This place really is a gem! Ive driven by it multiple times, and only recently did I stop by when I needed an urgent battery replacement on my watch. I called ahead and dropped by on a Saturday. The place inside is beautiful and all of the staff is very friendly, courteous, and they really care about what they do. A few minutes after my arrival, I was very surprised to learn that my watch was ready to go (I previously struggled to replace the battery myself). I went to four other jewelers to have a sedimental pendant refinished but was quickly turned down at each because the type of metal was ‘impossible’ to work on. Here at Brian Michael’s, Patti said it would be tough to work on but the difference was that she offered to take the piece in and try their best. It ended up coming out perfect! This was my first time ever going to Brian Micheal’s Jewelry. I originally came to the store to have one of my mother’s ring’ resized, and get an estimate on placing new diamond’s inside it. The staff, (one in particular named Leah) was extremely professional, and helpful explaining the various diamonds/options for my mother’s ring. I found them to be quite reasonable for the transformation of her ring. While I was there, I purchased a beautiful eccentric gold amethyst ring! It is safe to say, I found myself a new jewelry store!

Buyer BEWARE of bias’s. This store offers additional discounts to a purchaser so long as they review their store. I had an excellent experience before when purchasing my ring hence why the rating is not lower.However my most recent experience was disappointing. I went in to have my rings refinished after having done them in the past including my husbands band which was purchased from another retailer all complimentary.Today’s visit I called ahead to verify if it could be done. I turned in my rings and after 10 minutes of Debbie working on the computer for what I assumed was my inspection process she informed me that I would have to pay for the 2 rings that were not purchased from the store. I informed her that I had never paid before and was taken by surprise. They ended up charging me for just one however I wish there was better communication with this right from the beginning not in the middle of my rings being worked on. Like I said if I knew a favor was done for me in the past I would have been self aware but the miscommunication occurred from the beginning and could have been caught and transpired to me prior to taking my rings and starting to refinish them.

Went here for the first time today and had a great experience!! The staff are extremely professional, gracious and helpful.My wife and I found ourselves here on a Sunday (during a Bills game) because she is pregnant and her hands and fingers had become swollen to the point that her wedding ring was stuck on and had to be cut off. We called all around but no other jeweler in town was able to help us remove the ring, either they were closed or unable to remove the ring. When I called Brian Michaels I was greeted by an extremely friendly sales associate named Leah, she was extremely friendly and went out of her way to get us help. She found someone at the store who could help us and told us to come down anytime that same day. When we arrived sales manager named Angel was able to cut the ring off without doing any irreparable damage to it. My wife is completely thrilled that the ring was saved and also completely relieved that her swollen finger is ring free! It was really nice that these folks went out of their way to help us on a Sunday when nobody else could.Bottom line, we received top notch service from a great staff and we hadnt even made a purchase here yet! Came into your store with my sister to turn in my late moms jewelry. Wanted a wedding band to go with my engagement ring which is in an odd shaped setting. Patricia showed me several bands but I didnt like the way they laid against my engagement ring. She then suggested a braided band and it fit perfect. I went to Brian Michaels to look at engagement rings, along with a few other local places. Once I was welcomed into the store and explained what I was looking for, I knew that Id be buying the ring from them.Like a pretty typical guy, I had only a few hints about what my girlfriend wanted in an engagement ring. So I explained these hints to them and then they proceeded to spend a few hours going through all the choices and possibilities.Jennifer and Rochelle (sorry if spelled wrong) were very helpful throughout the entire process. Gabriel explained then entire process of what makes a good diamond, end to end. We then sat down together and went through the online catalog of diamonds until I made a decision on what I wanted. Same goes for the band and the mounting. Everyone was very helpful in explaining what everything meant and showing me the differences between the choices.I could not have asked for a more welcoming and understanding jeweler for what I was looking for. I would recommend Brian Michaels to anyone!
