Amazing salon. Clean. The family that runs it is professional and all three of them are amazing at both my hands and feet. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a little help with their extremities.

Honestly, the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They give you adequate time to actually soak your feet! The time and attention to detail was amazing. Super friendly, super clean, and again, the best pedicure I’ve ever received. They took their time, and that’s often hard to come by.

This is my favorite nail place around! I’ve gone enough times to confidentially say no matter which technician you get you’ll have amazing nails! They’re acrilycs are always beautiful and regular manis and pedis are too. Prices are very reasonable and the salon itself is pretty and clean. Highly recommend

Great Pedi and the best dip nails I’ve ever received!

Because of the holidays the nail salons are really busy. I was able to get appointment this morning. Very sweet people and they take care of everyone that’s comes in. Very clean and very professional thank you guys so much I love my nails!!! Merry Christmas and have a great New Year. I will be going back.

They truly care about their customers - and that goes a long way. Went here for a facial massage lasting thirty minutes. It was very nice . The place is very sanitary and the staff affable. I love the aquarium containing goldfish at the door! The other customers were all regulars whom the staff greeted on a first-name basis. The pricing for the various treatments is very reasonable. Parking abundant in Torrington Parkade out front. Bathroom available for customers.

Absolutely the best place to go in the area. Family-run business (a daughter with her mom and dad!), clean and professional. No matter who you get, your nails come out amazing. They are very meticulous and never rush. You really feel pampered! Would absolutely recommend and I will be going here from now on!

I have never had a bad experience here. They take their time and make sure that your nails are exactly like you want. Mine have always come out perfect. Their prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. They have a wide selection of polishes, both gel and acrylic. They are friendly and the salon is very clean. They are easy to build a relationship with and will work with you as well. I always recommend them first.

So if I can give this place a 0 stars I would. I have come here twice, first time not so bad...but I figured everyone has a bad day so I tried it again. I asked for her pain on my daughter nails...the woman spoke no English at all...or at least pretended not to understand. My daughters nails looked like a kid did then! They polish was on her skin in some places. I go to pay thinking it was the price advertised on the board but no she charged me $35!!! For gel paint...not even tips. I pay that in Glastonbery for a full set of gels!!! Aweful place...don’t waist tour money. Go to tips and toes and have professionals do it.

This was the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had... First the owner started my nails fine until another customer walked in. Than she proceeded to go crazy with the drill. My daughter and I told her we would wait. She insisted it was fine. After burning me repeatedly with the drill she ran on high speed the whole time. She than sped through my nails with the file. By the time she sent another woman to paint my nails. My daughter told her to stop because everyone of my nails were a different size and width. I had to repay to have a new set out on by a different salon. To top off my experience the owner and one of the other apparently more important customer were bad mouthing my daughter while she was outside. Horrible establishment....

Lotus Nails and Spa is the best in Torrington. The place is awesome. They are new owner professional staff, quality work and modern clean .The salon is a lot Gel colors, great prices and my nails always come out perfect.

Visiting from South Carolina & couldn’t find a nail spa that does the natural SNS/Diamond/Genesis nails in the area. Turns out that they do them here at Lotus Nail Spa!! They’re fantastic!! Awesome massage with my pedicure also!!

I just had my nails fixed at lotus from a terrible job done elsewhere. Nhi was so amazing and worked wonders fixing a full set gel and gel manicure to look exactly how I wanted in the first place. I will be back to see Nhi any time I need my nails done and I would wait hours for her work. I have never been happier! Thank you so much for helping fix a terrible experience!!!!

I have never been so happy with a place as I am with this place... the manager is so cute and nice I just love her...I have only had the delux pedi, but its so worth it. My husband hurt his back and had a massage done. He said it was the best experience he has had..They offer much more but Im a pedi girl.Thanks to the manager and staff for this wonder me time....

Horrible place to get waxed! The lady burned me with the wax on my lip which left huge bumps. She also took off half my eyebrow. It looked like I had 2 different eyebrows. I will never return to this store again. I wouldnt tell anyone to go there. They dont give a receipt. When they mess up you dont get your money back. Think the state needs to get involved with this company because they are very unprofessional. Wouldnt even give them one star!

I came here for gel set. She charged $15more than what she quoted me on the phone without put polish. She was so rude to talk to me and my cousin. she hit the table to yell at me put thumb uv light. What an additude. all nails are lifted already i told her they are lifted she lied and told me she used pink gel and file them thats why it makes gray color betweeen tips and gel. NO they are lifted... She ignored my complainting. Gel top coats are all over my cuticle. I eneded up leave this salon without painting. My nails are crooked, bumppy, lifted and looks horrible. Do not waist your money and time in this salon. I wish i can upload thr pictures of my nails how horrible they are. I just got them done only few hours ago......
