Ive been a customer of Als garage since 2019, and I wish to never go to a different garage. Everyone who works there is very kind, Ive met Ron, Earl, Mary Jane. They are very skilled and they can usually repair your car very quickly. Ive never had to wait more than a day to get my car in. My car recently needed a new thermostat and a new alternator. Both repairs were done within one day. I always catch myself saying I didnt expect my car to be done already. I have never had any problems with their work or repairs and they pinpoint issues quickly and accurately and its fixed in a shake of a lambs tail. They are also kind and easy to speak with. I had terrible experiences with my first car, which was already too far gone the first day I drove it. That experience has made me more concerned about my car and maintenance, and the lads at Als Garage are always willing to show me and explain to me what the problems are and why, and their diligence and knowledge put me at ease. I appreciate that they are willing to show me the problems and how to identify them even though they are busy. They take time to reassure their customers and thats a wonderful quality. Its hard to find an honest and skilled mechanic these days, and Als Garage is the best.

His co-worker also does an excellent job. Ron is friendly and always takes care of his customers in a personal way. Ron explains to the customer what needs to be repaired immediately and what needs to be addressed in the future. I have brought vehicles to Ron for eight years. I am a mechanic, but I have no time or patience for my own vehicles. I trust Ron and his labor and material is beyond fair. I have had to bring vehicles back to him, but we have dozens of customers bring a vehicle in more than three times in a week, sometimes that is just what it takes to locate the problem among the thousand feet of wiring and dozens of sensors, all dependent on each other. Vehicles are nightmares these days. Long and short, Ron does not lie, stretch or swindle, like some other garages. He does not know I am a mechanic and I play stupid when I go in there, Ive even sent my wife down and he was straight and fair with her and shes a vulnerable person who knows nothing about vehicles.
