I was excited to get my nails done especially when this shop was able to get me in within an hour. Staff is friendly, Wendy was great with my gel manicure. Even though we were outside they were great

Christine is absolutely amazing! She did such a wonderful job on my French manicure. And I only had to wait about 15 min. since I forgot to make an appointment.

This was our first time and the ladies were super great with me and my two girls ages 8 and 11. Just tell them up front what you want and be polite and kind and you’ll have a great experience too! We all got manicures and pedicures and the prices were great.

I used to go here when I was very young with a parent and hadn’t gone for years up until today. I took my boyfriend for the first time and he really enjoyed it. The ladies who did both of our toes were very friendly. We paid $15 for the pedicure, and I think that’s a reasonable price. We will be back soon.

Not pleased at all for asking for something so simple. I want my money back and my nails to have turned out better, too late. I will not be returning here.

Horrible place!!! Will never go there. My nails last one day! The ladies make you wait even after you make an appointment and they get upset if you ask for help. Their product is bad too. My nail is peeling off so fast and my skin is getting very dry around my nails. Don’t waste your money or your time. I would give them zero start.

This place is a hit or miss. I went in today and the experience was not good. Male nail tech cut my finger with the file. Painful buffing and nails not filled properly. I powered through but will not be returning :{

Love Charmin Nails!!

Today, both my Mom and my Wife went for a manicure and the service offered was rushed and extremely bad. The application of nail polish was so bad that made non sense to spend our money there. In the past Service was good but now I suggest to stay away from it.

Couldn’t help but notice all the finger / toe nails laying around on the carpet floor .... seriously gross & definitely a cleanliness problem. In addition my nail technician wasn’t friendly at all.. the place is also very loud due to the workers talking amongst each other .. not really relaxing.Place would be a lot better if they fix the few things !

Just dont let the big guy do your nails other than that the place is alright

Been coming here for as long as I can remember and by that I mean, well over 20 years... Amy, the proprietor, feels like family and Anna (station 4) and Lily feel like longtime friends. You cant go wrong with this place.

Recently raced their prices, I had a Christy do my nails and she is the worse, she cut me several times and I told her and she keep refusing it saying that that was just the polish, she didnt shape them, I definitely wouldnt recommend that nail salon

If you show the person in charge the horrible work done and they agree it was horrible why would you charge your customer? I wish it was only one manicurist, but it’s not! The simple task of applying a second coat evenly seems to elude this entire establishment!

Great salon! Ive been going here since I was 7 with my mom and came back as an adult.

Very disappointed!!!! The whole service started out bad. I told they technician that the water was cold - she attempted to make it hotter but failed. I then told her i wanted my nails just filled straight across yet something possessed her to round the corners so i told her again. She looked up and said oh straight, no round corners? I said Yes straight- i dont like rounded corners. The massage was poor at best since she didnt apply any real pressure. I brought my own polish and as she was applying the top coat (which i also brought) i told her the color was too light and asked how many coats she applied she said 2. I told her it needs to be 3. She picked up the polish again and was going to apply the 3rd coat OVER the top coat of my left toes. When i asked her if she intended to apply the color over the top coat and she then asked if i wanted her to take of the polish and do it over. she offered to repolish my toes but it was too late. I was already so annoyed with the entire process that I told her no, said i was i done and got out of the chair to go pay. I told the woman at the desk what happened, paid and wont EVER go back there. The woman at the desk said she would talk to the tech...

Completely unsatisfied, the lady lied to me and told me the dont have matte only in gel. Had me pick out my color after convincing me gel was good then right I when I expected her to polish she gives me the paper to go pay 12$. My nails are so ugly had them on for 3 days spent 40$ on them and want to take them off but it hurts

I believe they are a somewhat prejudiced. I went in to get a pedicure and was told the wait would be an hour and I provided my phone number to call when my turn was available. I never received a call.

They dont know how to do almond shape, and push gel over and over and over. They never respect what I want and sometime put gel on my nails without asking, then charge me for it. Then, they insult you at the end by telling me I need a wax...
