I love this place very professional

Went in with a picture of color shape and design what I got wasn’t even close I asked before if she could do what I wanted she said yes no problem I told her several time she made all nails different length and shapes she would start to fix then move in I was in tears when I left. My husband went to pay and they charged him way more then I was told it was going to be I will never go back to this place my nails look like a 2nd grader painted them the paint is uneven and nails are crocked and it totally tryniined my day getting ready for a big event and now my nails look horrible and don’t have the money to be fixed 😥😥😥😥
