Greatly appreciate these guys and their work. I recently went to another tire shop before coming here to have my tire repaired at what I was told would be no cost. Not only did they charge me but didn’t fix the problem, when it was an obvious problem. Not wanting to go back to said shop I took it to tire warehouse and they took care of the problem. Worked with me and my schedule and the service was great!

I bought the wrong tires from these folks (my bad), and they replaced them with the correct ones the same day I called them about the issue. As a woman walking into this kind of place Im normally spoken down to. However, I felt the people on the phone, at the desk, and doing the work were respectful to me.

I have used Tire warehouse for many years and never disappointed. Wont change that always great service and if not satisfied they will do what they can to make it better.

I called in regarding a flat tire, the man told me he could fit me in so I took my vehicle and checked in, after an hour of waiting he comes out and asks what Im doing there, then very rudely tells me that he has appointments all day and it would be another several hours, as if hed never seen or talked to me before. I asked if I should come back, and he said you can do whatever you want and walked away. Awful customer service, completely disrespectful of my time, went down the road and VIP fixed in within the hour. Will never go back.

At my last visit I asked for a tire change over and that was exactly what I received. I appreciate that as they delivered what I came for and politely offered the service to check the tires after 25miles. I would recommend going in a sunny day as the work performed is outside and often in the cold. They like nice working conditions too.

Ive tried using the online scheduler twice, and both times my appointment never came through to the store.Employees are often smoking outside entrance, and ownership loudly sharing their political views within the waiting area, while a slideshow of his personal photos play on a TV. Also, not a single employee was wearing a facemask or practicing social distancing, no plastic shield at counter, and no sanitizer present for customers; which their website clearly states are in effect.After having to reschedule the appointment that I showed up for, as my initial appointment scheduled online never made it through, I showed up for the scheduled time, was checked in at the counter, sat down and waited over an hour. When another person came in for their appointment scheduled an hour after mine, their car was immediately taken in to be worked on, while mine stayed parked. The employee at the counter said he didnt know I had been checked in, making no attempt at offering to correct the situation. I asked for my key back and walked out.I dont know what to do at this point, as Ive been told by the employees at this location that if I dont get the tires rotated there at the specified intervals, they wont honor the warranty; so I cant go anywhere else or even rotate them myself, and at this point Im over the recommended miles.Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years now, mainly because their prices have always been the cheapest, but I guess, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. While Im not pleased at the idea of having to go elsewhere and pay more, it will be refreshing to have, even marginally, better and safer customer service.

What happened to you guys?I used to buy my tires here ALL the time. Never againI told my friends and family to go here. Never again.Looking to buy four tires I price shop and call tire warehouse. They tell me theyll beat the quote I have by 5% and give me a price and rebate; I make an appointment for the next day. Walk in... price changes, cant beat Sears, thats yesterdays price... and they were RUDE!I walk out. Never again.I went online and with no hassle placed my order with Sears.Maybe Id try another Tire Warehouse but not these guys. Never again.

Great place! Mind you it is a bare bones, no frills kinda place, but great nonetheless. Went there to get a TPMS light checked out since all my tires had proper pressures. Helped me out without charging me a dime. They have my future business for sure.

Ive been going to Tire Warehouse in Topsham for my tire needs for as long as Ive been driving and they have always put the customer first. Whether its finding the best price or recommending a quality tire, theyre there for you.I bought a car a few weeks ago and already picked up a screw in one tire. Tire Warehouse was running a free flat repair promo and even worked with me on the cost of removing fix a flat which I had to use to get to work and then the shop. Matt worked me into their busy schedule and had me rolling again in no time at all.I wont go anywhere else for tires and neither should you. Be sure to make an appointment if possible because theyre often very busy (for good reason).

They always take good care of my vehicles and I can say that they have always beat the compatition, lower prices and good service why would you go anywhere else. They offer rotations, balances, nitrogen inflation, and allotments as well.

I wish I could give zero stars: Tonight I had one of the most belittling and rude experiences I’ve ever had- and I will NOT be back! Not only was Marty in Topsham unapologetic and completely unhelpful, he seemed to go out of his way to be condescending to me. Thankfully, Town Fair Tire is two doors down and they were MORE than willing to clean up the customer service mess made by Tire Warehouse- the customer may not always be right- but the customer is always the customer, and Tire Warehouse has lost this customer’s business.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They always get me in same day or next. I have no reason to call or go anywhere else.

After a poor experience at another location I needed to use the road hazard that came with my tires. I decided to try this location in lieu of the one even if it meant trying a little bit further on my donut before giving up on the company altogether. As soon as I walked in I was greeted was friendly and in excellent customer service. He didnt even get frustrated when I ranted about my previous experience with the company as well as the experience that caused me to be in the store that day. They were able to get me all taken care of rather quickly. Its worth driving out of the way for me to visit this location in the future.

Excellent service! They even found me a coupon so the tire patch was free. This was my 4th stop at a TW for a low tire indicator light and this was the first location that actually checked the tire. They found a nail! Excellent work!

No stars! These guys are a mess. I called in the morning and told them I would be there at 5:00 PM. I brought tires that were off my car and a set to mount. I was able to drop them off at 4:00 and was told that they would be finished at 5:30. Got there at 5:30 my tires had not been touched. And then was told they would not be done till tomorrow. I borrowed a vehicle to make this happen. I grabbed my tires and said what needed to be said and I will never do business with these clowns again. Think twice before you go here!! Cheaper is not always better. Stay in school my friends!
