I saw them on yelp and thought their service would be good but i was wrong. They have poor customer service. I got a full set and it was poorly executed and the final product was messy. The lady filed way too roughly and hurt my skin and the side of my nails. Once my nails were done there was excess gel nail polish on my skin surround my nail. There was also gel polish all over my cuticle and it was just messy.

Of all the nail shops in the South Bay, this is my fave and go to! Jimmy and his staff are friendly, efficient, and do a great job. I have had gel manicures, gel pedicures, hard gel (the kind you get a full set or fills), and nail art and all very high quality work. I am sad that I can no longer get my fingernails painted as I operate so frequently, but still loving my gel pedicures (because they last 4-6 weeks!!!)

I was not impressed. They pretty much charge the same price for a mani-pedi without fake nails at the same price?!!!! Never coming back they rip women off and except not for us to be in shoke when they hit you with the price!!

Absolute horrible experience I dont know what garbage I paid for. My nails are bleeding and so painful and the are uneven and look half finished. They made me wait for almost a good two hours extra and were so over booked and rushed. The guy laughed when I told him I was in pain and bled -_- good luck if you go.

Ive been going to Torrance T Nails for about 15 years. All manicurist are friendly and do a great job. I especially like the spa pedicure. They also have a deluxe option with special scrubs for feet and legs. The best!!!

I have known the owner Jimmy for over 20 years. I have never met a nicer person. They do an excellent job there. Jimmy is good, Julie is good and Wendy is good. You cant go wrong.

Jimmy and Julie are two of the nicest most caring people you will ever meet. They care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. I get complimented all the time when I get my nails done here. Ive been to many salons in the south bay and Torrance T Nails is the cleanest, most reasonable priced, and creative shop! Girlfriend came here - great service and experience overall for her. They provided tea, were super detailed, and had a great interior design. Great price as well.

Was able to get my nails done during the pandemic. We made an appointment, but still had to wait a long time. Once they got started I felt a bit of normalcy in these crazy COVID times.

Wasnt a fan of how my nails were done. Most of the ladies in their were really nice however the one that does the nail art was rude and didnt listen to anything I was saying. My butterfly ended up looking like...well....I have no idea what it resembles but it sure isnt a darn butterfly

I guess this is a good place to have your nails done. Customers that Ive talked to said they are gentle with manicure/ pedicure.But the reason I gave 1 star was because along with the pedicure, I went here for eyebrows and underarm wax as well. And I say they dont care much about customer privacy, which is a big NO NO.The room that I was in was where all the cabinets are, I will guess that in those cabinets are supplies. So as I was laying down, Julie working on my eyebrows 1st, someone was attempting to open the door, but since it was locked, I can hear that they opened It with a key. I cant move but I can hear them in and out of the room many times, not saying a word. Then when Julie had to work on my underarms (good thing I am wearing am under shirt, not showing my bra), then, I had a chance to see who kept coming in and out ( Jimmy, the owner and his male staff). This was not just one trip back and forth inside and out, maybe 5 times. And even when they were done with whatever they were looking for, they left the door wide open.If this business has been here for 20 years, they should at least have thought on putting a curtain to separate the cabinets from the bed for purposes of privacy. Im surprise no one had the same experience. Or is it because I am Asian, and they just didnt care.

I think the nail technician who did my nails was names amy ! She did such an amazing job and took her time and made sure everything about my nails was perfect and i loved it before i left . I got so many compliments on my nails and i am going on week 3 and my nails have not cracked or even started coming off ! Best nails i have ever gotten, a bit pricey but worth it .

Opens at 9:00 am? Yet I arrive at 9:10, still not open. But I did see owner in his car on phone, then he drives away. Went somewhere else and never plan to come back.

I ended up here after a quick nail shop search near my job. I had gone to different shops around, but hands down my favorite place to come from now on. Everyone is so friendly, the wait is little to no wait. Very clean and affordable. I decided to wait until my second set to post a review to confirm their work and i was not disappointed at all! Jenny and mary!!!! Are the best for pedi and nails. Im not changing them for anything!!!

It was horrible service I would give them a 0 rating it was my first time going there I went in for a pedicure the lady turned on the water it was way too hot she walked away from me about 8 mins later after I told her it was too hot she turned the water off and left me again with water in the tub she didnt try to put cold water in it to make it cooler or anything I waited there about 20 more mintues without anyone checking on me telling me how much longer it would be nothing I got up when I saw someone elses toenail floating around in the water they never bothered to clean the tub before they let another paying customer use it I would never ever go back there unsanitary and horrible customer service.

First time. Had a fill & pedi. Mary did my fill & reshaped my nails. She took her time & did ok, even though it was busy on a sat. Pedicure because busy not such a good job. Rushed. Started soak, removed gel polish, did cuticle, then switched me to a different srat to do my finger nails. Then after finger nails done, gave me 1 min scrub, polished nails & done. Wasnt happy paying $35 for pedi w/gel & barely received a scrub. Should of just paid for polish removal. Overall, may try again, but not when busy, make sure get money worth.
