DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I got my car back in worse shape than when I dropped it off- meanwhile the owner made it seem like my car was fixed and road ready.I brought my car in to get an oil leak fixed, about $1,500 for the repairs. When I got my car back, oil was present all over the engine. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just dirty from the original leak. So I cleaned it off, but within the month I noticed the oil did not stop leaking and again found the engine covered in oil.So I bring it back to Expert Auto and of course the owner repaired it for free since we had already paid for the work to be done. BUT! At the last minute when I was going to pick up my car, he claimed that he could not find his copy of the receipt for the work of the first oil leak repair. He did not request that we pay again, but seemed like that was the route he was going for. I told him I had my copy and that I would show it to him when I got there.He tried to UNLOCK my glove box (thankfully I gave him the valet key that only allows you to turn the car on and does not open the glove box) and he tried to find MY copy of the receipt. Which is... Sketchy to say the least, especially when I told him I would show him myself. He ended up damaging the lock on my glove box while trying to get it open.Fast forward to now, I had an engine light turn on. Obviously I did not return here after all that happened. So my new mechanic went to look at my car and found that the work that they apparently did TWICE was never done correctly, and had to do the same job again as they did at Expert Auto.So I had to pay AGAIN for the same work they had done twice :) Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Horrible..brought in for struts..had to go back three times and was so disappointed!! My car more of a mess than when I brought it in!! Mark the owner is overwhelmed and stressed out..he never can schedule work as he says..and never answers phone. Overcharged and more issues still .. do not recommend at all!!!

The staff went above and beyond to help fix my car in a timely manner and everyone was very nice and explained everything in a way I could understand. Mark the owner was always so friendly and put my mind at ease as I waited for my repair that took a few days to get done, as I was squeezed into their tight schedule. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent!

Now I am feeling to agree with SARAH FOSTERs review.My sons car is 2003 Lexus es300.1) Got my sons car in for a noise in exhaust system. They said the system has a leak and needs to replace that part...total cost is about $500.00+....During the repaired, the called and said that they could not removed nuts and bolts from the other part so it needs to replace that part too...the total cost was going up to $1,100.00+....2) Two weeks after paid more than $1,100.00 to fixed a noise on my sons old car, now the engine light s on. Got the car back...they said thats somethings else...that needs to replace two oxy sensors and the total costs about $590.00+...ALSO during the repaired, they called and said that there is 50% they wont able to get the back sensor out...if thats the case then the total cost will going up to $1,100+ AGAIN...I dont want to do it. The said that I have to paid for what they done (replaced front oxy sensor about $270.00+...next day, I came to pick up the car and I had to paid $390.00 (thats not 270+ they said...) I am upset to paid that much money almost for not thing because a half of they done not fixed engine light problem....In both case, it they told me the total cost up front, then I should not do it because the old car was not worth to do it.3) Its getting worse, driving the car back home...the Trac Off and VSC light came on I got the car right back to them, because the car never had those light before...First the said that their machinist said those light already on when I got the car in...Whats a liar...and then they told me to get the car back couple days so they can look at it....I am sure they did something wrong...so those light came on...

Ive been bringing my vehicles to Expert Auto for well over 14 years. They have worked on an S-10, Maxima, Dakota, Focus ST, and Frontier. Ive had routine work such as tires balanced and mounted, brake jobs, locating rattling noises, tune ups, oil changes, wheel bearings as well as clutch replacement. The work is always done in a timely manner and the price is always reasonable. Mark and his guys are very good at what they do and they wont sell you what you dont need. Nice to know theres at least one honest shop out there.

When i came to pick up my car at this auto shop i didn’t check outside of car body and they didn’t tell me what’s going on. The next 2 days I found out a big damage in the front car. It was too late. I didn’t have evidence. It happened last year December 2019. I included my invoice after i had my car diagnostic.

Had a slow leak in my tire; after the second time having to fill up the tire especially when it is 7 degrees outside brought to them and they fixed it.

One of the few places where I can make an appointment for repair and then sit in the waiting room while the repair is being made. I dont need a ride home, in other words. Also, the guy who runs the place is very nice and, I believe, quite honest in his dealings with customers. The work done on my car was electrical and difficult, yet the mechanic who did the work succeeded where another good garage refused to even take on the project. So far, I give this place a perfect rating. It exceeded my expectations and I will go back for more work, as its needed

Honest outfit, prices too low. They deserve to be paid more. Take your vehicle here and stop worrying!!! I was Stranded motorist on Veterans Day Saturday from out of state. 2 other places would not help me. They were booked out to middle of next week and opened early for me as well when I drove up unannounced.Did perfect work with no issues. Even followed up with 2 telephone tag calls after hours to ensure everything was ok! Could not ask for more. A veteran fixed my vehicle there as well. Stop reading reviews and call them now.

Have been waiting almost a year for them to fix a truck they blew up. truck hasn’t moved from the spot it was towed to after they ‘repaired’ it.left windows down during rain storms and ruined interior.

Ive been using Expert Auto for nearly two years now. I own a 15 year old car that needs occasional work and I couldnt be happier with this place.Positive:- You get a thorough overview of work to be done and the cost - before they do anything.- Their rates are competitive. They arent always the cheapest....but cheapest is not always best.Negative:- The place is so busy, you may have to wait 4 or 5 business days before they can work on your vehicle.If you can deal with the wait time I highly recommend them.

Mark took good care of me. He fixed my problem with a used part and saved me alot of money. He is hard to get a hold of by phone so I suggest you drive in to see him. A good trustworthy honest mechanic. Two thumbs way up!

Myself, family, and my friends have been using expert auto for years. They know what they are doing, and they are priced fair. You get what you pay for. I have tried other garages in the past. These guys are the very best in the area.

They were very friendly and had great prices. I went here because my boyfriend has been bringing his car here for a over a year since a friend recommended the place to him. They fixed a random rattling noise and then 30 miles later (I live across the state) when my brakes started to squeal out of the blue, I called them and they said to come right back.They said they could squeeze me in- this was on a Friday at 3pm- and got me new brakes on the spot. They apologized for not checking the brake indicator but in my opinion Id rather not have them go through a 20-point checklist to *try* to find something wrong and have the mechanic spend more time on it to jack up the price.I would have given them 5 stars if they had a better waiting room and better drop box.So if you want an honest shop that will get you in sooner rather than later, Expert Auto is the place.

I BROUGHT MY 2004 AUDI A4 IN FOR AN OIL LEAK AND AFTER GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND FOR 7 MONTHS I FINALLY GOT THE CALL THAT IT WAS DONE. UPON PICKING IT UP I WAS HANDED A $ 2,700.00 REPAIR BILL . I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY STEEP,, BUT MY FAULT FOR NOT ASKING FOR AN ESTIMATE. ON THE BILL WAS A $50.00 COST FOR A SERPENTINE BELT, ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT I CHANGED IT JUST BEFORE DRIVING IT THE 3 MILES TO expert auto WHAT EVER.. JUST WANTED MY CAR BACK. I DROVE THE CAR HOME AND IT DROVE PERFECTLY JUST LIKE I REMEMBERED IT. AN HOUR LATER WHEN I CAME OUT TO TAKE IT FOR A SPIN I FOUND A HUGE PUDDLE OF IL UNDER THE FRONT END.. I IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT IT BACK AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE CLOSED SO I PARKED IT IN THEIR LOT. THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED AND TALKED TO MARK AND HE SAID I SHOULD HAVE MADE AN APOINTMENT,AND NOT JUST LEFT THE CAR.AFTER 2 MORE MONTHSI AGAIN GOT A CALL FROM MARK SAYING THE CAR WAS DONE AND LEFT PROMTLY TO PICK IT UP. WHEN I DROVE OUT OF THE LOT NOTICED A LOUD NOISE THAT GOT LOUDER THE FASTER I WENT SO I TURNED AROUND, WENT IN AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE NOISE. COME TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS A MECHANIC ERROR MADE DURING REINSTALLATION AND THE TRANSMISSION WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. AFTER ANOTHER 4 MONTHS OF THEM REFUSING TO FIX THE CAR I WENT TO SEE MARK,,..HE SAID HE FELT BAD, AND WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. AFTER ANOTHER 2 WEEKS I AGAIN FINALLY GOT THE CAR BACK .. IT IS NOW IN ANOTHER SHOP GETTING THE TRANSMISSION REPLACED(JUST AWESOME)

Absolutely terrible service, once my car way done (after2 weeks) when I went to pick up. The first problem was IT DIDNT Start LMAO. THEY ARE SOOOO terrible please take it from me and go elsewhere. They used all used parts to fix my car ( I had a Tirod axel and steering wheel column issues) to this day which is 2 weeks out when I drive my car the steering whe clicks and clanks as I make turns and just so much more issues with their customer service I dont even want to get into. I give them a zero and I hope people follow along and read this. I had my work done about 3 weeks ago. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!
