ones that were originally on my car and that I would likely not be able to keep my rental if I tried to pursue the new lights. I felt bullied into taking my car as is (cant fit the whole thing in this review, unfortunately) and they insulted me by only initially offering $50 dollars off. There was also another mechanic there gesturing to add to the intimidation during the price negotiation. In addition, my car now has 90 additional unaccounted for miles/down 1/4 tank of gas and I have a picture of what my odometer/gas meter read when it was supposedly towed to and from the different shops. Please heed my words and do not use Leos Auto Inc. I will definitely never go there again or let anyone I know go there.
