I’ve been through hell with barbers in my life. Waiting hours even tho I had an appointment, leaving barber shops looking like a white Forest Whitaker, even breakouts from dirty clippers. Well, that all ended when I sat down in JPs chair. Not once have I walked in his barber shop and even waited 1 second, he’s ready to cut, his station is clean, and he couldn’t deliver a better haircut and my beard has never looked better. I’ve never in my life received this quality of a haircut over and over and over. His attention to detail is unmatched he leaves no hair unturned. I’d recommend JP to anyone. Amazing Haircut! It was great everyone was friendly and I loved my cut but no one was up to covid regulations neither the staff or the customers were told to keep their masks on and many didn’t it made me feel pretty uncomfortable I love the place and have been going for a while now but because of the problem of them not wearing masks I probably can’t come in until the pandemic is over but again quality hair cut

JP did a great job on my cut. The shop was clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be that parking can be a pain but they are worth the hassle.

JP House of Hair is a fantastic barber shop. I have had almost all of the barbers there and always left fully satisfied as they continually surpass my expectations. They always put an immense amount of time into every detail of every cut. You can tell they have a great passion for their work and truely care that every cut they give is top notch. All the barbers are very friendly and great at helping you figure out exactly how to get the look you want. Plus the shop itself is a cool environment with continuous improvements. I have requested Fernando the last few times and he always has me feeling like its the best cut Ive ever had, highly recommend.

Best barbershop in the city hands down...even though I live in NYC now. I wont go anywhere else to get a haircut when im home. The atmosphere is lively and fun but when it comes to the cut, its strictly business. they pay attention to details!worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and see it with your own eyes. Great haircut! I was referred to this barber shop by a co-worker. I was a walk-in after I got out of work. Shop is modern, flat screens with ESPN on, modern hip hop music etc... Cam cut my hair even though it would be cutting it close for an appointment he had. He didnt rush through it though. He took his time and did a great job. Been looking for a barber in the area and I have found one. All the barbers are younger and look dedicated to their craft. Seems like many people come here for the fades, blends and especially designs . Truly masters of their craft. A++

Been getting cuts here for 3 years. JP and the other barbers are all really dope guys. Chill environment with music playing, barbers can have great conversations with you and they take their time with each appointment. I’ve been going to Cam lately and he makes sure everything is exactly how I like it. Be sure to tip them well each time because they really deserve it.

I absolutely loved going to this barber, they really valued me as a customer. I always went to Cam to get my hair cut and he never disappointed me and I always loved the end product. I brought my 7 year old son here for his first barber shop haircut. Id always taken him to Supercuts because he has Autism and he gets weird about the buzz cutters and blowdryers, so we just opted for simple cuts. Doing hairstyles has been a chore and he doesnt like the feeling of having his hair done or his head touched. Dom did an amazing job on his hair AND made him feel comfortable. He is so excited about his new big kid haircut that he wants to go back asap. Thank you!

Went in for a haircut and got an unexperienced barber who cut my hair poorly however John the owner of the shop kindly called and offered to fix the mistake for free. There are some very well trained barbers in the shop as I have gotten my haircut done well before and my friends are always satisfied with the cuts they get.

Went here on a whim due to my regular barber being closed. I have to say, I think Ive found a new barber. I got a great hair cut from Cam (aka CK the one) and I received many compliments. The shop is clean, modern and very accommodating. Parking is not great, and the building is easy to miss. All in all I highly recommend JP house of hair.

Thomas is excellent. Takes his time and you can tell he loves his art. Very welcoming and friendly. Glad I found my barber. Also great prices and great atmosphere.

I wasn’t happy with the haircut that JP gave me. I haven’t had a hair cut in 8 months and he didn’t consider that I didn’t want a fade on the back but a fade on the sides (taper) only and he did it anyways. The cut on top was not bad. I usually go to him to get a very nice cut for special occasions and today is my sisters engagement and I have a cut that I am unpleased with. He didn’t give me that cut I wanted, it seemed he wanted to get rid of me fast and when I asked him to do my beard, he was kinda hesitant. I even showed him what I wanted and it did not turn out like the picture.

Best fades and blends around. They also do beards and designs at a reasonable price. Top notch service, all the barbers take their time with each client. They are cash only, but there is an ATM on-site.

Ive been here 4 or 5 times In the past and had good a good enough experience to keep coming back.I came in today (Tuesday 9/18/18) as a walk in. They were pretty busy so I scheduled an appointment an hour or so later.I did show up 2 minutes late, but the rookie they scheduled me on had just taken a walk in appointment. They did not attempt to call me, nor did they greet me when I walked back in the second time.I was upset enough to leave, and I will be taking my business elsewhere, and will switchover friends that I have referred, to another company.Youre fired.

Noah Rivera gives the best cuts in town! He very well rounded barber with a nice personality. Hes been cutting my hair for a year and a half and hes my favorite barber ive ever had.

The barbershop is extremely professional and has a couple great barbers. But if you get the young blonde haired kid just be prepared to walk out looking like you went to SuperCuts. Kid gives me a hairline that goes diagonal and asks me if he should even it out. Most absurd question I have ever gotten! Never received such a bad haircut in my whole life. Then he has the audacity to say my hair was messed up before like bruh if you are reading this I suggest you look for a new career path.

Barbershops are centers of the community whether it is in the inner city or in the suburbs.JPs embodies what I appreciate about some of the top shops Ive been to. It has a convienent online booking system and reasonable prices with barbers that greet you as soon as you walk in.The decor isnt nessesarily cutting edge but it gives the shop the down-home personality that many of us are familiar with. So with that being said the whirring compressor sound i heard when i was there I could do without but it is a small annoyance given that they are there to help the airbrushing.I left with a clean cut and lots of compliments after!

The hair cut was soso used plastic clips... youre only as good as your tools so using cheap tools deffinetly brings down the quality of the hair cut... and the music would make you want to blow your brains out... between the cut and the music Im never going back

You can always count on getting a great haircut at JPs.

They do a good job on the haircut, but if you make an appointment you might as well clear your calendar for the entire day. They have zero respect for their customers time, as waiting over an hour past the time of your appointment is the norm. This defeats the entire point of making an appointment in the first place, and is really poor customer service if you ask me. Youre a bit too cocky about the quality of your product if you think your customers will wait that long.

One of the worst cuts Ive gotten was from jp barber shop. 3/10 He doesnt know how to cut the top evenly and the fades were just normal looking fades nothing special
