Ive been using the Wasielewski agency for 20+ years now. They moved to the other side of town, and a few years after that I moved 20 miles clear out of town... so the fact that Im still with them after all these years even though there are closer Allstate agents really IS the review. Ive come to expect friendly, quick service, and theyve never let me down.

Never answer my emails. Also, when signing up they told me you can get 1 time in your policy to lower it if a ticket fell off. I asked and they said no.

I spoke with a Michelle, that’s who answers the phone when I call Dolly, and she is very rude. Very unprofessional, has a demeaning tone in her voice and very attitudinal. I did not switch from Geico to All Sate to be spoken to without respect. With that being said, I honestly would have stayed with Geico because at least they were extremely nice every time I spoke with them. I am highly upset All State has someone like this working for their company. I am disgusted with the service today and I don’t recommend switching to All State if this is how clients are usually treated.

She amazes me every time I call (not that often either) and she recognizes my voice (Caller ID blocked). She has gone out of her way to help me. Cannot thank her enough!!! Prices are better than competition (formerly with GEICO for over 20 years) and for the service, I would pay more! But I dont have to :)More than worth it, go to them, you wont be sorry!

I am still so impressed by the care taken by our agent, Michelle S. Even after we left Allstate, Michelle would reach out to talk to us about insurance possibilities for us. Her consistency is what made us come back to Allstate. We were getting better service and contact from Michelle, when we werent even clients, than we were from the company who was providing our insurance. Since we have returned to Allstate, the entire agency reaches out to make sure we are covered in all aspects of insurance life.

This is the greatest agency. I know I can pay my bill on line, but I like to stop in and do it because they are always so friendly and welcoming. We always joke that one day I may work there. Its nice to do business where the price is right and the people are great!

I have been doing business with this agency for a few years. I normally just do everything over the phone (for my own convenience), however decided to stop in recently. Not only was I greeted with professional, smiling people, I was welcomed like family. This was a nice surprise considering how many businesses today just do not care about their clients. I will continue to do business with them not only for the great rates, but the relationship I have with the agents. Dont just take my word for it, stop in and see for yourself!

After 24 years with this company,I was happy with my rate and insurance coverage and never had a problem with the office. Agents were mature, experienced and pleasant to deal with. Recently this business moved and expanded. I recieved a bill nearly triple my normal monthly payment. It turned out to be a mistake, no big deal but after it was supposed to be fixed, my monthly payment was still double, from about $145 a month to over $300. When I called to inquire, I was dealing with one of the newer agents. She was unpleasant, aggressive, she gave me vague and evasive answers to my questions about why my rate went up so much. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. She also told me that I would get similar rates at other companies which was not true. The business moved from a decent office in a strip mall to a million dollar historic building in downtown Toms River recently so maybe that has something to do with the rates changing so dramatically. Disapointed.

Dolly and her team of staff are Knowledgeable courteous and I always go the extra mile to give help when needed.

Was provided a quote via email and mail. When deciding to proceed, they then provided a revised quote, nearly 3 times more than the initial quote. Coverage and terms were unchanged, only the price tripled. Bait and switch is a waste of time.
