Only $150 cheaper on same exact tire as the other guys in Scottsbluff. Very friendly and eager to help. Will continue to have my business ordered my tire not in yet but the feeling I got from our first experience here we will definitely be back

I got towed in to town late in the evening to another repair facility, when I when to this other repair facility when they opened the next morning, I explained my situation and this other place said at Bear it would be Monday before they would even look at it. So I did some walking and had some conversations with a parts house in town that called Bryan at Torrington Treads. Knowing parts could be a challenge I was worried that I could be here for a little while. It was early to mid morning when I got a phone call from Bryan tweeting me that the issue we had expected it to be was in fact the problem and he had checked this issue several different times to make sure that I wasn’t going to be spending time and money I didn’t need to. The part was a day out but by mid morning the next morning Bryan was calling me to tell me surgery on my slightly unique vehicle was complete and that I could come pick it up at my earliest opportunity. I have worked in a few different repair shops but the professionalism and the empathy for me and the situation was impressive. What an amazing experience and I don’t know believe in Torrington that there is a better shop out there. Honest professional and understanding with a complete staff that went above and beyond. All I can say is thank you and the car was fixed right the first time!!

Literally the worst auto shop I think I’ve ever been to. What the other reviewers extol as a family atmosphere I perceive as a family with kids who mill around the shop in a provincial manner.Took my car a couple of times for oil changes and then asked them to repair an oil leak that was developing. They claim to replaced some gaskets or something, but the leak has accelerated. When I was asking about it upon picking it up they assured me everything was repaired in a condescending way and deflected my concerns, then tried to sell me some tires.Enjoy my money, as much as I enjoyed going and paying more money to have a real person fix it.

We came to Torrington for a graduation on a Saturday and everybody was closed when we noticed that our tire had gone flat. Even though they were getting ready for a Christmas party, the great people at Torrington tread met us and fixed our tire and gave us a great deal. We appreciate business owners like you!
