Wendy and Tony are great owners and have good staff there. I used to go a while back and Im glad they survived the pandemic and will be back on a regular.

My nails look fine but because of how they treated me and my sister I probably won’t be coming. And they definitely over price. They glued nails on my sister and then she left her there for 20 minutes with just the tips on. Then a person on the staff said that I needed to get my eyebrows done because they were bushy. Made me feel very self conscious about how I looked. I declined her rude offer and I still feel like these nails were over priced or not priced fairly. My sister got LONG nails and I got MEDIUM nails and she charged us the same. This shop does not stay true to their price and are pretty fishy

Over the years I have tried many different salons for gel manicures that peel off in a few days. I have also tried acrylics but more often then not they recommend their gel manicures and assure me that everything will be ok in spite of my poor track record. I have asked every manicurist if it is a problem with my thin nails or the previous salon. Again and again, I was told not to worry that they would do it properly and it wouldn’t peel off. Finally, I stopped getting anything other than a normal manicure. For the very first time, Tiffany cautioned and explained why a gel manicure would never work on my nails. Because I have an autoimmune disease and other medical problems my nails are thin and weak regardless of the vitamins and other natural remedy’s I take to strengthen them. Tiffany applied the powder with perfect precision. I was worried about it looking thick. She reassured me that this wouldn’t be a problem and for the first time in my life, I have extremely strong, natural looking nails!! I assumed I would need to come back in a week, but after three, all nails are intact and perfect!! I work with my hands and therefore was incredibly shocked but also extremely grateful for finally finding a perfect solution. Not only is Tiffany knowledgeable and highly experienced as a nail technician, she is also honest and caring. My daughter is away at school and was stunned when I sent her the photos after three weeks. I cannot say enough great things about Tiffany and how thankful I am to have found her.

La Belle Nail Bar is AMAZING. The shop itself is super POSH and the service is INCREDIBLE. I am serviced by Wendy & Tony and both of them are attentive, careful, and know what they are doing. The quality of their work is TERRIFIC. I highly recommend LBNB!!!

This place is new, clean, and has a friendly staff. The prices were reasonable for the services I got and they were done well.

I received a hard gel full set. Tips were applied crookedly. Two nails broke off, one within five days. Really poor quality job.

Review from Yelp..My 3rd time here...but today the rude girl at the desk that checks ppl in and is like the cashier is absolutely horrible for business(the daughter of whom I thought was the owner) I got a gel manicure on sat with chrome on two nails, well by Sunday night the chrome was chipping and peeling. No big deal this has happened before at other nail shops. So I returned today to get that fixed. I was seated and the work began... they suggested that I use black under my chrome this time not the color I had before, I was ok with that as long as it looked the same. The gentleman insisted it would. There was some misunderstanding of which gold chrome I used to which I had to insist that they had more than one gold. The receptionist girl found it after looking. Point is the black did not look like the first set of chrome...this girl( receptionist) who is standing there watching and not doing any nails rolls her eyes and walks away. I did say when a person is paying for something they should get it without an attitude. This rude girl comes and stands over me and asks..what did you say?... I repeated myself and she gets up set raising her voice and telling me she didnt have an attitude which now its very obvious. I told she is very rude and needs to stop talking to me. She proceeds to continue say smart remarks and argue telling me to not come back there. I happily agreed ad soon as I get what I paid for because this is horrible customer service reminding her that there a too many nail shop for her to behave in this manner. She continued to make smart remakes for the a while all while Im still getting my nails fixed. No one wanted to tell me who the owner was but one lady (if I remember correctly from my last visit is her mom) apologized twice for her actions.....This was an absolute no no... she needs to not be there if she cant behave wisely.My chrome was fixed and chipped again the next day but the experience was horrible.A manager rudely responded falsely and deleted it.Responding to Managers..This response only shows the lack of customer service. The lies you state are hilarious about my reviews anyone can go check. The chrome that I was not satisfied was ON MY MIDDLE FINGER. There is no need for me to lie about how many times I came there. I did not say I had any issues the first couple of times I came, actually I did not. I was there on grand opening day and two times after. I made a statement about getting what I paid for without an attitude dont know how that is making a scene? The fact that my daughter was there was why this girl did not get the response she should have gotten bfaased on her attitude. When anyone is disrespectful like the receptionist was there is definitely going to be words exchanged. I asked her a number of times to stop talking to me and she kept going also standing over me while I remained calm sitting, was that on video? I was asked to leave after I told her she was rude and ignorant. I also said I would not leave until I get what I paid for, or my money could have been refunded. She was the only one with a problem. The lady doing my nails was pleasant and her mom like mentioned above apologized a number of times. Being family owned and privately owned..not sure what the difference is but ok... you can say that customers tipped her, you can say whatever. She displayed poor customer service... and the fact in business is customer service....they are who pay you, who keeps business going, who recommends or say dont go to your business and the truth is there too many nail salons to go to. I have a number of shops I have frequently go to..I like to try new places...anyway that incident and this response only solidifies my decision to never come here again which was made before your receptionist asked me not to return like that was going to hurt my feelings or do me any harm. I will also let all my contacts know to not come here either...this display of poor business will not do good for your business before it will ever affect me. This has taken too much of my time
