I used to go to Carmen. Had been going elsewhere last 2 years but we cant hook up schedule-wise so was going to go back to Carmens. I see all the comments about Steve taking over and good reviews, so Im going to give him a try. Does anyone know where Carmen went? Did he retire, go back to Itally or what?Certainly hope hes all right...great guy and a terrific barber!

Love this place. I got a bad hair cut somewhere else and steve was able to get me in and fix me real quick for cheaper then the original hair cut. Didnt know he moved about 2 miles south of his old location. Now on the eastern side of Niagra fall Blvd.

If you dont know anything about hair and do not want to go to Steves Barber Cuts. I have always hated going to chain salons/barbers because they ask a million questions about which I do not have answers. I tell Steve I have to much hair here he makes less, I say I want more hair here he makes what is there look good. The epitome of a professional who knows what he is doing.
