Not bad but the kid doing my nails super inexperienced, kept messing up. my nails were SOOOO bulky i made him redo it even then he messed them up. but im not unhappy at all. but if you don’t speak up at this place they will leave it messed up.wouldnt recommend pr go back but its not terrible paid 110 +tip for gel on hands they did nothing but file and uneven as well. also gel for feet. and i did acrylic on both hands and feel. i included photo of what i asked for. im a little like EH but not mad just not worth the price and my mom is super low maintenance but she agrees

I have been coming here since like sophomore or junior year in HS (back when square nails with white french tips and pink nail beds were *the epitome* of cool. So, forever ago. Recently came here for some pampering, and got a nice pedicure and full acrylic set of almond shaped nails. Ive since changed polish colors myself,but my nails look gorgeous. It sure beats snapping off a nail or two from my KISS press on manicure when I put the waistband of my jeans up 😫😭😅😅

Not the best looking place in town, but certainly the BEST in town! Dont expect complimentary bottled water but do expect the best from Helen- she delivers. Very affordable and exceptional, I am so happy to have found this nail shop!

The worst nails I have ever had done! I had a picture, lady said she could do it, she filed my nails in one direction making them look like a tree being blown over on one hand.

Great customer service. Really nice and friendly staff. Linda was very nice and I am happy with my nails.

They were friendly the first time we went, but the second time me and my mother went, there was a young guy with blondish hair and an older man, and the young guy did my mothers pedicure and she said it was very rushed and like he didn’t care for it. And the older man made her nails so uneven and looked so loose. Mine came out fine since I did mine with another younger lady. Wouldn’t recommend but if you wanna go it’s your funeral.

Overpriced and expensive! Charged me $50 for a full set that was sooo short it didn’t make any sense.

It was great! Not expensive and good service! I got a pedicure and they put a hot towel on my legs and a hot rock under my feet, the towel and rock weren’t burning hot, it was the right temperature! It felt like a spa! I recommend this place for children and all ages! 5 stars!

Love this place! I have been getting my nails done here for 3 years and they never disappoint. The owners are very involved and aim for excellent customer service.

My mother and i use to come here when it was just the owner and her mom. They did a great job. Now the pedicure service is horrible they rush through it. Didnt even cut the nails enough for my pedicure. I tried the dipping powered for my full set. i asked for a purple and i ended up with brown. I was so disappointed

The did a great job on my manicure & pedicure, i felt so relaxed like a spa, I like how they put plastic in the bowl so there’s no cross contamination. I got gel on both to, and they put gloves on my hands to protect from uv. But tbh the gel on the fingers was bulky and that’s the one thing I don’t like, my feet came out cute.

Everyone was very nice. The service was quick and detailed.

I have been going to Pro Nails for 5 years I will not stop going to Pro Nails I find every one of them equally talented and I would recommend them to any of my friends and my family and many of them do go there I have never been disappointed and if I have an issue theyll fix it immediately amazing business

My acrylic only lasted for 1 week. My best friend and I went there and they forgot to take off the towel from her legs after she was done with her pedicure. I also felt they were rushing us as well. Expensive to only be left with disappointment.

Very unhappy. They have children doing your nails who are not licensed. The last time I was there a young boy who did my nails shredded my hands and fingers cuts and the color it was supposed to be a light pink is a God awful orange but Ive been wearing for a week!

I got my nails done a werk ago. Acrylic with gel. My first nail popped off a few days ago from opening my car door, the second popped today from pulling up my sock. A few nails are uneven, which didnt bug me too much. Im going to my sisters gal next time. Im so disappointed.

The staff is wonderful, I had a pedicure and gel nails and it was one of the best I have had. I will be back again and again. Tammy did my nails and David did my pedicure. A + for both of them

I do not recommend this place for acrylic nails. I payed $28 for my nails and they only lasted 5 days until my pinky nail came off.

Every time I take my wife to this nail spot they always take there sweet a** time to get there its 9:24am and there barely getting here smh thats horrible customer service do advertise that your Open at a certain time if youre not there until 30 minutes past open time..

This place is so unprofessional I went in to get a pedicure and they didn’t tell me gel was an additional $15 ! I paid 32 and she didn’t even tell me thetotal till I paid ! Don’t come here!
