Can’t say enough about Sullivan and it’s staff! When purchasing my vehicle I didn’t think it cold get any better, but I had my first service done a couple weeks ago and it was so easy to set up and the front staff was super friendly! They took care of everything and answered any questions I had!
An oil and filer, with tire rotation cost me $120. My elderly father brought my vehicle in due to a work commitment on my part. I felt they took advantage of him, brushed aside his questions over the price, and were condescending. The works, which covers all of these services and more, at Ford is $50. The locale oil change guy, full service, is $50. I mistakenly thought that by taking my Jeep to a Jeep dealership, I would get better service. The complimentary wash left streaks on my windows and white streaks (soap?) on my black Jeep. I re-washed my vehicle at home after.
Had an after market light bar and lights installed on my 2021 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. Was greeted immediately by the service rep and was on my way quickly. The job was done perfectly even though a few small modifications were necessary because of the after market parts. Extremely happy with the work done and the efficient handling by the whole service department.

This is the third time we have been customers of the Sullivan Northwest Hills Dealerships, this is our second purchase of a Jeep product from them in the past 6 years. We are repeat customers because they have accomplished our desired result each time we have visited them, providing us with a quality vehicle at a price which fits our budget. This time around however was our best visit yet, Mike Rodriguez our salesman and Steve Boswell the general manager went above and beyond to make us comfortable and took into consideration our fears of COVID-19 as it pertains to the car buying experience. I would recommend if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle, that you visit this family of dealerships. Theres a reason they have earned our business three times in the past 6 years.
I went in for what I thought was an electronics issue. It turns out that it was my mistake and I was using the wrong cord. They were nothing but polite and friendly in explaining the error.

Went with my daughter to look at a new car. The salesman Ted Marola was by far the best salesman I have ever met and I am going to be 75. My daughter (the one that purchased the car) was so impressed with the way Ted presented himself . Ted went over every aspect of her new 2021 Chevy Trax LT.
I’ve had issues since I initially purchased my vehicle maybe 2 months ago, the sales department has been great here but the service has been somewhat frustrating. I’ve been there multiple times and had to come back more times than I’d like to. Last time I picked up my car one of my issues that was supposed to be fixed happened the second I got into my car and turned it on. They had me wait a couple days to see if it happened more before having me come back. The issue kept getting worse and worse so they checked out my car and I had videos to show what was going on. They ordered the same part again and I’m currently waiting for it to come in to try and get this resolved. I understand I didn’t buy a brand new car but it’s very frustrating and a little disheartening to have so many issues off the bat with my car. I also had brought up my seat having an issue with the leather and no one ever addressed it. I’m just hoping once they install this new part I’m done having so many issues with my car.
The employees are easy to speak with. There are a couple things that really, really bother me. When done working on my vehicle they have never ever vacuummed my vehicle or made any attempt to clean up. Also they really should offer a loaner vehicle considering this dealership or the manufacturer has a recalls on a vehicle.

From the first email to the final handshake I was very impressed with the entire sales team. I was traveling from Maine and didnt want to make the trip down until every question was answered about the vehicle I wanted to buy. Everyone was very responsive to emails and phone calls and they assured me the vehicle would be there when I arrived. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend them to all. Dont let the few sour reviews stand out ... they just dont make sense to me. Customer satisfaction seems very important to these folks.
I brought my truck in for repair because it would not take fuel. The service dept. called me a few hours after I dropped it off and told me it was a collapsed filler neck and that it would take a year to get a part delivered. The service rep told me I had to call ram customer service to track down a part myself. I was taken back by them telling me it would be a year to fix my truck and I had to find the part myself, this is the reason I take it to the dealer because it has a warranty and they should be more than capable of finding parts for a 2 year old truck. I also scheduled this repair two weeks in advance to give them ample time to have a loaner vehicle for me, they did not have a loaner but they did rent me a truck from enterprise. They told me they would pay for the rental but I was on the hook for the daily taxes, I expressed my concern that I already pay plenty of taxes on my truck and I should not have to pay any money to have a vehicle while they were repairing my truck under warranty. They obliged and covered the full cost of the rental vehicle. After speaking with ram customer service and finding my own part for my truck the part was shipped to them and a week later I had my truck back. The repair was flawless my truck is working just as it should and I am very happy with the repair. My only issue was the hoops I had to go through to get my truck warrantied.2018 ram 25007,000 miles
I absolutely love my Jeep and I was so happy to work with Sullivan’s. I worked with Anthony, who listened to what I wanted and understood my situation. Anthony helped me in dealing with the DMV and insurance company. Anytime I had a question he answered me right away and was incredibly helpful, respectful, and honest. I recommend Anthony to anyone buying a car. I got exactly what I wanted and know I am supported anytime I have an issue.
I was going to purchase a vehicle from here but my experience left me mortified . The salesman name is Vin . He had an attitude from the moment we met my husband was there the day before test drove the vehicle loved it told vin I would be back to see it . I went there vin came outside never introduce himself self ask if I was patsy I said yes he proceeded to say well I was expecting you yesterday I proceeded to say yes but my husband text and told you I would be here at this time instead and yes I was there on time.I than I said ok Im waiting for my daughter to come and ride with me . He look at me like I was crazy and said really I know you have test drove a few and that your husband drove it and was happy with it . In other words was so mad cause I wanted to test drive it threw a hissy fit made me so uncomfortable said great now I have to get aDealers plate ! Really !!!! Didn’t think I was asking to much after that it went down hill ask for our deposit back one of the manager said to my husband well he’s from Jersey! Really that was Their response. Long story sorry . Ladies from what my experience was don’t buy from them have no respect for women

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone after the terrible experience I had with buying my GMC that has been nothing but problematic.

Unfortunately I did NOT have a pleasant buying experience. The representatives were extremely helpful during the sales process; however within hours of purchasing the vehicle no one would respond to my inquiries. They promised to service the vehicle before I picked it up, yet an hour after pickup the engine oil light alerted me for servicing. I had a cracked windshield and they underestimated my taxes by close to 1k. After such an expensive purchase I had an additional thousand dollar expense weeks later. The worst part is no one would return my phone calls or emails and then my plates were delivered to the wrong state, which cost me close to $100 to recover. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
Please note that this review is regarding the body shop at Northwest Hills only and I cannot speak for their sales department at this specific location . However, I did purchase my car at one of their other dealerships in town. Anyways.I purchased a brand new 2016 Honda CRV in June of 2016. In January 2017 I was unfortunately rear-ended by some moron at a red light. It was not a simple fender bender, he actually hit the gas by accident and hit me with quite a bit of force. He was also driving a huge truck, sothe back end of the car was destroyed.I sent the car up to the Northwest Hills location, as the Sullivan Honda location where I purchased the car does not have a body shop. The car went in on January 17 and was estimated to be done February 6. I got the car back on January 27.I have to say, the car looks absolutely immaculate. Exactly how it looked when I first purchased it, if not better. Because I have 3 kids there was all kinds of random items strewn about the car. The folks at the body shop kindly placed my lightsabers, coloring books, dolls etc all in a covered box while they worked on the car. The box was then in the trunk waiting for me when I got the car back. Not only were the repairs phenomenal but the car was also detailed from top to bottom. You would never be able to tell that the car was in an accident, or even that I had been transporting 3 kids in it for the past 7 months.Overall I have to say that after being so bummed out that my practically brand new car got heavily damaged by some idiot that hits the gas at red lights - this really was a very positive and uplifting way to end the whole ordeal. I could not ask for anything more out of my experience here. And they did all of that and still got it done almost two weeks early!
I bought a suv from them about 4 years ago and within the first two weeks, the suv went into limp mode. They did come out to recover the car and they fixed it, a week or so later the sunroof was leaking, they fixed it. Shortly after that something else happened. The service department was rude because I was mad that with in the first two months I had their dirty rental car more than the one I purchased. I did call my salesman within the first 30 days and ge told me it will cost you thousands to get out of this... I even emailed the useless owner...Well I keep the car, the check engine light is on and this suv needs so much work that Im finally trading it in and taking a loss. I will never refer anyone to this dealership nor will I ever give this place my business again unless its the body shop!
