I always come here for a pedicure and they do a great job for cheap (including your callus remover its $27!). Only one lady does a mediocre job but everyone else is good. Beware though they do talk smack about your feet with the other workers if you have calluses lol dont come if youre sensitive! Super busy on weekends

They said 15min wait for pedi n full set..waited 1hr...had to leave cus i was in a hurry...did not see regulars...people that came in were 1st timers just like me. Went like at 12:00pm maybe they were short staffed idk they didnt communicate it to me.

Ive been coming here for about a year and always went to the same guy. He was good, but when they reopened during Covid changes, I found out he was gone. I went last week Friday and got a full set and pedicure. They dont have prices posted but I e always paid around $40-$45 for a full set. This time they charged me $55 for a full set and $40 for a pedicure. I asked why it was so much as Ive never been charged almost $100 for service. She claimed that its an additional $18 to do a French v tip and that I should have known. I told her nobody told me. The guy just said yea he could do it. I ended up paying and left not to happy but didnt mind so much because the nails looked nice. But two days later one nail came straight off. Not enough glue or something. Then yesterday another one popped right off and the rest of the nails are lifting and ready to fall. Im so disappointing with how much they charged for such poor quality nails. Had they lasted long, I wouldnt be upset but theyre all coming off within a week of having them done. Dont waste good time or money. They dont care about their customers. She was so rude even when I paid she gave me attitude and yanked the money from my hand. Homegirl, we are helping you by giving you work, the least you can do is be nice. Theres plenty of nail salons we can go to. You lost a customer for ever. Ill never go back even if theyre the only place open.

Stuffy inside during mask wearing due to covid. They didnt have fans or a door open. $13 for a manicure (regular polish). I had dry hands and came here to get help. I asked the lady what treatments they had to test my callys fry hands? She said nothing. All of the employees here looked burn out! Nothing special about this place. I heard one of the male nail technicians have a smart mouth with his customer. He did my nieces nails and purposely gave her a polish color she didnt ask for. Hes really rude add arrogant. I dont know why ladies use him. Stay away from this place. He seems to discriminate by race and social class. I will not return.

Waited for pedicure .. I was next .. another person cam in and wanted mani pedi .. the tech took them first and left my feet in the bowl and said one second ! I totally walked out !! So unprofessional !

They try to charge me some extra money.

Unprofessional. They screw you over & charge you even when they know they cant do the job. They also couldnt wax my underarm because hair was too short but instead of saying that, they said come next week & for right now well clean it, they did nothing looked exactly the same & they charged me the full price $16 such a rip off. The right thing to do is not wax & wait for next week then you would actually deserve a tip for being professional & have integrity.

I used to always have bad experiences here specially with my eyebrows I do not recommend to get them done here but Ive always go hopping to find someone that I like since its across the street of my work place.. which I did hes name is (Tom) he is incredible he always helps me choose a color that fits me and his ideas always leave me happy and the hand massages he gives at the end are so relaxing. Although I wished he did pedicures also but hes manicures are so worth my day.

I am never the one to complain about my experiences, but the man that did my nails was just SLOPPY and he painted them the color he wanted. I asked for the lighted pink they had and white glitter nail polish for 1 nail and he made them baby pink and silver instead of white. He didnt even fill my nails all the way! you can feel the bumps on my nails and you can even see the previous color I had on the sides of my nail. When I asked him if he can paint the blank spots, he had the nerve to give me attitude? my edges are rough and you can see bubbles and the streaks of the polish. He acted like I was there to get free service or something. I was willing to go back for them to fix it, but I would rather pay someone else to fix them! If it was my choice I would not give any stars! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

By far best nail salon in this area. Best full set. Also, they have a new nail tech named Tammey who gives the best facials, Brazilians, and does a great job on shaping eyebrows! They also give you free beverages while you wait. Definitely recommend!

My chin was triple waxed in the same spot - THREE TIMES! Ouch! And Lip and Chin were SHAVED!!! Do not ever shave a WOMAN’s lip and chin especially without asking. A very lazy and unskilled way to remove facial hair. I was left with bloody knicks on my chin - unsanitary sharing bloody razors between clients. I left with hair still on my lip and chin. I have been there once and I absolutely will never come back there again. They are so rude and are terrible at doing there jobs. The nails do not last. After 1 days my nails are messed up, this is crazy. When they first completed my nails it was completely crooked and looked terrible, when asking them to fix it they gave me even more attitude. I am absolutely not happy.

I’ve been going here for a couple years, mostly to get my eye brows done. I give them an A+ for my brows because no matter who does them they come out perfect. As far as customer service, they suck. Sometimes I wait in the room for about 30-45 mins and that’s just ridiculous. & as far as prices for nails, they are way too expensive. They make up their own prices and rip you off sometimes, don’t let them play you! :)

My first time going here just moved from Arcadia, anyways by being new i didnt know who to ask for the guy at the reception desk told me to wait for 1/2 hr but then a full hr passed.finally got to get my fills done.. man i wish i knew names however the lady that helped me was nice but she made two of my fills cricket i mean fills how do you mess fills up really?? i told her to fix them and she couldnt i didnt want to make a big deal out of it so i didnt say anything else and i still gave her a tip as i was ready to pay i forget i put a block on my cc the night before do to false activity and only had $22.00 left of cash owed $5.00 more so i gave what i had and told the guy i will be back with the $5.00 he said ok i walked to my car to leave to go to get cash and i turned around and saw the guy at the reception desk pretending to shoot me with his fingers!! That got me so mad not only where my nails not done properly, i still gave a tip and was coming back i was getting shot i know it was a pretend gun but i got offended!! Anyways rude rude rude!! By the way i did go back gave them the $5.00 in quarters.. i should have gave them pennys..

I use to come here many years ago when they first opened . I always had Kevin do my nails. Stopped by 1 week ago on Sunday and asked for a short full set . I asked for a nude color and she ended up doing her own thing which was nude ombré . I was like ok what ever I can live with it for 2 week. I saw Kevin had no customers so I asked him if he would do my nails he said no he was busy I said ok so Michelle did them . Being the shop owner I was like ok she’s good doing nails, I was wrong she is the worst nail technician there . My nails where all uneven she left them all bulky and looking some square some coffin . Threw out the 45 mins I sat there having my nails done . I didn’t see anyone show up to do their nails with Kevin. I was told by other customers that Kevin has his favorites and he doesn’t just do anyone’s nails unless your his favorite paying big $$ to have your nails done by him . Unfortunately I am a RN and can’t have long nails with all the bling bling on them. I guess it’s true! I was so mad I left there without tipping them after she charged me $40.00 for a set of super short nails . Never again will I go back

They helped me when I was in a rush. Got me in right away, mani & pedi at the same time. Helped me pick the perfect color I was aiming for, offered bottled water, best foot massage Ive had in a long time. Very detailed work, I thought. Ill come back for sure.

Ive been here a couple times just because its the closest to my house. The place is not properly managed and their work is not that good. I would not recommend it.

I went in there wanting to get my eyebrows just cleaned up. I come out looking with a permanent surprise eyebrow look . Half my eyebrows were waxed off. They also use have the same dirty towels that everyone puts their heads on. As well as using the same shaving utensils.

The guy that works there gave me a great pedicure and everyone was very nice.

THEY MESSED UP MY EYEBROWS FOREVER, THEY IVER PLUCKED THEM AND LEFT THEM VERY THIN,, THEY WERE SORE AND BLEEDING BECAUSE OF THE OVERPLUCKING AFTER II TOLD THEM TO STOP,, II WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN AND THEY WERE UNEVEN AND CROOKED LITERALLY MESSED UP,, II DO NOT RECOMMEND,, II WAS LITERALLY CRYING BECAUSE OF THE PAIN .

Im sure not everyone is nail salon experts, but when you use tools that cut or file human skin skin or nails....you are suppsed to sanitize. They did not ventilate the place because the only air circulation was the front door and its cold outside. Youre required to ventilate since we are surrounded by chemicals. Stopped the lady from doing my eyebrows because she was going to use the same razor from her little clear box that she used on another customer. All the staff have the same little clear box to store used utensils. No stands for sanitizing. They put clear plastic for the pedicures tho lol. The floors stay covered and nail clippings. Im going back to the nail salon on Hawthorne and del amo.

Ive been going here for years since they were only 1 business location now they own 2 and I think the customer service has gotten really bad. Ive been here and like at everyone other nailShop as you come in they ask you what you need Ive been turned away twice with half of my services done because theyre closing or they didnt understand and now they are taking someone else instead of me this is very unprofessional and frustrating today o went in te get a pedi and fill done and they said come in and they sat me down for my pedi the. They told me its too late for your nails come back tomorrow I was very upset they should have toldMe that at the beginning and I would have left I dont live too close to the nail shop to be coming back and forth they just need to honest and tell I cant do that for you come back tomorrow or I have an appointment already they have done this me 2 times this time it was late but the other time it was in the middle of the day they just need to be honest and stop wasting peoples time..! They make mistakes and just say ohh I didnt understand and thats not true they all speak really good English!!! this place is over priced and rude!!! Dont come here there are better places out there...!
